Hello diesel family and friends, my name is Tom my wife and I have been licensed PA new and used Truck dealers since the late 70's and have been involved in diesel trucks as our speciality. We have recently downsized to a small mom and pop operation here in carlisle PA (E-Motors) to sell 2 or 3 trucks a month, we are small and I do this more for a hobby than anything else.(low overhead low prices) I know these old Powerstroke diesel trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California, and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast to folks who have never seen a no rust old powerstrokes. Trust me they are not cheep, but worth the extra if you can swing it. A few things to know before bidding or becomming interested in one of my trucks, I do not play games with the price, I do my homework price for fast cash sales, I also do airport pickup at Harrisburg International, I am a bonded tag agent and issue temp tags/title transfer on the spot at my office, I also do long or short deliverys and have on call hours 7 days a week from 9-9 east time. 717 991 0568 I also DO not price my trucks to do any trades or do any financing, nor do I inflate my price to consider any lowball offers, for example::if your thinking thousands less I wont be able to help you on this one but possibly on something else I get in the future so keep looking, but serious buyers please get in a good offer and lets deal, I do reserve the right to CLOSE ebays ad at any time for a buy it now buyer either online from another site or on the phone or on the lot, I will consider a buyer serious with a up front deposit only,to close auction,, otherwise I'll not consider a buyer serious. My promise is to deal on a "do unto others as I'd want done to me" basis. I will represent all vehicles professionally, and deal up front and honestly, treat all customers or callers with the utmost respect and courtesy, using my abilitys, experence and talents to help all buyers get the best truck and deal possible wheather its from me of another seller, rule number 1 is to be a blessing and the blessings to me will follow eventually, my only request is you deal with me in a similar fashion, thanks folks looking fordward to meeting you...Tom 717 991 0568 Ok now for the scoop on this beauty!!! How about an old school 96 Ford F250HD 4x4 Extended cab longbox with the 7.3 powerstroke diesel rare 5 speed 373 limited slip rears and the XLT package. Dont you wish they still made these, but unfortinatly they dont so the really nice ones like you are looking at are becomming more and more extinct by the day, and of course more valuable. I flew to Omaha to buy this one. Mechanically is is just awesome full servace history, including factory dual mass flywheel and clutch. Trans shifts real slick, I instsllled fuel heater and glow plugs with new filters and fluids and good hot mega battereis. Ice cold she will fire right off, run down the interstate at 75-80 nice and straight/tight. Good ball joints, ty rods brakes and e-brake system. Tires all match and are good, engine has lots of power and no blow by, or drips with brand new PA state insp. Sweet body with great paint gloss and shine. No rust, no damage or accidents, frame oil pan, door bottoms bedsides all look great and free of rust. In the interior all power buttons work good like, p windows, cruise, a/c heat, and gauges. Non smoker no stains smells or oders, excellant overall shape for year and miles. Be aware folks she is 16 years old with 200K and its a pickup not a 16 year old corvette driven to church sundays, please expect normal wear and tear but minor that should go with a unit of this age. Like stone chips, small scraches, inside wear, body side molding wear stuff like that, but in my opoinion nice as you will find in year, price and miles, no complaints yet, just want all aware to keep it that way... Feel free to contact if needed have on call hours 7 days a week to see in person or talk, will shut down ebay for any buyer online or on lot with cash deposit....thanks Tom 717 991 0568

11 vehicles from Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas worth watching
Fri, 26 Sep 2014This weekend will see the world's collector car crowds descend on Las Vegas, NV for one of the biggest shows on Barrett-Jackson's popular auction circuit. There are hundreds of vehicles up for bidding, ranging from a brand-new Lamborghini Aventador to a spattering of Art Deco classics and a huge swath of classic muscle cars.
While it's virtually impossible to assemble an inarguable list of the best cars coming during the three-day, 700-plus vehicle auction, we've sifted through the listings for this year's show - it was a tough assignment, we promise - and assembled a list of what we think will be some of the most interesting lots. We'll admit, it's a bit heavy on American iron, but if you browse BJ's listings, you'll come to a similar conclusion. Still, scroll down for our list of what we think will be the most interesting vehicles at the upcoming auction.

Ford EcoBoost V6 hits the dyno before hitting the track
Wed, 02 Oct 2013Ford Racing just unveiled the Riley Daytona Prototype that will make its racing in the United SportsCar Racing Championship Rolex 24 at Daytona in January, and now it has released a video showing development of twin-turbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 that powers the car. Using the same block and heads that can be found on a production Ford Taurus SHO, this new racecar benefits from the collaboration between Ford Racing and Ford powertrain engineers.
While we still don't know what kind of power this engine is putting out, it has definitely gotten a workout at Ford's 17G dyno. This area deep within Ford allows the automaker's racing program to work hand-in-hand with production engine programs, which can be a benefit to racing operations and production cars alike. Scroll down to hear a few people from Ford talk about the crosspollination between its racing and engine teams and watch the EcoBoost get red hot on the dyno.
