Up for auction is a nice Dodge 3500 4 door 4 wheel drive dually 6 speed, this truck will pull a house down. Don't let the miles fool you this truck is ready to go, I have had it for about 6 months, I aquired the truck and could not get the seller to provide me with a title, so I took the hard road and filed for title through the state bond title process, title shows rebuilt now. I have all the state paperwork to show this. Anyway the truck is in good shape, no major dents or damage or anything like that other than the dings in the tailgate. I replaced both from axle u joints behind the spindles, replaced the tires, changed oil/filters and thoroughly cleaned the truck. I removed all the interior and like I said thoroughly cleaned the interior. I put the truck on the dyno and checked the HP and blowby, the truck put down 310HP and 591lbft of torque and only had 2" of blowby, which is what Cummins says a new engine limit is ((NEW)) this thing is 10 years old. That is Bad A@@, I also pulled an oil sample and had it tested and it showed normal wear and no abnormal debri in the oil. I was told when I bought the truck that the engine was rebuilt with new pistons, rings, rod/main bearings an oil cooler and a clutch., but I have no paperwork or anything to back that up other than the blowby and oil sample that I have done. I have been driving this truck for the last 6 months and have had no trouble at all, runs good, pulls good and is a joy to drive. Transmission shifts smoothly, clutch has plenty of travel, 4 X 4 works great!
Like I said the truck is a good truck with normal wear and tear of a 10 year old dodge, typical cracking in the dash and seat wear (Seat coverers). I am listing the truck at $8,000 starting with no reserve, so bid to win, I purchased the truck 6 months ago for $10,000 so hopefully my gamble will pay off. please contact me prior to bidding so I can make sure your a serious buyer. The title is still in process with the State Of AR but they assured me it would be sent out this week. Please call me for any details you may want to know about the truck. Sean 501-410-0419 GOOD LUCK

Preserved truck found at the bottom of frozen lake
Tue, Jan 26 2016A fisherman in central Minnesota pulled more than bluegill and bass out of his local fishing hole earlier this month. While ice fishing on Mayhew Lake, a local man was startled when, using an underwater camera to scout for fish, he discovered a vehicle sitting on the lakebed, the SCTimes reported. He immediately called the Benton County Sheriff's office, which sent deputies to examine the vehicle. Once they arrived, the deputies used their own camera to have a look and discovered a late-90s to early-00s model Dodge Ram pickup in roughly 12 feet of water. The Sheriff's department dive team was then dispatched to search the truck and the area surrounding it for bodies or valuables. The truck was lifted from the lakebed through a huge hole in the ice. The Sheriff's office ran the plates and discovered that it was reported stolen in March of 2000 from a nearby address. Investigators believe that given the truck's location, almost 100 yards from the lake's public access ramp and 25 yards from the north shore, that it was driven on to the lake while it was frozen, then allowed to sink to the bottom once the ice melted. Thanks to the lake's frigid waters, the truck was surprisingly well preserved. Aside from a missing grille, a coating of mud inside, and a patina of rust on the sheet metal, there was little damage to the truck despite its long rest in the lake. With an engine full of lake water and the damage done by roughly sixteen freeze-thaw cycles, the truck will never run again, but its condition is a good testament to the build quality of those old Rams. It certainly held up better than that '57 Plymouth Belvedere they buried in the time capsule under the Tulsa city courthouse. Rare Dodge Daytona found in barn heads for auction
Tue, Dec 15 2015An American icon is headed to Mecum's Kissimmee, Florida auction next January. Charlie Lyons, owner of a restoration shop focused on old Chrysler products, got a lead on a two-owner 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona that had been sitting in a barn in Glenwood, Alabama for decades. Dodge built 560 Charger Daytonas (Canada and US production) to homologate the model for NASCAR racing, and then that car and the successor Plymouth Superbird terrorized NASCAR tracks for 18 months. The production car, however, 18 feet long and considered ugly, wasn't popular at the time, so many were beat up or simply disappeared. Around 385 are thought to exist today. Lyons said the first owner of this car was the town judge, who bought it for his wife. In 1974 the second owner - just 18 years old at the time - bought it for $1,800 so he could drive it to Panama City, Florida, for Spring Break, and had flames painted on the front fenders and the scallops trimmed in white. Otherwise this barn find is complete and stock, with matching numbers throughout, R4 Charger Red paint and a white tail, bucket seats, center console, three-speed TorqueFlite automatic, and 20,553 miles on the 440-cubic-inch Magnum V8. Hot Rod has the long story of how Lyons found the car and convinced the owner to sell for what he jokingly called "a shoebox full of folded money." Hagerty says a concours-worthy model can command $262,000. Mecum's pre-sale estimate for this Charger Daytona is $150,000 to $180,000. That sounds steep, but Mecum did sell another perfectly restored Hemi-powered 1969 Charger Daytona for $900,000 at this year's Kissimmee auction to actor David Spade. Related Video:
2013 Dodge Challenger R/T hits the Redline
Thu, 07 Feb 2013Dodge has added a bit of spice to its Hemi-powered Challenger for 2013, offering up this new Redline package that makes its official debut at the Chicago Auto Show. The R/T Redline builds on the Rallye Redline kit that was created for the V6 Challenger, and we like how these subtle changes add to the muscle coupe's already classic styling.
In addition to the black chrome 20-inch wheels with red accents, the R/T Redline adds subtle graphics along the beltline. Inside, cars equipped with the six-speed manual transmission get a performance tuned exhaust that allows the engine to send a full 375 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque to the rear wheels. (Redline Challengers with the five-speed automatic produce 372 hp and 400 lb-ft.)
The Redline package retails for $1,995 and can be had on both Challenger R/T and R/T Plus models. Scroll down for the full press blast.
