Absolute Auto Sales llc. Wholesale division Selling vehicles to the public at wholesale prices. We have been selling retail to customers for 30 years with financing to everyone so we decided to start a new division and offer cars to the public with out financing to eBay customers at or below wholesale prices. Some of the cars are fresh trades that might need a little or a lot of work so instead of doing the work we will list what we know the vehicle needs and sell it CHEAP !!!! That way you save tons of money. Some of these vehicles need nothing so read the full description then ask any question you may have since we try to miss nothing but are only human. We recommend and welcome all vehicle inspections prior to bidding. We are always available for this since we want every buyer to be 200% satisfied. We value our rating and appreciate any and all feedback. If it is good then post it but if you have a problem then please let us try to fix it. We will do our best with in reason. We also recommend having vehicles inspected before bidding. We are a New York State retail sales dealer therefore must charge tax, inspection and licensing fees to all New York customers. We charge a small $299 transaction and prep fee to all ebay customers.

ALL UNITS ON EBAY ARE SOLD AS-IS ,WHERE IS ; NO EXCEPTIONS. AND NO , YOU CAN'T JUST PAY THE DEPOSITS WHEN YOU SHOW UP. WE DO REQUIRE A POSITIVE FEEDBACK AS WE DO DESCRIBE THE CARS VERY ACCURATELY AND HAVE BEEN DOING SO FOR A VERY LONG TIME. IF YOU CANNOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID.

Thank you for your business.

EPA says fuel economy test for hybrids is accurate

Mon, 26 Aug 2013

The EPA says it stands behind its fuel economy test for hybrid vehicles following controversy about the testing process after Ford C-Max Hybrid customers and automotive journalists alike struggled to achieve 47 miles per gallon, the advertised mpg number, Automotive News reports. Ford responded to the issue almost two weeks ago by claiming that a 1970s-era EPA general label rule was responsible for the inaccurate mileage numbers, rerating the C-Max Hybrid's mpg numbers and offering customers rebates. Ford later said it didn't overstate the C-Max Hybrid's fuel economy and that it was surprised by the low numbers.
Ford technically didn't do anything wrong because it was following the general label rule, but agency regulator Christopher Grundler says the automaker was exploiting a loophole when it came up with the hybrid C-Max numbers, and that the testing process remains accurate. The general label rule allows vehicles that use the same engine and transmission and are in the same weight class to share fuel economy numbers, but it doesn't take into account other factors such as aerodynamic efficiency, which affects hybrids more drastically than non-hybrid vehicles. Ford originally used the Fusion Hybrid economy figures for the C-Max Hybrid and claimed the engineers didn't realize that its aerodynamic efficiency would affect fuel economy as much as it did.

Watch Vaughn Gittin Jr. hit the ice in his 2015 Mustang RTR

Thu, Mar 19 2015

There's more than one way to get a car to drift. You can set up a purpose-built drift car. Or you can put a car on a slick surface. But in this case, Vaughn Gittin Jr. has done both. In this latest video, the driftmeister extraordinaire reveals the new livery for his 2015 Ford Mustang RTR, and put it on a frozen track, flanked by snow banks. It's the perfect place to drift any car, and this custom pony car could very well be the perfect drifter. Call it a match made in heaven. A cold, frozen-over slice of heaven where rear-drive muscle cars put on one heck of a show. Gittin, for those unfamiliar, is one of the drifting scene's foremost showmen, and like Ken Block or Tanner Foust, he competes primarily in Blue Oval machinery. Vaughn will be challenging the Formula Drift series once again in the Mustang RTR, but whether the sideways-driving championship is coming to a circuit near you or not, you can scope out a piece of the action right here.

And the Top Gear UK Cars of the Year for 2013 are...

Tue, 17 Dec 2013

Those loony Brits at Top Gear have named their Car of the Year, and if you're thinking it's the McLaren P1, Jaguar F-Type, Land Rover Range Rover Sport or Rolls-Royce Wraith, we're sorry to inform you that none of those Anglo automobiles earned the crown. In fact, the winner of Top Gear's most prestigious award is quite the surprise.
Of course, those cars weren't without their own awards. The P1 was the top hypercar (sorry, Porsche 918 and Ferrari LaFerrari), while the F-Type netted best convertible and the Range Rover Sport was voted SUV of the Year. Other honorable mentions included the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black and S-Class, the Porsche 911 GT3, the BMW i3 and the Ferrari 458 Speciale. The winner, though, wasn't even a high-dollar supercar. It was the Ford Fiesta ST.
Yes, the Fiesta ST beat out some off-the-wall cars like the revolutionary Volkswagen XL1 and the bonkers Peugeot 208 T16 Pikes Peak, not to mention all the cars we listed above, to take the title of Top Gear Car of the Year. And if you've driven one, you'll completely understand why.
