Truck cab and bed have been mounted onto a 1997 Eddie Bauer Explorer frame. Truck is a 8 cyclinder 302 5.0 motor and transmission. Power steering, cruise control, tilt wheel, disc brakes, a/c compressor and all brackets and switches to complete. air conditon is present a/c will need a little work but all is there. Brand new duall glass pack exhaust sounds great. Drives great would have no issues driving it cross country. I just got back from a 500 mile round trip to a car show. I go to car shows often I would rate my truck from a 1-10 at a solid 8 . Lost my storage and have no where to keep her I live in south florida and inside storage is to expensive and do not want to store same outside. Currently under a carport covered

Inside the Ford GT's interior

Ford has crafted a simple yet high-tech interior for the GT supercar, which has been on display at auto shows around the world this year. The instrument panel has a two-tier design with a floating wing. There are soft-touch materials and carbon fiber, which also is used for the passenger cell. Still, the GT's interior has been shrouded in more mystery than the rest of the car. To cast some light on the GT's cabin, we caught up with Ford design vice president Moray Callum, who explained the ins and outs of the future icon's interior. Put simply, "there's not a lot of excess materials," Callum said. But what is there is pretty cool. In case you haven't heard, Ford plans to launch the GT in 2016. It will run a mid-mounted twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox and make extensive use of carbon fiber for the body structure. Related Video:

Fitting Retirement: Grand Marquis last Mercury off the line

The signs have come down and retail production ended back in October of 2010. Now, the very last Mercury model has rolled off the assembly line. This last Mercury somewhat fittingly takes the form of a Grand Marquis reporting for fleet duty. It was built at the St. Thomas plant in Ontario, Canada, which is the same facility that continues to produce the Ford Crown Victoria and Lincoln Town Car for fleet and livery duty.
St. Thomas' days are numbered, however, as the factory is slated to close on August 31. When it goes, the Panther platform is likely to follow. So long, and thanks for all the fish memories.
