The exterior of this Ford is in overall good condition. The body looks straight
and the paint looks good overall, but it
does show some dings, scratches, etc. There is a scratch in the
front passenger fender and back passenger side (see pics). The tires are
a matching set with good tread. There are no
cracks in the windshield, but it does show some typical road wear,
rock chips, etc. It has the typical
scratches/dings/dents/rock chips that you'd expect, that are
consistent with age and use on a 1999, but it still has an overall
good look.
Please look over our many pictures and give us a call if you have
any questions or would like us to do a walk around. We take over
80 pictures of each vehicle. |
| Interior |
|
The interior of this F-250 is in overall good shape. The
leather
looks good overall, but does show some wear and blems here and
there. The carpets are in good shape overall, but does show
some wear, stains and blems (see pics). The front center console
is missing (see pics). The headliner has been cleaned and has a good overall look
to it. The air blows cold - we ran it for over 30 minutes while
taking pictures. It doesn't appear to have been smoked in as there
is no odor of such. It has the typical light scuffs, blems, etc.
that you'd expect on a used vehicle, but it still has an overall
good look to it, and it certainly looks to have been taken care
of. Please take the time to look through our many pictures and
call us with any questions. |

We don't have sales people on our ebay
listings, so we don't have the typical 30% to 40%
costs/markup associated with such, and we don't have huge markups,
but feel free to call with any reasonable offers.
Any vehicle that we list on ebay or our
website, or have for sale on our lot, we would get in and drive
across country without hesitation.

Vehicle Inspection |
|
Buyer reserves the right
to an inspection before purchase
- specifically -
BEFORE you " Make an
Offer" or hit the " Buy it Now " button.
We do our very best to
inspect the vehicles and make sure that everything is in safe and
operating condition. Our policy is that we wouldn't put a vehicle
up for sale if we personally wouldn't drive across country in it.
Each vehicle is gone through before they are offered for sale. We
are not selling brand new vehicles, but try very hard to ensure
you're getting a great value. We also change the oil and filter
before it's sold. |
|

Delivery/Shipping |
|
You have two major options
for delivery. You can either have it shipped, which we can
help arrange, or you can pick up the vehicle here at our location.
We regularly pick up people at Denver International Airport (DEN)
free of charge and bring them to the lot for pickup, as long as
you fly in during our business hours. The airport is about 35
minutes from our store, and is about a $100 taxi fare.
We provide a 60 day
temporary permit for every vehicle. This is like a 2-month license
plate.
We regularly use a shipping
company called Diamond Express Transportation. We have shipped
several hundred vehicles with them without a single problem over
the last 8 years. Feel free to call Shawn or Ryan or
Joe @ 719.593.7770. Most quotes are between $450 to $900
depending on the size of the vehicle and the distance. We'd be
happy to get you a quote by calling us at 720.346.4004, or you can
contact them directly - just let them know you are our customer so
that you get our pricing. |
|
Financing |
|
We do not offer any
out of state financing at this time. If you are financing a
vehicle with your bank, we are happy to email or fax you or your
bank a Buyers Order / Purchase Order. |
|
Dealer Disclosure |
|
We do our very best to
describe the vehicles as they really are and the options they
have, though everyone has a different opinion of what a condition
might be. It is your responsibility to examine all
the photos carefully and read the full text of the advertisement,
and to call with any questions or concerns, BEFORE you
Make an Offer OR hit the Buy It Now.
If you want to have an inspection done on the vehicle, you need to
do it BEFORE you make an offer or hit the Buy It Now.
We are one of the few eBay
sellers that provide you with 70 - 100+ close-up pictures of
each vehicle - we obviously are not trying to hide anything. In
fact, we are always told that the vehicle looks even better in
person.
We have a Dealer Transfer
fee of $249.00. If you are out of state, we do not collect
taxes. For Colorado residents, we have to collect State tax,
and any other applicable taxes, costs, etc.
If you are having the
vehicle shipped to you, we cannot release it for shipping until we
have all the State forms/Dealer forms signed and returned, and the
vehicle is paid in full.
Auto Warehouse Sales and
Service, LLC reserves the right to sell the vehicle at any
time before a deposit has been left on the vehicle. Auto
Warehouse Sales and Service, LLC also reserves the right to
end the listing early. We sell many of our vehicles before the end
of the listing. Feel free to call with any questions.
It is our experience and
our volume, and the fact that we don't have sales people on our
ebay listings - that allows us to sell vehicles at
lower prices than most businesses, on EBay or off, but please know
that the phrase "You get what you pay for" is constant in both the
real world and the car business.
All vehicles are sold "AS - IS" unless otherwise specified.

