Up for auction is a hard to find 1960 Ford Starliner. These cars are getting super hard to find this car is very buildable this car has been sitting since 1973 . Starting with the engine it is a 292cid V8 with 2 speed auto trans. I did put new plugs and wires as well as changed the oil the motor runs good given it has been sitting for years, The brakes are decent but probably need to be bled do to sitting. This is a PS car. The body is very solid with minum rust in the trunk (typical Starliner) but is not bad the floors and rockers are super solid. I did remove the fuel tank due to a hole in it and put a race cell in the trunk just to run the motor and test drive it. All the stainless is there except the pass side fin piece all the trim was In the trunk when I found the car. I did spray a light coat of primer on the body due to some bare spots caused by weather. I also installed a new front glass in the car (800.00) all the other glass is good. Interior is old and needs gone through due to sitting for yrs, the seats need to be recovered and door panels need redone as well. I did take all the carpet out so I could show HOW SOLID THE FLOORS ARE.. That's pretty much it I have described the car as being a very restorable car. Thanks for looking and feel free to CALL OR TEXT ANYTIME. for info 801 903 3351 Randy. I have the right to end auction early due to being for sale locally. There will be a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 500.00 DUE WITHIN 48HRS AFTER AUCTION END.. Happy Bidding.

2015 Ford Mustang spied on video for the first time
Thu, 20 Jun 2013Not many cars will continue to hold our rapt attention quite like the upcoming redesigned 2015 Ford Mustang, codenamed S550 internally. Earlier this month, we brought you the first spy photos of a next-gen Mustang prototype out testing, and even though expertly placed cladding concealed the pony car's new shape, we could tell that underneath was hiding an altogether new form inspired by the Evos Concept from 2011.
Today we give you some video of what looks to be the same Mustang prototype, which you can watch below, and while the budding director behind the camera wasn't able to capture much in the way of the engine's audio signature, we can see the car in motion for the first time and compare its relative size and shape to the S197 Mustang GT that's on its tail.

Ford debuts Fusion NASCAR racer that edges closer to stock [w/video]
Wed, 20 Feb 2013The sixth-generation NASCAR Sprint Cup racecar, which will make its competition debut at the 2013 Daytona 500 this weekend, marks the closest thing to a "stock car" that the sport has seen in more than 20 years. No longer using just stickers to distinguish the different brands, the image above shows the lengths NASCAR and automakers went in order to create a racecar design that more closely resembles the individual cars they represent.
Ford, one of the more open and vocal OEMs regarding the Gen6 car's development, is giving us a closer look at its racing version of the Fusion with a pretty revealing side-by-side comparison with last years' racer (click above for an expanded view). Aside from the more realistic front end and production-like body lines, the overall shape, dimensions and proportions have also been designed to give the racecar a more stock appearance. Most of the new racer was designed by the Ford Design Center, which the automaker says was the first time it has been so involved in the design process since the 1960s. Of course, one area the Sprint Cup Fusion really differs from the production Fusion is its Ford Racing 5.8-liter V8 producing around 850 hp. Can you say Fusion SVT?
