1999 Ferrari 355 F1 Berlinetta. 32k Miles. VIN ZFFXR41A5X0114235.
For sale by private owner. CLEAR TITLE!
Exterior is Nurburgring Silver with factory shields and red brake calipers. Interior is black.
Transmission is the amazing F1 system.
This is a very well kept exotic - always garaged, never crashed, and never raced! Mechanically sound with good compression on all cylinders. Runs like new and is always an eye-catcher. Exterior is good to very good (a few nearly invisible rock chips/marks but NO DINGS!). There is a hairline crack through the inside portion of the windscreen. Interior needs a little work (stretched leather on instrument hood and passenger airbag), but it does not have the "sticky buttons" problem. It won't win any concours awards, but it's a great driver. I wouldn't sell this car if I didn't have to - it took me nearly a year to find the combo and quality I wanted and I hate to sell it...
The silver color highlights the beauty of the 355 series, and the yellow factory shields really show off on the front fenders. The car RUNS AND SOUNDS INCREDIBLE. The 355's have one of the best sounding exhaust notes ever (and there haven't been any issues with this example's exhaust headers). This car was manufactured in Oct. of 98, right near the end of all 355 production, so basically has all the internal updates that Ferrari included (valve guides, fuel lines, headers, etc.). I haven't had any issues with the car at all!
I purchased the car about 5 years ago from Lotus of Scottsdale via eBay, then had the PPI done by Andy Falbo in Arizona. I had him fix anything that need repair (motor mounts and a few other things), and have enjoyed the car trouble-free ever since! This is truly a spectacular example. I have the owner's manual and warranty booklet as well as the toolset. And if the price goes above 45k, I'll include the full official luggage set (black to match interior) with the car. This is a great deal, and I'm quite sad I have to sell it, but I've got some bills to pay.
The car is located in my garage at my house in Albuquerque, NM. Buyer is responsible for all pick-up and transport fees. $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit at time of winning bid. Balance must be paid in full and cleared before pick-up. 7-10 business days if paying by cashiers check. Or pay by cash or wire-transfer at time of pick-up. Title is free and clear and will deliver when car is picked up. Please ask any questions before bidding. The car is sold as is.

Manor GP exits bankruptcy, secures Ferrari engine deal
Mon, Feb 23 2015Those who considered Manor Grand Prix down for the count may be in for a surprise as the struggling Formula One team is clawing its way back onto the grid. According to the latest intel, the outfit has not only re-emerged from bankruptcy proceedings, but it's also secured an engine deal for this season. Now if the name Manor doesn't ring any bells for you, it's probably because it never raced under that name. At least not in F1. Manor Motorsport has been competing in lower-level formulae since 1990, and secured an expansion slot in the big leagues in 2009. By the time it actually reached the grid, it had secured title sponsorship from Virgin, and was subsequently taken over by Marussia, under whose banner it competed for several season until things started to unravel late last season. After Jules Bianchi crashed at the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix, it fielded only one car (that failed to finish) at the subsequent Russian Grand Prix and then dropped off the grid altogether. After failing to make it to the season closer in Abu Dhabi, the team was declared bankrupt. In an effort to regroup and make it back on the grid for the 2015 championship, it appealed to its rivals for special dispensation to run last year's car this season. Unfortunately, some of the other teams rejected the proposal, and it looked like it was all over for the struggling backmarker. But it retained its slot on the entry list and paid its fees, and has now emerged from bankruptcy proceedings, eager to get back into the action – even if it misses the season opener in a couple of weeks in Australia. The team is now focusing on completing its original design for the 2015 MR04 chassis. And it appears to have cleared a major hurdle as Ferrari has reportedly agreed to supply the team with last year's engine. We'll just have to wait and see whether that will prove enough to get the team back up and running – especially since it already sold off many of its assets. 1957 Ferrari 335 S could set auction record at $30+ million
Fri, Jan 22 2016This car that could set the record for the highest price to be paid for an automobile at auction in 2016 – by the second month of the year, no less. It's a 1957 Ferrari 335 S Spider, and it's going up for sale at Artcurial in Paris next month, with an estimate topping $30 million. Though it may look a lot like the iconic 250 Testa Rossa that came out the same year, chassis number 0674 actually started out its life as a 315 S and fitted with coachwork by Scaglietti. After finishing sixth at Sebring and second in the Mille Miglia, it returned to Maranello and was upgraded to 335 S spec. The 3.8-liter V12 was enlarged to 4.1 liters, and its output swelled from 360 horsepower to nearly 400. Mike Hawthorn drove it at Le Mans that year, leading the race and setting a lap record before dropping down to fifth with mechanical troubles. It went on to compete in several more events as part of the factory Scuderia, helping it secure the title in 1957. It was then sold to famed US importer Luigi Chinetti who campaigned it for another couple of years, winning (among others) the 1958 Cuba Grand Prix with Stirling Moss and Masten Gregory behind the wheel. The 335 S was ultimately sold to noted collector Pierre Bardinon. Asked once why he didn't have a factory collection, Enzo Ferrari once said he had "no need" because "Bardinon has done it for me." That's high praise indeed, and the car remained one of the highlights of the Bardinon collection for over 40 years. Having liquidated the Baillon barnfind collection last year, the auction house estimates that this 335 S will sell for $30-34 million. That would not only set the bar very high for the year ahead, but could make it one of the highest price ever paid for a car at auction. 2014 saw a Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa sell for nearly $40 million, and a 250 GTO for $38 million. Behind them is Fangio's Mercedes W196 Silver Arrow that sold for nearly $30 million in 2013. The auction is set to take place during the Salon Retromobile in the French capital on February 5th. Among the other Prancing Horses that Artcurial has corralled for the event include a 1963 Ferrari 250 GT SWB Berlinetta (estimated at $10–13.2m), Gianni Agnelli's unique 1986 Ferrari Testrossa Spider ($750k-1m), and a 1962 Ferrari 250 GT Cabriolet Series 2 that belonged to the King of Morocco ($1.5-1.9m). So if it's a multi-million-dollar Ferrari you're after, Paris will be the place to be in a couple of weeks.
This $7-million Ferrari LaFerrari is the most expensive modern car ever sold at auction
Mon, Dec 5 2016The Ferrari LaFerrari is already one of the most extreme, high-performance, road-going cars ever built. And now, it's also the most expensive modern car ever sold at auction. Ferrari, along with RM Sotheby's and the National Italian American Foundation's Earthquake Relief Fund, officially sold the car as part of a charity auction benefiting the reconstruction efforts in central Italy. Total price? A whopping $7 million. Ferrari claims its extra LaFerrari – the company originally built this 500th example for its own collection – is the most expensive car from the 21st century ever sold at auction. As we mentioned in our original story from last week, all proceeds from the LaFerrari auction will benefit earthquake-ravaged central Italy. While the LaFerrari's lucky new owner can rest easy knowing their money went to a seriously good cause, they'll also get to enjoy a unique example of the final production LaFerrari. It's a simple tweak, but its Rosso Corsa paint body gets a white "dream line" on its hood and rear windshield, and the Italian tricolor on the nose. We like it, and we're guessing the citizens of central Italy will appreciate the money this special hypercar made for them. Related Video:
