re-manufactured zf6

Swapped electronic shift on the fly transfer case to manual shift nv271.

Swap parts came from either destroked or autoworld. It has the dual engine mounts and one piece drive.

I personally custom built a compound turbo kit using an off the shelf s475 for low pressure and a beans diesel whiplash 63 mm upper. I believe the specs are 63/75/.86 ar but don't quote me I would have to look through all of the receipts at the shop.

One piece drive-shaft
Autometer gauges
Airdog II 165 pump
BDP Sump

Turbo kit: 3 inch mandrel bent and custom welding on turbo side with 3.5 inch tubing ok intake side. Top turbo is whiplash 63 mm and bottom is s475 with 1.13 housing. Full 5 inch down pipe back exhaust.

Fully functioning a/c with auxiliary fan recently added to keep condenser pressure down.

Aftermarket wheels

Tire:
Toyo 35x12.50x18<2000 miles

Reworked p-pump, this pump is maxed via home mods, it has not been bench tested but makes plenty of fuel for me. Enough fuel that 60 psi of boost wont get completely cleaned up.
DDP 140 sticks
DDP custom delivery valves

Much more please send me a message for additional information. Im sure there is plenty that I have left off. I have 20k in receipts of just parts alone. Truck cost over 20k itself and labor is around $15000 if one were to add it all up (100/hr from most performance shops).

Retro Wrong: MotorWeek shares first unaired pilot episode

Fri, Apr 17 2015

MotorWeek is an automotive institution in the United States. We all have to get our start somewhere though, and for the latest entry in the Retro Review series, the show is releasing its unaired pilot for the first time. Even today, the program isn't necessarily the most exciting thing on TV, but the modern incarnation looks like Top Gear compared to this original, very monotone attempt. The cars on display are more interesting from a historical aspect than actually being behind the wheel. MotorWeek puts the Chevrolet Citation and Ford Fairmont head to head. If you want to see progress in the auto industry, look here. The Fairmont manages a rousing 85 horsepower from a 3.3-liter inline six, and the Citation does only a little better with a 115-hp, 2.8-liter V6. The other highlight comes at the end when John Davis talks about the cars of the future. These include the upcoming introduction of the Ford Escort in the US and the mention of a possible gasoline-electric hybrid from General Motors. Given this pilot, it's amazing MotorWeek ever got the green light. However, if you're a fan of auto history, seeing the news from the past is always fascinating. Ford reports 58% drop in Q2 profits on European losses

Wed, 25 Jul 2012

Ford Motor Company announced Wednesday that it has posted a $1 billion profit for the second quarter of 2012. That sounds like good news for the Blue Oval, until you take into account that Ford posted a $2.4 billion profit for Q2 a year ago. That is a substantial 58 percent loss.
Ford also posted $465 million in international losses, with $404 million of those losses coming directly from Europe. The automaker also increased its European loss projections to $1 billion for 2012, due in large part to the economic crisis overseas, which has resulted in increased unemployment and decreased consumer confidence.

2017 Ford Fusion facelift comes into focus

Sun, Apr 12 2015

The latest generation Ford Fusion has been one of the better-looking members of the mainstream midsize sedan ranks since its introduction for the 2013 model year. In the automotive world, though, even the most attractive designs don't stay fresh for long. These new spy shots shed some light on what to expect when the model is refreshed, possibly for 2017. With only a modicum of camouflage here, it's not exactly hard to see where the Fusion is getting design tweaks. Up front, the wide grille remains, but the lower air dam appears to have restyled recesses for the fog lights. Also, while it's difficult to get an exact look, the headlights seem a little rounder through the concealment. Moving to the rear, the lower bumper shows some tweaks, but those circular pipes are obviously just there for testing. With a light on, you can a good glimpse of the redesigned taillights too. Based on these photos, Ford's stylists know a good thing when they have it, and it doesn't look like the Fusion's general look will have any monumental changes. Still, it's worth a minute to click through the gallery for a preview of the refreshed design. Related Video:
