SOUTHERN SURVIVOR! This is by far the best bronco I have owned and I've owned five others in my lifetime. This is the one that will drive smooth and straight down the highway at 65 mph with one finger on the wheel. It does not pull in any direction and is tight at any speed. I hate to see it go but I just do not use it and it basically stays in the garage. I get it out at least four times a year to service it and run it but otherwise it does not get used like it should. It has spent it's entire life in mississippi and has had very little off road use. Everything on this gem works correctly and she runs like she just came off the show room floor. Most of this bronco is original. The motor and transmission and body are all original. The bronco has never been in any wrecks or been mistreated. There are a few modifications that I feel make the original bronco better like a good paint job, critically it's an 8 out of 10 on the paint. I did add AC to this unit. It blows ice cold. I've added an electric fuel pump so the bronco cranks every time the first time. I've added a digital gauge to replace the original, the old gauges just are not as accurate and I wanted something more reliable on this exceptional bronco. The radio is not original and I've added a speaker box under the back seat. The bronco comes with a winch bumper for esthetics only, there is not a winch. It also has a roof rack that is functional but I added it for esthetics also. Glass is in great condition and windows are tinted. I'm sure there are a few other minor modifications that I may not remember but I'm including as many pictures of the bronco as possible. One very important feature of this spectacular bronco is that there is absolutely no rust anywhere. Notice from the pictures that is still has the original floor mat in place. The floor mat and dash pad are both original and they do have a few minor cracks. Even the headliner is original and in excellent condition. Seats are all original and in good condition. I do not need to sale this bronco but I'd like to sale it for the right price and the right home. Please do not bid unless you have serious intentions to buy it. This bronco is a true survivor and it is in excellent condition. Ask questions and I will respond as soon as possible. Good Luck!

Ken Block's Gymkhana 8 to feature Dubai Police cars?
Tue, Feb 23 2016Yesterday we showed you the shiny Ford Fiesta that Ken Block will slide, spin, and hoon through the next Gymkhana video. In case the image above isn't clear, that video will drop at midnight EST on February 30th on the Ford Performance YouTube channel. We don't know all the entire premise of the video yet, but this Tweet from the man himself reveals that the video will be set in Dubai. Block is standing on the Fiesta we saw yesterday, and arrayed behind him are a handful of those famous Dubai Police cars you're probably familiar with. The force has a fleet of sportscars and supercars, and the purpose is outreach and goodwill among its citizenry, not necessarily the pursuit of criminals. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. From left to right, we can see a Maserati GranTurismo, Porsche 911, what looks to be a Nissan GT-R obscured by Block's Fiesta, a McLaren (likely a 650S), Ford Mustang, and a Ferrari 599 of some ilk. Will they take part? Maybe Block will try and run from what might be the most horsepower-intensive police fleet in the world. We'll have answers (and a few minutes of pure Block hooniganism) in a few days. Related Video:
Ford Focus Electric gets $6,000 price drop, now starts at $29,995
Mon, Oct 20 2014In early 2013, the Nissan Leaf shed a massive $6,500 from its $35,200 base price to offer a new starting price of $28,800. Since then, we have seen numerous other plug-in vehicles get smaller price tags, from the Honda Fit EV (lower lease price) to the Chevrolet Volt (around $5,000 lower) to the Mitsubishi i (a $6,130 drop). Last year, Ford lowered the $39,200 price of the Focus Electric by around $4,000, but that hasn't been enough to get the Ford EV to really compete, saleswise, with other plug-in vehicles on the market. But wait, as they say, there's more. This past weekend, Ford lopped another $6,000 from the price of both the 2014 model year Focus EVs currently on dealer lots as well as the redesigned 2015 models that are now rolling out (they're basically the same car, minus some appearance changes). Ford spokesman Aaron Miller confirmed to AutoblogGreen that the Focus EV will now start at $29,995 and said that reducing the price should make the Blue Oval's only pure EV competitive. "We hope by reducing the price we're giving consumers another reason to consider it," he said. Through the end of September 2014, Ford has sold just 1,534 Focus EVs in the US (the model sold 1,335 in the first nine months of 2013). For comparison's sake, the Nissan Leaf starts at $29,010 and sells around 3,000 units a month in the US. Miller notes that the Focus EV has been selling the best on the West Coast, and is also doing well on the East Coast. After that, he said Atlanta and the Great Lakes area also see decent sales of model's admittedly small pie. We can only assume that offering the EV for under $30,000 will make that pie somewhat bigger.
George W. Bush's 2009 Ford F-150 fizzles with $300,000 bid at Barrett-Jackson [UPDATE: w/video]
Sun, 20 Jan 2013Despite some truly impassioned pleading from Jay Leno himself - including calling on Arizona's notoriously Republican-rich voters to beat the $600,000 level set the last time Leno sold a vehicle for this particular charity... in California - bidding for George Bush's 2009 Ford F-150 pickup truck stalled at $300,000.
All proceeds will be sent to the Fisher House Foundation, so at least it's $300K going to a good cause. Feel free to check out the live image gallery above, which includes shots showing Leno's skills helming the auction, and read through the official auction description below.
*UPDATE: Video of the auction and Leno's prods to the crowd for more money can now be seen below.
