 You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle described above. Winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for FULL payment at that time. All sales are subject to a $199 dealer fee that is added to the final sale price. WE DO NOT EXCEPT PAYPAL FOR FULL PAYMENT! Pickup times must be scheduled with 72 hours notice, due to getting the vehicles fully detailed, paperwork ready, etc. If no contact is made within 48 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Appropriate feedback will be left at the end of all transactions! Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipment of this vehicle within 14 days of auction end and PAYS ALL SHIPPING COSTS. All vehicles not picked up after 14 days from the close of auction will be subjected to a $20.00 per day storage fee, unless satisfactory prior arrangements are made and full payment has been received. You may also locate shippers by doing a web search for ~auto shippers. Trans Motor Group guaranties that all cars have clean and lien free titles, with NO salvage history and unless otherwise mentioned in the ad. Keep in mind that we are a Dealer and due to bank payoffs and dealer processing that titles may take a few weeks for processing. All titles are expedited  and sent by USPS or Priority Mail to you as soon as possible. All vehicles are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." No warranty is expressed, written or implied from the seller whatsoever; however, there may be a manufacturer’s factory warranty remaining on the vehicle. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value of this vehicle and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Pre-sale inspections are not only welcome, but are recommended and encouraged. PLEASE be realistic and realize that these are used vehicles and although we only buy the cleanest cars available, a nick or chip is always possible. Obviously, a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is only 2 years old. Classic cars will show difference in their condition based on whether original or restored expect normal wear and tear. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices or way below book prices. Therefore, there is minimum profit, especially on "no reserve" auctions. As such, we cannot afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price. We strongly recommend that all buyers purchase the Extended Service Warranty (available on most cars). This will help defray the cost of mechanical repairs should any become necessary in the future. Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that does not change the fact that they are used vehicles and repairs may be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. All basic maintenance should be done to start off from scratch with your new vehicle we will check all fluids, brakes and tires. While we try to service any known defects it is always possible for any used vehicles to need service or repairs in the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc....do not always remain with the vehicle throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local Factory Dealer or here on ebay for a few dollars. Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements or disputes associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller shall take place in the State of Georgia in Carrollton County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. In addition, all non paying bidders will be held liable for a $500.00 re-listing fee that, if not paid, WILL be filed with all 3 major credit bureaus. ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY.
