For sale is a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. This vehicle has undergone regular maintenance and has minimal expected wear from regular use. This truck has been vastly upgraded performance-wise, featuring many enhancements. First off, this truck contains a Fass tank sump, which reduces the strain to suck fuel from the fuel tank. The truck features two pumps. The first pump is an Airdog II, which supplies fuel the higher-pressure fuel pump, the Industrial Injections 80% over CP3 Pump, a fuel pump bigger and more powerful than ordinary fuel pumps, capable of providing enough fuel to the truck's bigger 110 HP Industrial Injection nozzles, which have larger openings and allow more fuel to be injected into the motor, creating the horsepower and high-level performance you need. The truck's AFE exhaust manifold breathes more efficiently than other manifolds and allows for faster spool in the turbocharger, which contains a 64mm HTT where air is forced into the motor. The MBRP hotside intercooler pipe helps reduce restriction in the airway to the H&S Performance cold side intercooler pipe, which provides a larger passageway for air to enter the motor. Also by H&S Performance, this truck's intake horn is less restrictive than other intake horns and allows for faster bottom-end spooling and cooler EGTs. In addition to this, an open airway to the intake valves is provided by a Glacier Diesel Performance grid air heater delete. This truck's stage 2 188/220 Hamilton Camshaft gives the motor a higher lift and drives the turbocharger faster. Thanks to the high carbon steel composition of the Hamilton chromoly pushrods, they're very unlikely to bend at higher or lower RPMs. The truck's cylinder head is held to the engine block by state-of-the-art ARP headstuds, allowing for a greater clamping force to keep the head gasket from blowing, giving you a greater range for power and performance. The electronics of this vehicle function with custom tuning thanks to an H&S Mini Maxx, ensuring efficient performance and power. The Mini Maxx's H&S overdrive software allows the truck's transmission, line pressure, and shift points to all be altered to handle increased power. This truck also features a turbonetics intercooler, which keeps cool the air coming from the turbocharger, keeping the motor breathing cool air. This truck also features an AFE stage 2 cold air intake, which filters air entering the turbocharger. While the intercooler keeps air cool, the truck's mag high tech differential covers keep fluid temperatures cool during towing or daily driving, and the mag high tech trans pan uses cooler fluid to keep the transmission cool and alive. This truck also has a 5' stainless steel turbo back exhaust, with no muffler, allowing the motor to breathe freely with no choked up DPF filters. To prevent valve flow and keep the pistons from coming into contact with the valves, this truck also features 103 lbs Hamilton valve springs. On the cosmetic side of things, the truck features an RBP two-piece grille and sits on KMC XD Spy 20/9 wheels, which add a bold aggressive look and accent the truck's color nicely. Wrapped around the wheels are Mickey Thompson 305-55-20 Baja MTZ tires, providing excellent traction as well as excellent wear and handling when needed. Inside the vehicle is a JVC Arsenal radio and Husky floorliners. We had the electronics' final custom tuning done by Ryan Milliken at Hardway Performance. This tuning provides for best daily driving, all-out power, towing, and general drivability. We're very proud of our work on this vehicle and hope to find it a good home.

