I have a 1988 ford ranger lifted truck that has 35" tires and I think its 7"  lift total it does run but has been sitting for a couple of years. when I went to start it back fired and with no exhaust on it, it caught fire and burn pressure regulator some vacuum  lines and couple wires you can see in pics. it also needs brakes lines seat bolted down and steering column. needs body and paint work as you can see, it would make someone a great project and toy. it is sold with bill of sale and paper from state so you will have no problem getting title and reg. my state don't have title after 15 years old. it is sold as is were is no warranty. thanks and happy bidding.  miles say 35511 on odometer but it could be over that because on the old rigs the did not read out 6 digit. and the paper work I got is abandoned motor vehicle. from my state. so I don't know I lot about the truck but when it sat here it did run and move so I'am letting you know what I know.

Ford shareholders happy as the Blue Oval stays in the black

Fri, May 15 2015

Ford posted slightly falling global sales and revenue in its first-quarter financial announcement, but pre-tax profits and operating margins were up. Apparently, that was plenty to keep shareholders happy, though. The Blue Oval's recent investor meeting in Delaware lasted less than an hour, and a vote on the approval of the board passed by over 93 percent. Ford CEO Mark Fields continued to predict a strong year financially and increasing profits, according to the Detroit Free Press. The growth comes thanks in large part to the company's 24 global vehicle launches last year and 15 more this year. The likelihood of significant profits from the strong-selling 2015 F-150 should be especially lucrative, too. In the Q1 announcement, the Blue Oval forecast pre-tax profits between $8.5 billion and $9.5 billion for 2015. During the meeting, Fields said that the next 15 years of changes in the industry represent the "ultimate opportunity as a company. As big as when Henry Ford put the world on wheels more than 100 years ago," according to the Free Press. Investments like the expanded technology center in Silicon Valley should push that work along. Fewest vehicles ever found eligible for Most American survey

Mon, 30 Jun 2014

Once again, the most American car on the market is from an American brand. The Ford F-150 retained its number one spot in Cars.com's annual survey of the most American vehicles, trumping the Toyota Camry, which remains at number two.
Ford taking the top spot is small consolation, though, as the Detroit Three aren't too well represented here. General Motors scored a win at number seven, with the Chevrolet Corvette, while Chrysler squeaked in at number ten, with the Dodge Viper. Outside of those three vehicles, Toyota and Honda dominate the top ten.
What's most remarkable, though, is that there were so few cars available for this year's list.
