We don't have sales people on our ebay listings,  so we don't have the typical 30% to 40% costs/markup associated with such, and we don't have huge markups, but feel free to call with any reasonable offers.

We do our very best to inspect the vehicles and make sure that everything is in safe and operating condition. Our policy is that we wouldn't put a vehicle up for sale if we personally wouldn't drive across country in it. Each vehicle is gone through before they are offered for sale. We are not selling brand new vehicles, but try very hard to ensure you're getting a great value. We also change the oil and filter before it's sold.   * * * * All vehicles are sold As - IS * * * *

Successful bidder  must contact us within 2 days of the close of the auction, and must submit a deposit of  $500  within 48 hours of auction end. Remaining balance is to be paid within 7 days of the close of the auction. We accept Paypal and Credit Cards -  Master Card, Discover, Visa, Debit-Cards - FOR DEPOSITS ONLY.   For payment of balance, we accept  Bank Loan checks, Wire Transfers, Money Orders,/ Cashiers Checks, Company Checks, and Cash.  Personal checks will be accepted if arrangements are made in advance. We are happy to work with your bank if you are getting your own financing.  We do not take Credit Cards for the entire amount unless you make prior arrangements. 

Our dealer handling fee is $249.  If you make us a "Best Offer"  please remember that the dealer handling fee will be added to your offer.  Same goes for the "Buy It Now" price.

COLORADO RESIDENTS - We collect taxes on Colorado residents only.  

You have two major options for delivery.  You can either have it shipped, which we can help arrange, or you can pick up the vehicle here at our location. We regularly pick up people at Denver International Airport (DEN) free of charge and bring them to the lot for pickup, as long as you fly in during our business hours. The airport is about 35 minutes from our store, and is about a $100 taxi fare.

We provide a 60 day temporary permit for every vehicle. This is like a 2-month license plate. 

We regularly use a shipping company called Diamond Express Transportation. We have shipped several hundred vehicles with them without a single problem over the last 8 years.  Feel free to call  Shawn or Joe  @ 719.593.7770. Most quotes are between $450 to $900 depending on the size of the vehicle and the distance. We'd be happy to get you a quote by calling us at 720.346.4004, or you can contact them directly - just let them know you are our customer so that you get our pricing.

Please call us if you have any questions regarding financing options.  We only have one bank that will finance out of state, but prefer you use your own bank or Credit Union.

 If you are financing a vehicle with your bank, we are happy to email or fax you or your bank a Buyers Order / Purchase Order.

We do not use or accept Road Loans.

We do our very best to describe the vehicles as they really are and the options they have, though everyone has a different opinion of what a condition might be.    It is your responsibility to examine all the photos carefully and read the full text of the advertisement, and to call with any questions or concerns,  BEFORE  you  Make an Offer  OR   hit the Buy It Now.     If you want to have an inspection done on the vehicle, you need to do it BEFORE you make an offer or hit the Buy It Now.

We are one of the few eBay sellers that provide you with 70 - 100+  close-up pictures of each vehicle - we obviously are not trying to hide anything. In fact, we are always told that the vehicle looks even better in person.

We have a Dealer Transfer fee of $249.00.  If you are out of state, we do not collect taxes.  For Colorado residents, we have to collect State tax, and any other applicable taxes, costs, etc.

If you are having the vehicle shipped to you, we cannot release it for shipping until we have all the State forms/Dealer forms signed and returned, and the vehicle is paid in full.

Auto Warehouse Sales and Service, LLC  reserves the right to sell the vehicle at any time before a deposit has been left on the vehicle.  Auto Warehouse Sales and Service, LLC  also reserves the right to end the listing early. We sell many of our vehicles before the end of the listing. Feel free to call with any questions.

 It is our experience and our volume, and the fact that we don't have sales people on our ebay listings  -  that allows us to sell vehicles at lower prices than most businesses, on EBay or off, but please know that the phrase "You get what you pay for" is constant in both the real world and the car business.
