Up for sale is a 2004 Ford f350 Superduty Powerstroke diesel. This thing is huge! Turns heads everywhere I go. It is an extended cab (4 door) long box (8ft. box). Has the 6.0L turbo diesel engine with 154,xxx miles on it, a 5-speed automatic Torqueshift transmission and 4 wheel drive (4x4).  It is the Lariat package so it has tan leather interior,  lumbar support seats, power driver’s seat, power locks, power windows, power sliding rear window, power heated telescoping mirrors, center counsel, tilt wheel, cruise, ice cold A/C, and overhead data display. It has the 4x4 on the floor so you know it’s in compared to the dash switch and has the manual locking hubs which is also nice and reliable.

Apparently it has a "manufacturer buyback" title, which i didn't even know. I know the Ford 6.0 engines had a lot of problems when they came out so I'm assuming that's why. There isn't anything else it could be as far as i know, so it does have that on the title.

Aftermarket interior items are blue L.E.D. dome light, Kenwood in dash dvd player with usb and ipod hookups, Cobra 29LTD cb radio, tinted windows (%25), front window drop, and quad pillar gauge with Autometer ultralight gauges (trans temp, EGT temp, boost, and fuel pressure).  It’s got an aftermarket brake controller for trailers already wired in.  It also has a Viper remote start/security system with a 2-way remote that works great I love that feature!

Exterior has a 13” lift in the rear and a 6” lift up front running on 37” Nitto Mudgrapplers. It has smoked out cab lights and tail lights, with crystal markers up front, Piaa headlight and fog light bulbs, recon L.E.D. signal strips under the doors, and a fire and ice led bar in the back. It has N’fab running bars, Pypes 6” exhaust stacks, a custom painted black grill and black “in box” tool box. Right before winter I had the whole frame sand blasted and painted with por 15, which is really hard and rust proof paint and looks amazing. Everything under the truck was gone through, blasted and painted. It has all new Spicer u-joints front to back, every one of them. All new heavy duty front ball joints, and one tie rod end. The axels front and back have all new seals and new Amsoil gear oil in them. Transmission and engine also run Amsoil and were changed at the same time, 1000 miles ago at the most. The front driveshaft is a custom heavy duty one made by Driveshaft Specialists of Texas that was put on last year. It also has heavy duty adjustable rear traction bars and a dual front steering stabilizer to keep it tracking straight. I will throw in my custom #10,000 16” drop hitch so you can pull a trailer too, you will need it!

As far as performance, there is a lot done to this truck and puts down the numbers prove it. It has a K&N cold air intake, 4” downpipe to 5” to 6” stacks for exhaust. I’m running River City 190cc injectors with a Garrett  68mm vgt turbo, Airdog 150 lift pump, Alligator Diesel stainless steel braided regulated return fuel system with a Sinister Diesel fuel tank sump. Obviously with all this it has ARP head studs, oem gaskets, Sinister EGR delete, new oil cooler and screen, new icp and ipr valve and sensors, as well as a Sinister Diesel coolant filter system. I am running a custom tune from Innovative Diesel on my SCT tuner that also has the custom race tune on it that will be included with the truck.

I took it to the dyno yesterday and it put down 544 Rwhp and 973Ft.Lbs. of torque. This thing absolutely rips and sounds better than any truck I’ve ever heard. Sounds like a jet when it’s just sitting there idling it’s crazy. There are absolutely zero issues with the way this truck runs and drives. It is runs super strong and handles like a car when going down the road, you will not be disappointed!

The only issues with the beast are cosmetic. The chrome rims are peeling in places, the paint in a few small spots is cracked, and the bedliner around the bottom is wearing thin. I do have a half gallon left of that i think to touch it up that will go with the truck. The box has some big dents in the passanger side and is starting to rust around the wheel well on the other side. It also has holes in the bed from a 5th wheel it and other tool boxes possibly or something like that. You may just want to replace the entire box, that would be the cheapest route I figured. Also it needs new tires; the ones on it are shot.  Other than that the only thing this rig needs is a new owner!

Also considering trades on a newer Acura Tl, Tsx or something similar. Also looking for a Honda Cbr600RR bike.

You can get ahold of me by texting Derek at 920-299-2083 or send me a message on here and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks For looking!

I pulled the truck a few times last year, this is exactly how it is set up now. Proof that it runs strong and sounds awesome!

