1990 Ford Mustang GT, 331 Stroker, 351 Windsor Heads, 1.6 Comp Cam Ultra Gold Aluminum roller rockers, Holley 750 Double pumper carb, Eldebrock rpm hi rise intake, msd plug wires, cam (not sure what size but sounds good), 5 speed transmission, new clutch, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, and flywheel, 373 gears in rearend, hi flow fuel pump mounted outside the tank, BBK shorty header, BBK H-Pipe, flowmaster mufflers, no tailpipes, red exterior in good condition with a little clearcoat peeling on just the bumpers, 3 rust spots just starting (pictures included), black interior in really good shape, 5 inch tach, 3 small gauges for battery, oil pressure, and temperature, electric fan, push start with 3 switches installed for fan, fuel pump and ignition, cowl induction hood, weld rodlite rims, Mickey Thompson street slicks on rear, CD player, good inspection, no A/C, but it does have heat. I recently bought this car under the assumption that the one I was going to buy was sold but after buying this car I found out the other buyer for the other car I wanted backed out so that is the reason I am selling this one. The car does run good with lots of power but it is a used car so it is not in brand new condition. It has a slight miss under constant speed but it is do for a tune up and Im pretty sure the timing needs to be adjusted slightly, and the speedometer cable needs to be hooked up in the back of the instrument cluster. Ford recalls 1.9m cars and crossovers for defective airbags
Wed, Jun 1 2016The Basics: Ford is recalling a total of 1,898,728 vehicles to replace defective Takata front passenger-side airbags. This includes the 2007-2010 Ford Edge, 2006-2011 Ford Fusion, 2005-2011 Ford Mustang, 2007-2011 Ford Ranger, 2007-2010 Lincoln MKX and 2006-2011 Lincoln MKZ, Zephyr and Mercury Milan vehicles built in North America. The Problem: The defective airbags have been linked to ruptures that can send metal fragments at the passenger, due to deteriorating propellant. Injuries/Deaths: Ford claims it's not aware of any injuries due to the problem, but rupturing Takata airbags have been linked to a series of serious injuries and deaths. The Fix: Dealers will replace the passenger-side frontal airbag at no charge to the customer. If you own one: Look out for a letter from the manufacturer to arrange service at your local dealer. Ford Focus Electric and ST recalled over lighting issue
Mon, 12 Aug 2013Ford is recalling 6,308 units of the 2012 and 2013 Focus Electric and 2013 Focus ST that were fitted with HID headlights because a "wiring incompatibility" could keep the front side marker lights from working. A bulletin from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the recall should begin in the middle of this month, after which owners can take their cars to dealers to have the wiring assembly repaired free of charge.

Galpin Ford GTR1 supercar debuts in Monterey
Fri, 16 Aug 2013Galpin Auto Sports has finally taken the wraps off the car we first previewed back in December, the Galpin Ford GTR1. A few weeks ago, we posted the first hints of just what the GTR1 would be capable of, with Galpin teasing that its 5.4-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 would produce in excess of 1000 horsepower, with a top speed of 225 miles per hour. Package all that in a coachbuilt body, and you have the recipe for one wicked supercar.
The price for the carbon fiber-bodied car is $1,024,000.
Now, we have all the glorious details. Galpin is targeting a production run of six cars, but if interest is strong enough, will expand its initial quote to 24 vehicles. The price for the carbon fiber-bodied car is $1,024,000. Opting for the aluminum bodywork could lower that, although it's not immediately clear by how much.