General Motors' plans to aggressively refresh its product lineup will pay off in the next four years with strong market share and sales, according to an influential report released Tuesday. Ford, Honda, and FCA are all poised to show similar gains as the auto industry is expected to remain healthy through the rest of the decade. The Bank of America Merrill Lynch study, called Car Wars, analyzes automakers' future product plans for the next four model years. By 2020, 88 percent of GM's sales will come from newly launched products, which puts it slightly ahead of Ford's 86-percent estimate. Honda (85 percent) and FCA (84 percent) follow. The industry average is 81 percent. Toyota checks in just below the industry average at 79 percent, with Nissan trailing at 76 percent. Car Wars' premise is: automakers that continually launch new products are in a better position to grow sales and market share, while companies that roll out lightly updated models are vulnerable to shifting consumer tastes. Though Detroit and Honda grade out well in the study, many major automakers are clumped together, which means large market-share swings are less likely in the coming years. Bank of America Merrill Lynch predicts the industry will top out with 20 million sales in 2018 and then taper off, perhaps as much as 30 percent by 2026. Not surprisingly, trucks, sport utility vehicles and crossovers will be the key battlefield in the next few years, Car Wars says. FCA will launch a critical salvo in 2018 with a new Ram 1500, followed by new generations of the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra in 2019, and then Ford's F-150 for 2020, according to the study. Bank of America Merrill Lynch analyst John Murphy said the GM trucks could be pulled ahead even earlier to 2018, prompting Ford to respond. "This focus on crossovers and trucks is a great thing for the industry," Murphy said. Cars Wars looks at Korean (76 percent replacement rate) and European companies more vaguely (70 percent), but argues their slower product cadence and lineups with fewer trucks puts them in weaker positions than their competitors through 2020. Ford is recalling certain F-150, Mustang, Explorer, Bronco, and Lincoln Aviator models from the 2022 and 2023 model years equipped with automatic transmissions. According to documents posted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Ford's 10R80 transmission may contain a loose bolt — literally an extra bolt loose inside the transmission, not a bolt that isn't tightened — that could prevent the transmission from engaging in Park. This could happen even if the gear shifter position indicates that the vehicle has been shifted to "Park." As Ford's recall acknowledgement says, "The inability to secure the vehicle in the park position can result in a rollaway, increasing the risk of a crash or injury." Dealers will replace the transmissions of vehicles affected by this defect. Note a similar-sounding recall was announced in 2022, but it was for entirely different models with entirely different transmissions. A relatively small number of units — 944 to be exact, or 4% of production — are thought to be affected by this issue, but they weren't built in successive order, meaning their VINs need to be verified by Ford. Customers are advised to contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332 and reference Ford's internal recall number 23S06. Because some vehicles affected by this recall could be on dealer lots, Ford sent a note to its network of dealerships advising them not to sell or demonstrate the models included in this recall, potentially until the second quarter of 2023 when Ford expects "that parts ordering information and repair instructions will be available to support this safety recall." The Ford Mustang on the right is drag racing with the standard technique. The Mustang on the left, driven by David Measell, is using a new "rear bumper only" technique that evidently surprised everyone at the South Georgia Motorsports Park strip - including Measell.
Measell said his outfit just bought the car the week before the event, noting that it has more than 2,000 horsepower. Speaking of his "flying" run, Measell said, "We turned it up to dip on down," by which he meant they turned up the power in order to get his time down. Turns out all that power and all that traction sent the nose straight up into the air almost as soon as the race began.
He told an interviewer afterward that this was his first race in a "regular car" since he normally drives a pro-mod. "I like my wheelie bars," he concluded. You can see how he got there in the video below.
