2001 Ford Taurus for sale. Recently had a baby and moved on to a minivan. 160,000 miles. Power windows, power locks (drivers door does not lock), cruise control, am/fm cd, rear defrost, few dings and a small dent in passenger door (shopping cart or bumper tap at the mall), new battery (July 2013), interior in good shape (small separation of stich on driver seat-not a tearr or rip), driven daily by my wife. Starts great, runs fine. Can be driven away. Tires are ok but will probably need to be replaced to pass next inspection, inspection expires July 2014, heater works ok but blows warmish air not hot, small coolant leak that seems to come and go (I check all fluids every twoish weeks). I can probably sell for more but I need it moved quickly. Small driveway and picking up the minivan soon. Car needs to be taken away on or by the 15th. Car reg. says green but it looks silverish to me. No games being played, reserve price is $501.00. Top bid over $500 drives it home.

Ford increasing Super Duty production by 15 percent

Ford has announced a hefty $80 million investment in its Kentucky Truck Plant, which is responsible for building the F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 versions of the Super Duty pickup. The influx of cash will add 350 jobs to the factory.
The investment is also good for a 15-percent increase in annual production thanks to retooling and other facility upgrades, which equates to an extra 55,000 units of production. Considering that Ford makes even more money off its Super Duty than it does on the hot-selling F-150, this could mean some serious coin to Ford's bottom line.
