This is a great running and looking truck. This truck has lived most of its life in Arizona so it is very clean. Anytime the truck needed work it was taken to San Tan Ford in Gilbert, AZ where it was purchased new. This truck has NEW, GENUINE FORD REMANUFACTURED MOTORCRAFT 6.8L V10. The motor was put in at 195,142 miles on 3/10/12 and has a 3yr/36k mile warranty.  It starts right up, sounds great with its new large Flowmaster exhaust. Transmission shifts perfectly as well. This F250 runs flawlessly and will make the new owner extremely happy. Sure it has a few minor dings and a couple cracks on the driver seat, but these are easy fixes if you wanted to make it perfect. Please feel free to email or call me. My number is 515-979-9989. I'm pretty flexible if you would like to see the truck in person.

Thanks,
Justin

PS- If the "Buy it Now" is utilized, I will include a 7'6" Western Unimount Poly Plow that I was planning on putting on the truck next winter. The plow HAS NOT been on the truck yet because I have not bought the truckside mount for it, so the buyer will need a plow mount for the truck to attach it. I have the wires and controller for the plow as well. The plow is in very good condition and is stored in my garage.

Next Ford Mustang to drop 400 pounds

Thu, 15 Aug 2013

The Ford Mustang is already the lightest of the current crop of muscle cars, at around 3,600 pounds for a GT coupe with the six-speed manual transmission. That's almost 260 pounds less than a Chevrolet Camaro SS and about 450 pounds less than a Dodge Challenger R/T, which means the Mustang has a pretty big advantage when it comes to handling, braking, accelerating and economy. More good news: The next Mustang will be even lighter.
According to a report from Edmunds, the sixth-generation Mustang, which is set to debut at the 2014 North American International Auto Show, will shed an additional 400 pounds of body fat. That 11-percent weight reduction will be thanks to lightweight materials, with a particular focus on using stronger, but less material in construction. Aluminum will feature heavily, but Edmunds' inside source warns that there is "nothing terribly exotic" coming to the original pony car.
The other big news is that the new Mustang will be smaller overall. It's going to be 15-inches shorter than the 188.5-inch Mustang on sale today, while it'll also be 6.5 inches narrower. Shorter overhangs, both in the front and rear, are also good signs for those that want an agile Mustang.

Sunday Drive: Rendering the future at Jeep and Ford

Sun, Apr 8 2018

Last week brought us quite a wide variety of automotive news nuggets, and judging by the response of our own readership, the Jeep Wrangler pickup truck led the way. It's not expected to hit the sales floor until April of 2019, which means we've all got an entire year to wait, but that just means we have lots of time to anticipate its arrival. And we do so today with a series of renderings that show what the so-called Scrambler may look like in a few different colors. Another set of renderings depicting a hotly anticipated new vehicle follow just behind. The Baby Bronco – will Ford ante up to the retro-inspired table and call it the Bronco II? – will be one size smaller than the regular-grade Bronco, and we think it'll compete with the Jeep Renegade as a subcompact crossover with some real off-road chops. Moving onto some tuners, both old and new(er), we first present a sweet old Dodge Ram pickup truck tuned by none other than Carroll Shelby himself. The blue and silver striped truck looks so period perfect that it stands out as a star even alongside a quartet of vintage Shelby Mustangs with which it will share space at the Bonhams auction in Greenwich, Conn., this June. And finally we turn our attention to the Hennessey Veliciraptor, an absolute behemoth of a truck. Based on the most excellent Ford Raptor, the Velociraptor ups the crazy quotient with six wheels and 600 hundred horsepower. As always, stay tuned to Autoblog this week for all the latest automotive news.