Mopar highlights wild SEMA creations, AWD Challenger Concept
Tue, Nov 3 2015Thanks to 15,345 square feet of display area, FCA US' Mopar division certainly has ample space to display its parts and accessories at the SEMA Show. To lure attendees to check out all of those cars and components, the company is now revealing ten tuned vehicles for this year's aftermarket event. This isn't even the brand's whole fleet for the show, but it includes some major highlights for Dodge and Ram fans. A lack of traction traditionally makes rear-wheel-drive muscle cars dismal to drive when the weather gets slippery, but the Dodge Challenger GT AWD Concept (above) solves that age-old problem at SEMA. In addition to powering all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic, it boasts an angry-looking, wide-body kit with aggressively flared wheel arches. The asymmetrical stripe with Header Orange accents also adds some extra panache to the Destroyer Grey and Matte Black color scheme. The coupe can back up the macho look thanks to the Scat Pack 3 Performance Kit that adds 75 horsepower and 44 pound-feet of torque to the 5.7-liter V8. However, before you get too excited about driving one this winter, FCA US spokesperson Ariel Gavilan tells Autoblog: "It is only a concept." Mopar isn't done tuning Dodges for SEMA. The Charger Deep Stage 3 shows what's possible with the company's catalog by packing the Scat Pack 3, strut tower braces, coilover suspension kit, and bigger brakes. Meanwhile, the blacked-out Dart GLH Concept tries to harken back to the style of the famous Omni GLH by fitting a red-accented body kit, including a Mopar Performance aluminum hood. If the standard Ram 1500 Rebel is somehow too subdued, check out the Rebel X (right) in a vibrant shade called Copper. To be ready for anything offroad, it wears some muscular flares to fit 17-inch beadlock wheels and 35-inch Toyo tires. A concept, two-piece front skid plate protects the front. Drivers should also be comfortable no matter where they drive thanks to prototype Katzkin leather seats and a concept air-ride suspension. Chrysler enjoys some mods, as well. The 300 Super S has suave style with Matte Cerulean paint, concept 22-inch wheels, and a grille with little Mopar Ms dotted around it. Performance also sees a boost with a tuned engine, bigger brakes, and coilover kit. The gray 200 S Mopar is similarly stylish with a complete body kit, including a conceptual, dual-vented hood. Fiat and Ram's commercial models aren't left out of the SEMA fun, either.
The Dodge Neon is alive!
Tue, Nov 6 2018"Holy crap! It's a new Dodge Neon! Like a new new one." Oddly, no one else on the Cancun resort shuttle seemed to notice. Or care. Ogling Mexican-market compact sedans is apparently something exclusive to automotive journalists on vacation. Yet there it was, fittingly on Dio de los Muertos, in all its resurrected glory. With a margarita in hand and an ocean in front of me, ignored, I turned my attention to my phone to get to the bottom of Neon version 3.0. Introduced for 2016, today's Dodge Neon is based upon and built alongside the Fiat Tipo/Egea, a C segment compact sedan co-developed by Fiat and Turkish industrial outfit Koc Holding. More than 125,000 were sold last year in Europe, with another 47,000 in Turkey. It's also sold in the Middle East and Africa, with Mexico alone getting the Neon version. Exterior styling is really the only difference, and then, only the crosshair grille manages to identify it as a Dodge. Then again, the same could be said for the not-so-dearly departed Dart, which belonged to the same segment. It was much bigger, though, with an extra 6 inches of overall length and 3 inches of wheelbase (which, as I just discovered, is "distancia entre ejes" en espanol). The Neon interior, not surprisingly, is pretty much the same as its Fiat siblings. The dash has two variations. A bigger, upgrade touchscreen resides in a dash-mounted, tablet-style infotainment pod, but the standard stereo head unit or 5-inch touchscreen upgrade fits into a binnacle shared with the instrument panel. It's a bit more like the Challenger, Charger, and yes, Dart in this regard, but in total, the Neon's cabin design is also less blocky and more organic in appearance. The switchgear is pure Fiat, but the steering wheel has the same control layout as Dodges, Jeeps and Chryslers. Power comes from the Challenger Scat Pack's 6.4-liter Hemi V8. No, it doesn't, I totally got you. The standard engine, dubbed FIRE, is a 1.4-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder good for 95 horsepower and 94 pound-feet of torque. So, less than the Scat Pack. The optional engine, dubbed E.TorQ, which is in no way related to the Ram's eTorque mild hybrid system and not especially eTorquey, is a 1.6-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder good for 110 hp and 112 lb-ft. Sadly, the Neon color selection is in no way neon, which probably doesn't matter since virtually every car on the Yucatan peninsula is painted white.

Thu, Jul 13 2017We drove the Dodge 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon this week. Not very far, mind you, but fast. We can't tell you all about it just yet, but we can show you what it looks and sounds like to launch it down the drag strip at Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis. Thanks for watching, and come back on Wednesday, July 19, to read all about our experience behind the wheel of the Dodge Demon.
