I am always available by mail at: gregorygttirone@seekslove.com . KING RANCH FORD F-350 DUALLY 4x4 DIESEL TRUCK
We are selling the best truck we have ever owned and passing on a great deal to someone that has multiple
warranties on multiple parts. We have a top of the line low mileage Diesel King Ranch edition Ford F-350 Dually
extended cab. This thing is SWEET!  We have owned it for 8+ years - we are the second owners and absolutely love
it! We usually only keep a truck about 5 years but just love the power, ride and look of the King Ranch. This truck
is strong running and has been meticulously maintained inside and out. We have all service records and have always
done needed repairs. It gets a full pro detail (cleaned) inside and out yearly to keep it looking great and gets
cleaned inside and out several times a month. Im very particular on how my vehicles look inside and out and how
they drive and I know maintenance is the best way to keep them as near to perfect as possible. This truck comes
with many ford warranties on repairs we have done. We have invested over $15000 in this truck in the last couple of
years including 8 new fuel injectors, new turbo, new lifetime warranty EGR cooler, new high pressure oil pump, new
tires, new ball joints, new battery and new alternator. Repairs and warranties are described below.  This comes to
you with very low miles at 100565. It has top of the line saddle leather seats (which with yearly care will last
the lifetime of the truck and should never rip) We use the best saddle oil on seats to keep them soft and
conditioned. The color of leather is just amazing and everyone who sees them just loves them. both front seats are
heated and have power. We also have a center seat we can sell for $100 that was custom made for us so truck can
seat 6. center console can come out easily and seat goes in easy.  It comes with a power sun roof. has CD and
cassette radio. Power everything. This has spray in bed liner. has B&W turnover ball gooseneck hitch. Has break
controller. We have the custom $300 floor mats for muddy boots- covers entire back and a large section of front I
can include if you want them (Using those is why carpet is mint). This truck has never been wrecked or hit
anything. It has a couple of small door dings and couple of small scratches that are hard to see. There is a tiny
little dent that is hard to see in tail gate. This thing pulls like a dream and would probably pull almost anything
within reason. Was mostly used to pull a 3 horse bumper pull trailer. In last 7 months we purchased a 4 horse
living quarters trailer and it acts like nothing is back there. It is a work horse.  I can not say enough good
things about this truck. You will be hard pressed to find a cleaner, better maintained truck like this that will
last you! This truck has never been smoked in. It runs GREAT, sounds great and looks great. It shifts smoothly.
Starts right up year around. We keep it plugged in in cold winter months. You will be hard pressed to find a
cleaner better running truck than this one!
We have invested a lot of money in upgrades and repairs to keep this truck running great for several hundred
thousand more miles and to prevent any problems. We have spent over $15,000 in just the last couple of years and
most of those repairs have warranties with unlimited miles and have up to 2 years left. Most people do not do these
repairs and you will have peace of mind this truck is fixed and has been maintained way better than most and ford
says this truck should not need another thing (besides regular maintenance) for a very very long time cause the
engines on these trucks will last forever. All its faults have been fixed!!  Most repairs are still under the ford
warranty. We do regular oil changes and fuel filter/pump changes not included in below.
New High pressure Oil pump & injector pressure regulator under warranty until 8/3/17 unlimited miles (ford) $2500
New Turbo and tubing 5/14 under warranty until 5/16 unlimited miles (ford) $3400
EGR Bulletproof cooler with LIFETIME warranty installed 6/14 (ford for 2 years, bulletproof lifetime) $2700
2 new batteries 8/14 sams club warranty $260
Set of 6 new tires from Sears 12000 miles ago with road hazard warranty $900
New Ball Joints 12000 miles ago $800
8 new fuel injectors 15000 miles ago $3400
New ICP sensor and harness $500
New alternator $500
You are welcome to come test drive and look at this truck as well as take it into a mechanic for a check. It was
fully gone over by ford the beginning of august and it does not need any mechanical repairs!

2015 Ford Mustang Convertible to recreate Empire State Building stunt

Tue, 25 Mar 2014

It would have been all too easy to miss the auto show debut of the 2015 Ford Mustang convertible. It was, after all, unveiled alongside its fixed-roof counterpart at the Detroit Auto Show this past January, lumping coupe and cabrio into one debut. But Ford is evidently still intent on making its new droptop stand out. The top of the Empire State Building ought to do the trick.
Automotive history buffs may recall that, 50 years ago, Ford unveiled its first Mustang convertible atop what was then the tallest building in the world, that Art Deco icon of the New York skyline. Half a century later, Ford is recreating the feat and bringing the new topless Mustang to the same observation deck on the building's 86th floor.
Getting it up there, of course, will be no easy task. While they'd usually airlift the vehicle onto the roof or lift it by crane, the spire protruding from atop the building makes approaching the narrow observation deck too dangerous, and no mobile crane can telescope the thousand-plus feet it would take to get the pony car up there.

Aussie Ford Falcon GT shows its rear end to Lamborghini Gallardo

Sun, 27 Apr 2014

When Ford Australia announces, as it did recently, that it wants to celebrate the end of its Ford Performance Vehicle division with a Falcon FPV GT-F that celebrates big-bore origins of the nameplate, it's talking about the kind of car in this video.
At some point the classic Falcon GT - said to be an XY series - was invited to a test of acceleration against a Lamborghini Gallardo. At the very least, the Falcon GT had a 351 cubic-inch motor and 300 horsepower, but whatever this guy's got under the hood of his yellow sedan makes has him so confident that he doesn't even move his elbow from its resting place on the door.
You'll find a reminder of Ford Australia's heyday, a raucous exhaust note and some NSFW language in the short video below.

Major automakers post mixed US June sales figures

Mon, Jul 3 2017

General Motors, Ford and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV posted declines in US new vehicle sales for June on Monday, while major Japanese automakers reported stronger figures. Once again, demand for pickup trucks and crossovers offset a decline in sedan sales. Automakers' shares rose as overall industry sales still came in above Wall Street expectations. The US auto industry is bracing for a downturn after hitting a record 17.55 million new vehicles sold in 2016. Analysts had predicted that overall, US vehicle sales would fall in June for the fourth consecutive month. As the market has shown signs of cooling, automakers have hiked discounts and loosened lending terms. Car shopping website Edmunds said on Monday the average length of a car loan reached an all-time high of 69.3 months in June. "It's financially risky, leaving borrowers exposed to being upside down on their vehicles for a large chunk of their loans," said Jessica Caldwell, Edmunds' executive director of industry analysis. GM said its sales fell about 5 percent versus June 2016, but that the industry would see stronger sales in the second half of 2017 versus the first half. "Under the current economic conditions, we anticipate US retail vehicle sales will remain strong for the foreseeable future." GM shares were up 2.4 percent in morning trading, while Ford rose 3.3 percent and FCA shares jumped 6 percent. "US total sales are moderating due to an industry-wide pullback in daily rental sales, but key US economic fundamentals clearly remain positive," said GM chief economist Mustafa Mohatarem. "Under the current economic conditions, we anticipate US retail vehicle sales will remain strong for the foreseeable future." Ford said its sales for June were hit by lower fleet sales to rental agencies, businesses, and government entities, which fell 13.9 percent, while sales to consumers were flat. But it sold a record 406,464 SUVs in the first half of the year, with Explorer sales increasing 23 percent in June. And sales of the F-150 had their strongest June since 2001. On a media call, Ford executives said an initial read of automakers' sales figures indicated a seasonally adjusted annualized rate of around 17 million new vehicles for the month, which would be better than 16.6 million units analysts had predicted. FCA said June sales decreased 7 percent versus the same month a year earlier.
