1999 f350 dually 4wd 156000 miles. xlt lariat, tan leather, loaded. the truck is rust free I have owned this truck for about a year and a half. I don't ever use it as I work out of state. this truck is a great truck it has many upgrades--- afe cold air intake, banks intercooler, gauge pods, rear air ride(like a semi) not the cheap stuff, goose neck ball, gear vendors overdrive($4000.00) and ats transmission(I think). All I have done to the truck is put a alternator on it and change the oil. This truck gets 20 mpg at 80 turning 1800 rpm. if you know the 7.3 then you understand that's low rpm for that speed. The bad there is a air line that has a slow leak takes about 24 hrs. to leak down. the gear vendors has a bad wire connection under the carpet should be a easy fix(if you put your foot in the right place it disengages move your foot it engages), passengers fender is broke on the front lower not visible from the side. This is a great running truck that I hate to get rid of but I don't need it. I would drive this truck anywhere. I have a no reserve on this truck so someone is going to get a great deal. if you have any questions please call as I work outside and am not the best computer guy. 317-319-1952 the welder in the second picture is not included in this sale. Ford vandalizes the SEMA Show floor with 2014 Transit Connect
Tue, 05 Nov 2013The Ford booth here at SEMA is practically a 1970s throwback with all these customized vans sitting front and center. And we're completely fine with that. Take the black and yellow (black and yellow, black and yellow) 2014 Transit Connect from Mobsteel above. It's got a great stance, sits on steel wheels and has a pretty cool paint job and graphics package to boot.
Of course, that's not the only van you can see at the Ford booth. In fact, there are 10 Transit Connect vans on display from Ford here at SEMA, and you can see them all in our live gallery of high-res images above. 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible to recreate Empire State Building stunt
Tue, 25 Mar 2014It would have been all too easy to miss the auto show debut of the 2015 Ford Mustang convertible. It was, after all, unveiled alongside its fixed-roof counterpart at the Detroit Auto Show this past January, lumping coupe and cabrio into one debut. But Ford is evidently still intent on making its new droptop stand out. The top of the Empire State Building ought to do the trick.
Automotive history buffs may recall that, 50 years ago, Ford unveiled its first Mustang convertible atop what was then the tallest building in the world, that Art Deco icon of the New York skyline. Half a century later, Ford is recreating the feat and bringing the new topless Mustang to the same observation deck on the building's 86th floor.
Getting it up there, of course, will be no easy task. While they'd usually airlift the vehicle onto the roof or lift it by crane, the spire protruding from atop the building makes approaching the narrow observation deck too dangerous, and no mobile crane can telescope the thousand-plus feet it would take to get the pony car up there.
