This is ready to be restored or driven as is. It fires right up (even after sitting 3 weeks) and has no problem on the freeway. It doesn't smoke at all and I see no signs of any leaks.

Very little rust; most is only on the surface. Front floor pans and battery box area sheet metal will need replacement (typical); everything is is pretty solid. It's truly a diamond in the rough.
If you know what these are, you know how rare a find this is. Odometer reads 74148 miles; I can't verify the accuracy but the odometer is functioning.

If you want to restore it, it needs a lot, but I'm confident it would be worth the investment. All OEM parts can be easily found to make this an amazing truck.
I recently purchased this and planned on resorting it but just purchased a restored one instead.

The passing of William Clay Ford has been a big event for the company he spent most of his life helping run. Ford spent 57 years working for his family's company. Considering the Blue Oval has been around for over 100 years, WCF's passing is the end of an era for the Dearborn-based manufacturer.
Ford's YouTube channel has issued a short memorial video highlighting the life of the longest-lived grandson of company founder Henry Ford. It follows William Clay from his time as a boy, showing him alongside his grandfather, through his younger years, and into his twilight, as the patriarch of the Ford family.
