I have a fully equipped 2010 Crown Vic that I am looking to sell. The car has a few minor scuffs, but no major scratches or signs of wear. Seats are in tact with no gun wear. I bought the car from a small Connecticut town in October 2011. When I titled the car, I used the Manufacture Certificate of Origin, as government vehicles in Connecticut are not titled.
The car is dark blue and has 87,000 miles. Power driver seat, adjustable pedals, power windows and locks, power/heated mirrors. Pioneer CD/MP3/USB radio replaced stock AM/FM. It is due for brakes and could use a front alignment. Has 2 new tires on the rear.
Equipment installed:
Go Rhino Push Bar
Unity Spot (Driver Side Only)
Axixtech LED Hide-A-Way in corner marker (clear)
Whelen Front HALO (Amber/Amber)
2 Whelen SA-315 Speakers
Whelen HLF
Whelen Rear HALO (Red/Red) 4 Bulb
6 Whelen Strobes - 2 per lower tail light segment, and reverse lights
Green 8 bulb TIR-3 arrow stick (controlled by CenCom Gold)
Axixtech Torrent 48" - Super LED Takedown/LED Alley/LIN-6 Modules All Amber (2 red to rear)
Havis Console w/ floor plate
Vertex Standard 4600 UHF
Vertex Standard 4600 VHF
Uniden BCD-996XT Scanner
Motorola Astro Spectra 800 MHz (remote mounted in trunk)
Whelen CenCom Gold
MirrorBeam Housing with LIN-8, Green/White split
Setina Cage and Window Bars
Pansonic ToughBook w/ Dock and GPS antenna/software
10-8 Video Camera system (2.4 GHz wireless mic, GPS, front and back cameras)
Havis Slide-Out Equipment Tray mounted in trunk
I have additional photos and video available. The car was purchased as a demo car for sales and installation of lighting equipment. I don't have time for the side job, so it's time for the car to go. KBB values the car at about $12,000 plus about $8000 in equipment. Car needs to go so I can move on another purchase. Message for more details or with questions.

Ford unveils next-gen S-Max in Europe
Tue, 16 Sep 2014Let's get this unfortunate though important tidbit out of the way right off the bat: The Ford S-Max isn't sold in the United States, and it's not coming here, at least not anytime soon. And so it's with our European friends in mind that we share this information about the next-gen S-Max (previewed about a year ago in concept form) that is set to debut all across Europe next year and will be shown off at the upcoming Paris Motor Show. Now, moving on...
As with the first-gen S-Max, the new model will boast seating for seven passengers, along with a decent amount of storage space, all packed into a relatively reasonably sized package. Powering the front wheels (or optionally all four) will be the buyer's choice of EcoBoost gasoline-turbocharged or turbo-diesel four-cylinder engines along with automatic and manual transmission options. Included in the mix is a new 1.5-liter EcoBoost with 160 horsepower, though the 240-horse 2.0 is likely to be seen as the headliner.
There are all kinds of new technologies on offer, ranging from Adaptive Steering to Dynamic LED Headlamps with Glare-Free Highbeams, and it's all housed inside new, more sleekly designed bodywork riding atop a chassis with new suspension architecture designed to make the S-Max a people-hauler that's still fun to drive. For all the details, we suggest you scroll down below to read through Ford's official press release.
Retro Wrong: MotorWeek shares first unaired pilot episode
Fri, Apr 17 2015MotorWeek is an automotive institution in the United States. We all have to get our start somewhere though, and for the latest entry in the Retro Review series, the show is releasing its unaired pilot for the first time. Even today, the program isn't necessarily the most exciting thing on TV, but the modern incarnation looks like Top Gear compared to this original, very monotone attempt. The cars on display are more interesting from a historical aspect than actually being behind the wheel. MotorWeek puts the Chevrolet Citation and Ford Fairmont head to head. If you want to see progress in the auto industry, look here. The Fairmont manages a rousing 85 horsepower from a 3.3-liter inline six, and the Citation does only a little better with a 115-hp, 2.8-liter V6. The other highlight comes at the end when John Davis talks about the cars of the future. These include the upcoming introduction of the Ford Escort in the US and the mention of a possible gasoline-electric hybrid from General Motors. Given this pilot, it's amazing MotorWeek ever got the green light. However, if you're a fan of auto history, seeing the news from the past is always fascinating. 2015 Ford F-150 appearance guide takes the truck from mild to wild with options
Thu, 31 Jul 2014We already know that the 2015 Ford F-150 has a base price coming in at just $395 more than the 2014 model, despite all of the new standard tech and aluminum-intensive construction in the upcoming version. Now the Blue Oval is finally giving us an idea of what that extra money actually buys customers, with the release of the appearance guide for its latest pickup.
The guide basically explains everything you could want to know about what changes occur among the multitude of trims on the 2015 F-150. There are five levels for the new truck. Although, that is something of a misnomer because most of them are also available with either Sport or Chrome packages, plus the FX4 Off-Road option with Hill Descent Control, an electronic-locking rear axle, off-road shocks and skid plates. With 13 available colors, including 4 new ones, and 14 wheel designs in various sizes, pickup buyers should have no problem specing one to fit their style.
The lineup starts out with the base XL with a black grille and fascia and 17-inch wheels. However, across most of the range the Sport and Chrome packages are also available to add either body-color or chrome accents, respectively. Next up is the XLT with a standard chrome grille but also available with a black, billet-style one with a body-color surround. Things really start getting plush with the Lariat model with leather trim, a three-bar front end and 18-inch wheels. The King Ranch sticks with that look but adds power running boards, 20-inch wheels and two-tone paint. Finally, the top-dog Platinum is all about bling with yet another frontal design, chrome door handles and mirror caps, a big logo running across the tailgate and more.
