Very nice original 1930 Model A Pickup

On Sep-17-13 at 21:12:16 PDT, seller added the following information:

This is a completely restored late1930 A Pickup painted Manila brown with Black fenders and wheels painted Straw, this is a older restoration but car has not been driven much since and has a lot of upgrades with Hydraulic brakes this alone these day can cost two to three thousand dollars and makes the truck so much safer to drive and also just recently has had a Alternator installed with Halagon front headlights and Dual rear LED tail lights with brakes lights with Logo lights from Snyders's with front installed in bumber and rears custom fitted inside correct black housing for commercial trucks. (please see pictures) All these items make this truck a real driver any time day or night, these Headlights are so bright so will have to put them on low when a car approaches at night or you will get flashed at from the oncoming car. The interior is correct for this truck and is excellent with seat and door panels and kick panels with rubber matt. The engine compartment is clean with a excellent running original engine with a new leakless water pump and appears to have a new radiator. A Tillotson carburetor also helps the performance of the truck and is very responsive along with new modern style points in a completely rebuilt distributor with new bushings and shaft and cam. If you have been looking for a very nice truck that you can really drive and looks great, this is it. Please call or email if any questions. (209) 969-1799 ask for Gary. Please see picturs for details of this nice 1930 model A pickup

Ford moving medium-duty F-Series production from Mexico to Ohio

Thu, 27 Feb 2014

A few more Ford trucks will be built in the US in the near future with news that production of the F-650 and F-750 medium-duty trucks will move from Mexico to Ford's Ohio Assembly Plant in Avon Lake, OH. Ford hasn't confirmed a precise timeline for the move, but The Detroit News claims the Blue Oval will make the shift later this year or in early 2015.
As Ford spokesperson Mike Levine reminded us, back in 2011, Ford announced in an investor release that it would shift production "after the [Ohio] plant stops current production of the Ford E-Series vans." According to that release, the Ohio factory will also receive $128 million in upgrades to build the new trucks, plus the F53 motorhome chassis and F59 commercial chassis.
