PLEASE READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING.

THIS IS A 2008 DODGE SPRINTER VAN. IT HAS 110k MILES. IT WAS LEASED TO A PLUMBING CO. SINCE NEW.

THIS IS A GREAT WORK VAN FOR SOMEONE THAT IS FAMILIAR WITH THE MECANICAL ISSUES THAT THESE VANS HAVE.

OVERALL COSMETICALLY, ON A 1-10 SCALE IT IS ABOUT A 7.

IT'S PRESENTABLE, BUT IT'S HAS SOME POOR QUALITY BODYWORK AND PAINT WORK DONE FROM THE BELTLINE DOWN, AND ON THE REAR DOORS. I WAS TOLD IT WAS DONE TO CORRECT SOME RUST BLISTERING, NOT FOR ANY ACCIDENT DAMAGE. IT HAS A SMALL CRACK IN THE PASS. SIDE TAIL LIGHT, AND THE DIRECTIONAL LENS ON THE PASS. SIDE MIRROR IS BROKEN.

IT'S FINE FOR USE AS A WORK VAN, BUT IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SOMETHING PRETTY, THIS ISN'T IT.

THE INTERIOR IS IN DECENT SHAPE, BUT IT NEEDS A GOOD SCRUB (THE DRIVER WAS A SMOKER).

MECHANICALLY, IT RUNS AND DRIVE WELL, BUT IT DOES NEED A COUPLE OF THINGS.

THE SRS LIGHT IS ON. IT IS A RESULT OF A LOOSE CONNECTION ON THE DRIVERS SIDE SEAT BELT. IT SHOULD BE FIXED, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WHEN THE LIGHT IS ON, THE AIR BAG IS OFF.

IT NEEDS A DRIVERS SIDE POWER WINDOW SWITCH. IT HAS A SHORT IN IT, SO IT GOES UP AND DOWN RANDOMLY ON IT'S OWN. IF I GET ENOUGH MONEY FOR IT, I'LL PUT ONE IN BEFORE YOU PICK IT UP. YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF, BUT IT IS ANNOYING IF YOUR GOING TO DRIVE IT ANY DISTANCE.

IT HAS A GLOW PLUG LIGHT FOR THE #4 GLOW PLUG (P0674). IT ALSO HAS A CODE FOR A STUCK INTAKE MANIFOLD RUNNER CONTROL (P2007). IF YOUR NOT A MECHANIC, THEN YOU'LL NEED ONE THAT DOESN'T CHARGE ALOT FOR LABOR. IT'S AN INEXPENSIVE PART (couple of hundred), BUT HARD TO GET AT. IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE WAY IT RUNS, BUT IT'S AN EMISSIONS ISSUE.

THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS PERFECT, BUT I CAN FEEL AN OCCASIONAL RUMBLE STRIP NOISE. I CHECKED THE FLUID, IT WAS DOWN A 1/2 QT. IT HAD THE ORIGINAL BLACK LOCK TAB, SO I WAS THE FIRST TO CHECK IT SINCE NEW. (I WOULD SUGGEST A TRANS SERVICE SOONER THAN LATER).

I DON'T HAVE ANY SERVICE RECORDS. THE OIL LOOKS LIKE IT SHOULD BE CHANGED. IF YOU BUY IT, AND PLAN ON DRIVING IT ANY MORE THAN A FEW HUNDRED MILES, I'LL BE GLAD TO DO AN OIL CHANGE (with the proper ESP oil).

APART FROM THOSE THINGS, IT RUNS STRAIGHT DOWN THE ROAD AT 75 MPH. THE TIRES HAVE ABOUT 80% TREAD DEPTH, AND THE BRAKES FEEL GOOD.

THIS IS A VAN WITH MANY MORE MILES LEFT IN IT. IT JUST NEEDS SOMEONE THAT HAS A GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MERCEDES SPRINTER VANS.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL, PLEASE CALL ME 781-820-3435

(9-6 EST DAYS). IT'S A LOT EASIER TO TALK ABOUT IT ON THE PHONE THAN EMAIL.

