I have this extremely clean 2004 Ford F450 crew cab up for auction this week! This is the cleanest F450 that I've ever seen! This is a one owner truck that was bought new in Georgia and has remained in Georgia it's entire life. It was fleet maintained and it's condition is absolutely amazing! Every single thing on this truck works perfectly! The flat bed has new pressure treated wood sides and a gooseneck ball in the bed. We have replaced the lights on the bed and cleaned and repainted the bed. It's ready to go to work today!
The interior of this truck is very clean with none of the typical abuse you see in a "work truck". There is no smell of oil or cigarettes or anything, it actually smells like a new truck! The front seat is PERFECT, it shows zero signs of wear! The back seat is in very good shape with no rips or excessive wear. The door covers are very clean with no missing or broken pieces. The dash is free from cracks or gouges or anything really. The headliner is in great shape with no tears, no holes and no sagging. The windshield is free from cracks and stars and is perfect. Even the rubber floor mat and door sills are in excellent shape. If the miles were under 100K the interior would make you believe it! The AC is ice cold and the heat works perfectly as well.
The exterior is every bit as nice as the inside! There are a dent in the passenger side fender shown in the pics, but in my opinion it's minor, the rest of the exterior has only minor scratches or bug marks on the front. The emblems are very bright and nice...like new. The front bumper is straight and the chrome is perfect! All the lights are in good working order and the lenses are free from cracks or cloudiness. This is one you can want to fly in and drive home. The chrome wheel simulators are free from curb rash and dents. The front tires are brand new, the rear tires are 100% brand new. It's just a really impressive truck.
Driving this truck is no disappointment either! It starts right up with no smoke or hesitation...even when it's been sitting for a week in cold weather! The transmission goes right into gear and shifts up and down smoothly with no skipping, slipping or hesitation. The steering is tight and the alignment is perfect! The brakes stop straight and true, even if you stop aggressively and let go of the wheel, the truck goes straight. The tires are balanced properly and it rides smooth. The engine is smooth and powerful, the turbo spools up quickly and provides full boost through the RPM range.
Georgia Residents, please be aware that there is a TAVT tax and an $18 title fee to add to the end price of this auction. But there are no doc fees or other fees added like many dealers on eBay do. Out of state buyers, none of those fees apply to you.

Tue, 11 Feb 2014The V8 grunt of the Mustang has defined Ford performance cars in the US for the last 50 years, but in Europe, the Blue Oval has nearly as a long history of building some of the best hot hatches on the market with the Fiesta, Escort and later the Focus. The latest Fiesta ST has just hit the roads on both sides of the pond and has been enthusiastically received thanks to its combination of a peppy, turbocharged engine and hatchback utility.
However, Europe is getting a bumper crop of hot hatches at the moment, including the forthcoming, third-generation Mini Cooper S. Should Ford have waited to launch the ST until it knew how the competition performed? That's the answer that Xcar is after in its latest video, and it took the Fiesta to the track and some very misty, Welsh roads to find out. Scroll down to find out whether the ST stacks up.
Ken Block hoons his Ford F-150 RaptorTrax on the slopes

But earlier this year, the Gymkhana guru revealed his baddest Ford yet: an F-150 SVT Raptor on tracks. And true to form, here he is putting it to the test in the latest video from Monster Energy and Hoonigan Racing.
Filmed at Baldface Lodge in Nelson, BC, the video pairs Block up with snowboarders Zak Hale and Ethan Deiss for some deep-powder action. You'll want to watch the video for yourself, but the bottom line is that the RaptorTrax beats the heck out of waiting on line for the ski lift. It's enough to make us start to look forward to winter... almost.
eBay Find of the Day: 1970 Ford Torino King Cobra prototype
Wed, 08 May 2013Over the last decade or so, competition in NASCAR has led to some pretty funky looking racecars. And when the sport was still up and coming, the tight competition actually led to some interesting production cars. The Dodge Charger Daytona and Plymouth Superbird are perhaps the most well-known cars of the sport's "aero wars" era but the Ford Torino King Cobra might have been the most memorable of all, if not for some different homologation rules established in 1970. The Torino King Cobra never made it to production and never competed in NASCAR, but three examples exist including this one now for sale on eBay.
Designed as a successor for the aero-tuned Torino Talladega, the Torino King Cobra has a sleeker front end with hidden headlights and a sloped nose. As the story goes, NASCAR made a rule change in 1970 requiring 3,000 of the vehicles to be produced, which was substantially more than the 500 units required by the previous rule. One of the three prototypes ever built - and the only one built with the Boss 429 engine - is now for sale on eBay with a starting bid of $500,000. With a little more than three days left on the auction there are still no bids, but in the grand scheme of things this seems like a relatively fair price for a rare piece of automobile and racing history.
