2000 Excursion 4Wheel Drive 7.3liter v-8 diesel engine in excellent condition. It's extremely clean from the leather to the original paint, no accidents and completely rust free since it has spent all it's life in the dry southwest. The reliable 7.3 powerstroke is in excellent condition with no issues, the transmission and four wheel drive and the differentials are in great condition, cold a/c, and very clean interior with no odors. In 2009 the state of New Mexico issued a not actual mileage remark to the title of this vehicle, New Mexico will do this when a vehicle is sold and has over 100,000 miles, or if the seller at the time forgot to check off the actual miles box on the back of the title. The mileage discrepancy is a clerical error, and nothing more, the mileage is consistent throughout the history of the vehicle and it's a nonissue. Equipment: v-8 powerstroke diesel engine automatic transmission 4 Wheel drive Leather interior power windows, locks, mirrors, rear window vents, driver power seat, power steering, much more standard options am/fm/cassette, cd cruise control tilt wheel tow package running boards, roof rack rear a/c and heat rear radio controls The only thing this excursion needs is new tires, the tires on it have about 15% tread life on them. Shelby GT500 laps N"urburgring in under 7:40?
Wed, 30 Oct 2013A couple of weeks ago we brought you footage and official times of the new Chevy Camaro Z/28 lapping the Nürburgring. With a 7:37.47 lap time, the Z/28 emerged as the fastest muscle car ever to lap the circuit. But what was missing from that picture was how fast the king of all Mustangs, the Shelby GT500, could manage to lap the Nordschleife.
Ford never released any information or footage of the GT500 on the Nürburgring that we were aware of - that is, until the guys at SVTPerformance.com put in a request for Mustang videos. Among the clips they received was never-seen, in-car footage of the Shelby GT500 lapping the circuit. And boy did it hustle.
Although not quite official, the video seems to show the GT500 lapped the venerated German track in a touch under 7:40. That would make it a tick or two faster than the Camaro ZL1 - but what of the Z/28? By Chevy's quoted time, the Z/28 is still faster than the GT500, but SVTPerformance suggests GM may have fudged the numbers a bit and scrubbed half a second or so off their lap time.