2016 Dodge Charger and Challenger SRTs look juicy in Go Mango

Tue, Mar 15 2016

The 2016 Dodge Challenger and Charger SRT models are ready to go with newly available Go Mango orange paint. The carrot-like shade is the latest in the brand's long line of vibrant, throwback colors like Plum Crazy purple and Sublime green. Dealers can start order the bright hue right now. Dodge originally introduced Go Mango on the 1970 Challenger and also offered the color on the 2006 Charger R/T Daytona and 2016 Dart. Now, it's available on the SRT 392 and Hellcat models. The orange shade highlights the vehicles' lines well and looks especially good with black stripes running from the front splitter to the rear bumper like in these photos. There's no way to blend into traffic in such a vibrant muscle car, so this hue is for extroverts only. Last year at the Woodward Dream Cruise, Dodge brought back Plum Crazy on most Challenger and Charger models. The deep purple is a nice enough color, but Go Mango seems like a better fit for the SRT's performance-oriented demeanor. Now, new for spring 2016 and shown for the first time this past weekend at the 11th annual Spring Festival in Irvine, Calif., Dodge is expanding its color palette with a new, modernized version of Go Mango exterior paint on 2016 Dodge Challenger and Charger SRT models. Dealers can begin ordering Go Mango immediately. Go Mango was first introduced by Dodge on the iconic 1970 Challenger. Following a limited production run in 2006 on specific Charger R/T Daytona models, and more recently featured on the 2016 Dodge Dart, the next generation of the legendary and limited-edition exterior hue combines orange and red tones into a high-impact color that showcases the legendary Dodge performance attitude.

Driving the Jeep J6, Shakedown Challenger and other Mopar concepts

Wed, Sep 11 2019

Mopar has been a one-stop-shop for factory-backed performance modifications and accessories on FCA products for a long time now. You want a 707-horsepower engine for your old Plymouth Belvedere? Mopar has you covered with the Hellcrate. Maybe you want a lift and off-roading lights on that newly-bought Wrangler? Mopar can accommodate those wants (or needs, we don’t judge) as well. We get to see some of the companyÂ’s weirdest creations every now and then, but rarely do we get the opportunity to drive the FCA Mopar concepts. ThatÂ’s what made this past Woodward Dream Cruise so special: We got to rip some of MoparÂ’s finest and most recent creations up and down Woodward Avenue. Everything from a 1971 Challenger restomod to the brand-new Easter Jeep Safari J6 concept was in attendance, so letÂ’s get right to it. Mopar Woodward View 6 Photos 1967 Plymouth Hellvedere This car is near the pinnacle of what you can do with off-the-shelf Mopar purchases. It was only a humble 1967 Plymouth Belvedere before Mopar dropped the 707-horsepower supercharged V8 from the Hellcat into the engine bay. Sound ridiculous? Yeah, it is. Other parts of it are new as well, including the disc brakes. Good call. However, Mopar didnÂ’t remove the classic car charm from the entire driving experience. The steering, for example, is surely as slow and inaccurate as it was back in 1967. That doesnÂ’t help matters when youÂ’re trying to put 707 horsepower to the pavement with less-than-ideal rear rubber. Floor it in damn near any gear of the Tremec six-speed, and the front end rises straight up as the rear kicks sideways with the force of many mules. There are no electronics such as traction control or stability control to step in and wrangle the car into submission. But hey, who wants them, anyway? The question remains: Should you buy a Hellcrate engine for your classic? If money were no object, the easy answer is yes. Have at it so long as you love smoky burnouts and excessive amounts of horsepower. Just make sure you know how to deal with that much power before you stick your right foot in it.   Dodge Challenger Shakedown View 15 Photos 2016 Dodge Shakedown Challenger Concept WeÂ’re going downhill in horsepower with this restomod, but the drivability and ease of driving goes way up. Dodge showed this “Shakedown” concept at SEMA awhile back, and as with most concept cars, getting a chance behind the wheel is a special opportunity.

2015 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack

Fri, 24 Oct 2014

We all knew That Kid. As a freshman, he was a big kid, overweight but surprisingly strong. Still, he was often picked on for his size. Then, he chatted with the football coach, who convinced him that his true calling was on the team's offensive line. After a season on the freshman squad and a summer of two-a-days, this mild-mannered, husky high schooler returned for his sophomore year as a big, imposing, solid piece of muscle. Needless to say, the same bullies that picked on him were praying he'd forgotten about them as a 10th grader.
That's the V8-powered 2015 Dodge Challenger. It arrived on the scene with a max of 425 horsepower and a bit of a weight problem. It completed its proverbial freshman year with a nice 2011 refresh, where the SRT8 was bumped up to 470 hp, but it still had some work to do.
Enter 2015, and fresh off three months of constant burpees and wind sprints, the newest Challenger is as big and powerful as it's ever been, but it's now got poise and potential, and my goodness, it's fun in a way that Dodge's muscle car has never been.
