Very nice 1930 Ford Tudo Sedan "A" Bone chopped 3 inches for that perfect low look of a street rod the body is 100% old metal, the fenders are fiberglass to keep them setteled down a highway speeds, the windows all work and fully open. the car is complete with four speaker sterio with CD, A/C and heat with defrost, rack and pinion steering with a fully independant front suspension, there is recaro bucket seats and a full original back seat. Tan interior with a southwest indian dream catcher lokk and feel, the engine is a low miles 305 with a tune port injection from a 85 camaro followed by a 700R4 automatic transmission down to a ford 9 inch rear sprung by alden eagle coil overs on a triangulated four bar rear, this is a very nice riding set up. The frame is from roadster shop and the fuel tank is a deuce clone from Tanks with the fuel pump mounted inside just like the camaro had in it. The top is metal filled and then covered in marine simulated leather with a french seal going back to the body seam. The windshield still pushes out for those cool evening drives. There was no expence spared on this car to make it a fantastic highway driver, this car has been seen regularly at York and Macungie as well as many South Jersey show over the last 14 years. This is a real driver and a great car that will not drive you crazy with constant maintenance, the price is set at just what the cost of part is and it is ready to just drive down the road for this springs events. Cadillac Escalade gets $5,000 discount to ward off Lincoln Navigator

General Motors apparently isn't going to let early good reception for the redesigned Lincoln Navigator steal thunder from its own luxury SUV without a fight. It's offering a $5,000 discount on the purchase or lease of the Cadillac Escalade this month to any buyer who trades in a 1999 or newer Lincoln model, Bloomberg reports. GM spokesman Jim Cain told Bloomberg the incentive is being offered to keep prices competitive for the Escalade. The 2018 Navigator starts at $72,055, compared to $73,995 for the Escalade, but the outgoing version of the Navigator is selling for an average of around $53,000, compared with more than $80,000 on average for the Escalade, he said. The Escalade was the top-selling domestic luxury SUV in October and No. 4 in the segment, according to Motor Intelligence. It far outsold the Navigator, which last saw a refresh in 2015 and a full redesign in 2007. But Ford is hoping to gain back some ground with the new Navigator and updated Expedition, which also trails the Chevrolet Tahoe and Chevy Suburban in its segment. Bloomberg notes that one Morgan Stanley analyst estimates that GM owns a $2 billion annual pretax profit edge in the lucrative luxury sport utility segment. Reborn Ford Escort could make its way to Europe

The Ford Escort concept just unveiled at the Shanghai Motor Show was created with the Chinese market in mind, but it's got people talking all over the world. Not purely fancy, the point of the Escort concept was to give Chinese buyers a preview of what they could expect to see in a Ford showroom in the near future. If Ford wasn't seriously considering the new Escort for other countries, a report in Auto Express indicates that the concept's reception has changed all that.
No less than the incoming chairman of Ford UK said "it could work in other places," bolstering the comments of "a senior Ford insider" who said the question of bringing the car to Europe to slot in underneath the Focus had been raised. That's a long way from anything of the kind happening, which would require Ford to figure out how to sell it for the right price and not torpedo the company reputation among Euro buyers. In any case, we'd be as intrigued as anyone if an Escort resurrection created the next 'who knew?' market segment of few-frills transportation offered by non-Asian carmakers.

2016 Ford Mustang getting California Special treatment

The sixth-generation Mustang hasn't even been around for a full year, but Ford is already prepping a couple of tweaks for 2016. We've now learned that there will be a California Special version, and if that name sounds familiar, it's because Ford has a long history of doing the GT/CS treatment on its 'Stangs. We don't have anything to go on right now, save the image you see here. But previous California Special versions were limited to things like new wheels, spoilers, badges, and some paint options, so we aren't expecting anything too drastic. It's also unclear if Ford will offer the new GT/CS on both the coupe and convertible, or if it'll just stick to the hardtop. We'll get the full details on Monday, May 11 – that's when Ford will reveal everything it's done for the 2016 Mustang lineup. Stay tuned.
