The Buyer must pay $295 documentation fee, NO EXCEPTIONS that includes all the paper work, title fee, temporary license plate and next day Unites States Postal Service. This fee is not negotiable.

I require a $500 non-refundable deposit which must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.
