2005 Ford Excursion 4X4 Eddie Bauer 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel Automatic. This is a very nice vehicle and I bought it with a little over 50,000 miles on it. It was wrecked on the passenger rear door and I replaced it , I own a body shop and all I drive are wrecks, it looked like someone slid sideways into a tree or pole.It has 142,700 miles on it now and is in excellent condition. It has a 2 inch leveling kit on it. All maintenance is logged and it has recently had new front wheel bearings. It has had an EGR delte kit installed and an SCT tuner and it has a Magnaflow 4 inch turbo back exhaust.Seats are all in good condition, carpet has a small tear on passenger rear .I put a backup camera on it to help hook up my boat. Paint is all good with no fading.Tires are nitto terra grappler 18"about half wear. Incluced are the stock wheels and tires.This thing tows great, mileage -not towing depends on conditions but I have seen 19 +, normally around 16 mpg.They quit making these in 2005, so this is as new as you can get.It has rear air and heat, power rear side windows, third row removal seat. You can put 4 X 8 sheets in back and close the doors.I do NOT TAKE TRADES or SHIP as I am reducing my vehicle count.This truck wont be for sale long because they are in high demand- I am listing it local too. $ 1000.00 deposit required.

Ford calling in 28k Edge crossovers over fuel line leak

A problem with the fuel line on certain examples of the Ford Edge has prompted the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to issue a recall. The issue revolves around the metal housing on the fuel line pulse damper, which was apparently improperly manufactured in the first place and is prone to crack in certain circumstances, leading to a fuel leak. And as we all know, a fuel leak is not a good thing.
The problem affects model year 2012 and 2013 Edge crossovers equipped with the 2.0-liter engine and manufactured between September 2, 2010 and April 25, 2013 - a total of 27,933 units. Although the Lincoln MKX is closely related to the Edge, since it isn't offered with the same engine (to which the problem is related), the recall does not include the premium-badged version. Ford supports bid for Detroit Rallycross race with Motown-minded Fiesta ST vid

As Ford continues its cheerleading effort to help bring the 2014 Summer X Games to its hometown of Detroit, MI, it has released footage of its 2014 Fiesta ST Rallycross car on location at some of the city's well-known landmarks. This video appears to have been shot around the same time as the previous X Games Detroit video was made, but it focuses 100-percent on rally car action.
With Ford Racing driver Andreas Eriksson behind the wheel, this Fiesta ST lays down some serious rubber atop Detroit's Cobo Hall parking structure, at Belle Isle and around the Michigan Central Depot. Detroit isn't alone in the bid for a three-year X Games contract as Chicago, Austin and Charlotte are also hoping to play host. The winning host city is expected to be announced this summer. Toyota tops Kelley Blue Book's Resale Value Awards

Kelley Blue Book announced its annual Best Resale Value Award winners, and we weren't too surprised to see the list dominated by Japanese automakers - mainly Toyota and Honda. KBB hands out the awards based on the projected residual value of mostly all 2013 model year vehicles, and Toyota skated home with a number of awards including 10 of the 22 overall categories and having five of its products in the top 10 for models with best resale value. KBB's Best Resale Value Awards were announced in the same week as the ALG Residual Value Awards, and there were many similarities between both lists, especially when it came to Toyota.
To come up with its winners, KBB measures depreciation over the first five years of ownership, and looks for the cars it expects to hold its value the best after this time; on average, the report says the 2013 model year vehicles will lose 61.8 percent of its value in five years. Of the 22 categories, 15 slots were filled by Toyota, Honda and Nissan products, while the Camaro and Porsche (Cayenne and Panamera) each took home a pair of awards. If Toyota has anything to be upset about in this list of cars, it's that categories for Hybrid/Alternative Energy Car and Electric Vehicle went to the Ford Fusion and Chevrolet Volt, respectively.
