1977 Ford Bronco, 302 engine, C4 Automatic, Dana 20 Transfer Case, Ford 9 Inch Trac-lock, Dana 44 Front, Power Steering, Power Brakes with Front Disc Brakes. I do not know the actual mileage, 102000 was a guess.

The good on this truck, The engine was rebuilt (bored .040 oversize, crankshaft ground .030, new camshaft and cam bearings, heads were rebuilt, new lifters,) new Holley 2300 2 barrel, new Aluminum Raditor, New water pump, ect. Rear differential was rebuilt with new ring and pinion, bearings, and clutches. Transfer case has new seals. Brakes were replaced  new Calipers, Pads, Shoes, Lines. New front Springs, and Poly Bushings. New Shocks. Tires have a lot of tread but are older(There are weather cracks between the treads). New seat belts. I have not had to work on the Transmission or front differential, The both seem fine. The engine is loud, it has new down pipes from the manifolds and old exhaust after that. I say the parts are new but I have been working on the truck over a period of several years it has stayed in the shop and I have driven it aprox. 1000 miles. I have only used 100% gas. I have been driving it to work about once a week and it drives down the highway fine, Four wheel drive works fine. The oil pressure is very good from startup to when the engine is warm.

The bad on this truck is rust in the tailgate, windshield, frame, floors, and rockers. The floors were patched when I bought the Bronco and they seem solid but I have not really dug into them, and I riveted new rockers over the rusted out rockers. The top has been removed and put back on and the rubber seals do not seal out water, it drips into the floor boards when it rains. The welds on the top braces on the cab are broken and the cap rattles and pops when you go down the highway.  The frame had a piece notched out for headers on the passenger side, It was repaired with angle and plate when the engine was being rebuilt ( I posted several photos of the repair). The doors rattle and the passenger door will not unlock with the push knob, you have to reach into the door panel to unlock it. The gas gauge does not work. The factory Gauges do not work, I added some after market temp and oil pressure gauges and the work fine. The front tank has a leak at the fill hose, I don't know if it is the hose or tank neck. Some of the dash lights do not work. The fenders and grill are different colors inside so the have been replaced at sometime.

I do not want to trade or take payments. You will have to pick it up in Claremore, Oklahoma. Tag is current, Title is clear. I will need a 500 dollar paypal deposit within 24 hours and the rest in CASH when you pickup the truck. I would feel comfortable driving the truck a couple of hundred miles home but it's your truck once you leave( I will not come get you) You might want to trailer it home.

You can now order Domino's pizza from your Sync-equipped Ford

Tue, 07 Jan 2014

The news keeps pouring in from the Consumer Electronics Show now underway in Las Vegas, and the latest comes from Ford which has announced two new apps for its Sync AppLink system.
First up is a cooperative app launched by Ford together with Domino's Pizza that lets drivers of the former order pizza from the latter right from their car. The service allows those with Ford Sync AppLink in their car or truck and are registered with a Domino's Pizza Profile to place an order for their favorite pie using Dearborn's voice-recognition software for either pickup or delivery. Save your information in your Pizza Profile and it'll be sent to your house without even the push of a button, which strikes us as awesome a use of technology as we've ever seen.

Amazon can now deliver packages to some Ford and Lincoln vehicles

Tue, Apr 30 2019

Nothing succeeds without complications popping up along the way. Sure, Amazon's Prime delivery services have made shopping more convenient than brushing your teeth, but leaving millions of packages on doorsteps comes with an inherent danger: Thieves might swipe them without anybody knowing. Amazon's solution is called Amazon Key, which allows delivery men and women to enter a customer's house or car to drop off a package. This week, Ford and Lincoln announced they would be partnering with Amazon to integrate the service into some of their vehicles. Ford is following in the footsteps of Volvo and General Motors, as both companies announced their participation about a year ago. That includes Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC. Key will be made available for 2017-and-newer Fords equipped with FordPass Connect, and 2018-and-later Lincolns with Lincoln Connect. Key is not available everywhere, but it can be used in dozens of city throughout the U.S., and the network is expanding. To look for compatibility for your car and city, check on Amazon's dedicated Key website. Like every other tech invention these days, Key requires a smart device application, which requires a one-time setup. The service is available on the Key app or the FordPass and Lincoln Way apps. While ordering on Amazon, customers will then select in-car delivery during checkout. Input a public delivery address, and park the car within two blocks of that address. While the order is in transit, Amazon will provide status updates, another feature that takes away some of the anxiety of waiting for a package to be delivered. The package will be put into the car within a four-hour window, and users will get notifications that the exchange is complete, and the car is again securely locked. Should customers change their minds, they can always cancel the delivery method, and the car will remain locked. In that case, the delivery could go to the building where the car is parked, or be rescheduled. Ford imagines this as the beginning of numerous car-based services in the near future that can be scheduled while the owner is not there, such as car washes.

Ford's simple suit makes you feel like a drunk driver

Tue, Mar 25 2014

We've all heard about the dangers of drunk driving for practically our entire lives. Whether it's from PSAs on TV or lectures in school, no one can claim ignorance of drunk driving being extremely dangerous. However, that doesn't prevent some people from still doing it. Ford is trying to take the safety message directly to young drivers with a special suit that allows them to simulate driving under the influence. It is all part of Ford's Driving Skills for Life program that gives free driving education to young people. The program is meant to "train kids in skills they don't learn in driver's ed," said Kelli Felker, Ford Safety Communications Manager, to Autoblog. The drivers don a few items to impair their senses and make them off-balance to simulate having a few too many drinks and then go out on a closed course with an instructor to see the effects. Felker said that the suit is a new part of the program, and Ford just received the outfit in the US. It will be incorporated into the training here in the late spring or early summer. Scroll down to see the effect it has on drivers in Europe. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings.
