Up for auction are 2 1958 Ford Ranchero projects. The primer grey car has a ford 302 V8 & a C4 automatic. It is a running, driving, registered & insured car with a clear title. It comes with a laundry list of new parts (some recently installed on grey car). The yellow car was bought for parts. Some of the new stuff includes. Edelbrock 500cfm thunder avs carb. HEI dist., 8mm wires, finned aluminum valve covers, 100 one wire chrome alternator, battery, lokar 24" shifter. Hood Pull with cable, door sill plates, navy blue carpet kit, front end rebuild kit, 4 new shocks, rear lowering blocks, Sun Vintage style tach, Ranchero badges, indicator lenses, dome light, interior door handles, longhorn badge for tailgate... I'm sure I'm forgetting something. The yellow car has a ford 390 V8 w/ original automatic transmission, York air conditioning compressor & under dash mounted a/c unit. the yellow car was parked 30 years ago & will come with bill of sale (no title) as it is out of California's DMV system. Between the two cars there are enough parts & trim to make a very complete & original looking car. The primer grey car has a smoothed out 1957 hood. Ford Focus ST checks into Jay Leno's Garage

In a change of pace from the high-end vehicles that often appear in Jay Leno's Garage, Ford sends its hottest hatchback (in the US, at least), the 252-horsepower Focus ST, to be featured on Leno's show. Accompanying the five-door hatch is its chief engineer, Jamal Hameedi.
Riding on stylish 18-inch wheels with summer tires and with a spoiler that doubles as a lunch tray, Hameedi and Leno walk us through the finer points of what makes the ST special, which also includes bigger brakes, torque vectoring, a manual transmission and, of course, 252 hp and 270 pound-feet of torque from the 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine, which is made possible by 21 psi of turbocharged boost.

Ford reveals EcoBoost-powered Riley prototype for Daytona 24

It's not the first time Ford has participated in the Daytona Prototype class as an engine supplier, but in revealing this new EcoBoost V6-powered Riley Technologies prototype for the new United SportsCar Championship, Ford is making a statement: "We want to show Ford EcoBoost's capabilities as an engine that provides both performance and fuel economy, on and off the track," says Jamie Allison, director of Ford Racing.
In addition to supplying the 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6, Ford had its production designer Garen Nicoghosian give the racecar brand-inspired design cues with support from Ford Racing chief aerodynamicist Bernie Marcus.
The car is scheduled to compete at next year's Rolex 24 at Daytona on January 25-26, but before that, Michael Shank Racing is working with Ford at another goal. Driving his Ford Thunderbird, NASCAR champion Bill Elliott set the track's top speed record at 210.364 miles per hour during a qualifying run for the Daytona 500 - way back in 1987 -- and Ford thinks it's about time for that record to fall. What better time the introduction of this new Ford-powered Daytona Prototype? Michael Shank Racing plans to use the twin-turbo V6-powered racer to beat Elliott's record, and it expects to begin prepping for the top-speed run on October 9.
