This is a highly optioned classic heavy duty truck. The VIN number verifies that this came from the factory with the powerful 390 ci. The factory camper special package provides a heavy duty suspension and tow package. The ranger package includes woodgrain dash, and matching vinyl door panels. The truck was well taken care of through the years by the previous owner. This truck is very powerful and runs excellent. It shifts very smoothly and rides on the freeway like a new vehicle. All electrical accessories like the gas gage, horn and interior lights work well. It has the dealer installed air conditioning - which is complete - but currently it requires a charge. Although the engine compartment has not been beautified through restoration, it doesn't leak any fluids. It has a magnaflow exhaust system that sounds awesome. It was painted per the factory original colors June 2013. The interior was kept in its original, untouched condition - except the front seat was professionally reupholstered and is in perfect shape. I have not seen any rust on the entire vehicle. I have personally driven this truck throughout southern california on fun weekend excursions and have never had a problem - it is truly a great truck. Ready for fun, a car show, or for hauling loads.

Wrap up some fun with Ford's commercial vehicle configurator
Tue, 27 Aug 2013Ford has combined multiple steps into one with its commercial vehicle configurator, which allows users to choose, design and place orders for the Transit, Transit Connect, E-Series vans and F-Series Super Duty trucks.
The most interesting part of the new configurator is a fairly robust design tool. Users are able to choose paint color and wrap the vehicle, and then create their own graphics. No materials are needed - Ford provides numerous background textures, text boxes, plenty of shapes and 20 categories of images including floral, construction, plumbing and skylines. Self-created designs or images can be uploaded to the system as well.