Ford promises 12 new global performance vehicles through 2020

Thu, Dec 11 2014

Ford just keeps rolling out the big announcements today. We've already told you about the next-gen Focus RS coming to the US and the upcoming Sync 3 infotainment system. And this latest one should perk up the ears of racing fans or anyone who enjoys an enthusiastic drive (basically, all Autoblog readers). The Blue Oval says it has "more than 12" new performance vehicles on the way globally through 2020. Unfortunately, the only one that the automaker confirms at the moment is the Focus RS, but recent rumors might suggest a few others. Ford reportedly has the Shelby Mustang GT350R, next-gen F-150 Raptor and a Ford GT successor all on the way, all of which could possibly debut at the Detroit Auto Show in January. The future GT might even take the company back to racing at Le Mans. Speaking of motorsports, Ford is also blending its performance vehicle and racing efforts worldwide into a unified entity by combining SVT, Team RS and Ford Racing into a new organization called Ford Performance. It's responsible not just for excelling on the track but also for developing aero improvements, electronics, powertrain and lightweight tech for the Blue Oval's vehicles. "Our new global Ford Performance team ties together racing, performance vehicles and parts. It will allow us to more quickly introduce products and accessories that meet the needs of customers around the world on-road and on the track," said Raj Nair, Ford group vice president, Global Product Development, in the company's press release. The automaker thinks this market might be booming, especially among younger buyers. For example, recent data shows Millennials buy ST models at twice the rate of the rest of Ford's cars. Scroll down to read the Blue Oval's full announcement of the new division and the plan to get excited about things to come. FORD DRIVING PERFORMANCE INNOVATION TO NEW LEVELS; MORE THAN 12 VEHICLES COMING FROM NEW GLOBAL TEAM Ford bringing more global performance vehicles to customers worldwide; more than 12 new performance vehicles through 2020 – including Focus RS – to be available globally Ford uniting regional performance engineering and racing teams as one global team under Ford Performance, delivering more new vehicles and parts, more quickly Ford will deliver more than 12 new performance vehicles for global enthusiasts through 2020, as the company announced today its new global Ford Performance team.

2015 Ford F-Series Super Duty is class-leading once again

Wed, 05 Mar 2014

Time for everyone to feign surprise - Ford has just announced that it has the increased horsepower and torque levels of its 6.7-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel V8 engine for 2015. As you'd expect, the Blue Oval is claiming class-leading figures of 440 hp (up from 400) and 860 pound-feet (up from 800), and that's enough to enable Ford's F-450 Super Duty model to tow as much as 31,200 pounds, which, again, the automaker claims is class leading.
Now, it should be noted that the max rating quoted above is achieved with the Ford F-450. The 2015 F-350, which is perhaps a better comparison to the Ram 3500 HD pickup that claimed the towing crown in 2013 at an even 30,000 pounds, is capped at 26,500 pounds, either with a gooseneck or when towing a fifth-wheel trailer. In any case, it's going to take a load the size of Godzilla to make any of the current crop of fullsize heavy-duty pickup trucks break into a sweat. For those keeping track, Chevy rates its 2015 Silverado HD at a maximum of 23,200 pounds.
Ford's newfound pulling power comes courtesy of a larger turbocharger for its in-house Power Stroke engine, new fuel injector tips and, we'd assume, retuned computer controls. Besides the engine enhancements, the F-350 gets a wider front track for 2015 and new front springs, while the F-450 gains commercial-grade 19.5-inch wheels and tires, new rear U-joints, leaf springs, stabilizer bars and shocks. The steering and brake systems have also been upgraded.

2016 Ford Shelby Mustang GT350R First Ride

Fri, Jul 31 2015

Ford Performance Chief Engineer Jamal Hameedi was in China when he received an interesting text. Half a world away his team was shaking down the newest Shelby Mustang at Grattan Raceway in rural Michigan. The news was encouraging. The GT350R was keeping pace with a Porsche 911 GT3, even nosing ahead of it during time trials, while the GT350 was running about even with a 911 Carrera S and a Chevy Corvette Stingray. "That was a good text to get," he recounted a week later as we chatted alongside the track at Grattan. On this scorching summer day, there were no Porsches or Stingrays to be found, but we've come to preview the track-focused GT350R. Ford drivers are at the wheel, and we're riding shotgun. After several hot laps, we're left with a predictable observation: The GT350R is wicked fast and quick as hell. Much of this is thanks to the 5.2-liter flat-plane crank V8 that pumps out 526 horsepower and 429 pound-feet of torque. It's the most powerful naturally aspirated road-legal engine in Ford's 112-year history. To help the engineering process, Ford bought a Ferrari 458 Italia and ripped apart its V8. The GT350's engine ended up being 10 pounds lighter. For the coup d'grace, Ford's mill also revs to a Ferrari-like 8,250 rpm. As formidable as all of that looks on paper, it sounds even more imposing in real life (see the related video below). The engine in our GT350R crackles, growls, and opens up to a flat-out roar as we explode onto the track, gripping the door pulls to calm our nerves. Grattan is a challenging, twisty course. The corners are tight, and the elevation changes quickly. At one point, our test driver aggressively tackles a curve and we're briefly airborne. During the first stint, we reach about 140 miles per hour. But the GT350R isn't about straight-line speed or pure power. It's designed to get around a track as rapidly as possible. That means Ford took the 'base' GT350 – which should be more than at home on the track itself – and re-tuned the suspension and aerodynamics. There's a larger front splitter and rear carbon-fiber spoiler. The 19-inch carbon-fiber wheels are stiffer and lighter than comparable aluminum rollers, and they're wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 high performance rubber. Additionally, Ford ripped out the back seats, air conditioning, trunk floorboard, stereo, backup camera, and anything else that wasn't necessary.
