FOR SALE IS MY '72 FORD BRONCO. I WAS GOING TO RESTORE IT BUT HAVE TOO MANY PROJECTS, JUST FINISHED RESTORING MY DEFENDER AND NOW MY PORSCHE 356. I HATE TO SELL IT BUT CHICAGO WINTER IS COMING AND HAVE NO TIME TO WORK ON IT PLUS I NEED THE SPACE SO I CAN WORK ON MY PRIORITY PROJECTS. SINCE PURCHASED, I HAVE INSTALLED NEW TIE RODS, BALL JOINTS, FRONT BRAKES, STABILIZER SHOCK, CONTROL ARMS,FRONT END BUSHINGS, CHANGED OIL, TRANS, BRAKE FLUIDS, BELTS AND MORE.
BRONCO NEEDS A FEW RUST REPAIRS, NEEDS WHEEL WELLS, PART OF THE FLOOR PANS, AND COMMON FRONT UNDER THE HOOD PANELS. LUCKILY WITH THESE BRONCOS, THERE ARE SEVERAL PLACES TO BUY THE PARTS, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOINING THE EARLY BRONCO CLUBS FOR TECHNICAL AND RESOURCES SUPPORT, PARTS ARE INEXPENSIVE, IF YOU ARE A GOOD BODY MAN OR WELDER, THIS IS A PERFECT PROJECT FOR YOU AND DOUBLE OR EVEN TRIPLE YOUR INVESTMENT DEPENDS ON HOW YOU RESTORE IT. Ford announces bevy of recalls, 2 of which are recalls on recalls

Ford has announced five separate recalls, affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.
It's not been a great couple of weeks for Ford. On October 30, the company announced a 205,000-unit recall, and yesterday, it was revealed that the Ford brand's year-over-year sales were down over 5,000 units while the company itself was down 3,000 units over through October. Now, the company has announced five separate recalls affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.

Sun, 20 Jan 2013Despite some truly impassioned pleading from Jay Leno himself - including calling on Arizona's notoriously Republican-rich voters to beat the $600,000 level set the last time Leno sold a vehicle for this particular charity... in California - bidding for George Bush's 2009 Ford F-150 pickup truck stalled at $300,000.
All proceeds will be sent to the Fisher House Foundation, so at least it's $300K going to a good cause. Feel free to check out the live image gallery above, which includes shots showing Leno's skills helming the auction, and read through the official auction description below.

Ford Transit customs ready to work for SEMA
Fri, 31 Oct 2014Ford's booth at the SEMA Show this year looks to have two, big themes. The Blue Oval is bringing over a dozen takes on the 2015 Mustang to the event, and it's now also announcing five customized versions on the 2015 Transit to join the modded pony cars. Each of the vans shows off a different use for the spacious commercial vehicle, from plush luxury to offroad ruggedness.
You probably don't think of the Transit as hitting the trails, but that's just what the take on the design from the Vegas Off-Road Experience (pictured above) is for. The company gives people the opportunity to drive a desert race truck, and this custom is meant to drive them to events. It should be able to take on the terrain a little better with off-road wheels and tires and fender flares, but inside passengers get serious luxury thanks to a 60-inch LED TV and video game systems.
Alternatively the blazing red Designed Travel Transit (right) is all about long road trips. The interior features four captain's chairs with heating, cooling and massage functions, and there's a 4K 50-inch TV to watch. For a touch of added class, the floor is made from hickory.
