THIS IS A ONE OWNER TRUCK. I BOUGHT IT NEW THE END OF 02 SO IT WAS THE FIRST GEN. BODY STYLE WHICH I PREFERRED. THE TRUCK HAS HAD REGULAR MAINTENANCE AND ALSO COMES WITH NEW TIRES, SHOCKS, BRAKES, ROTORS, U-JOINTS, BALL JOINTS AND A PLETHORA OF NEW PARTS WHICH I HAVE REPLACED OVER THE YEARS. TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICS AS THEY PRETTY MUCH TELL THE STORY.
THERE IS A SMALL BIT OF RUST STARTING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DOORS AND THE ROCKER BUT NOT BAD AND A MINOR DENT ON THE BOX (PASSENGER SIDE) WHICH COULD BE REPAIRED EASILY. THIS TRUCK AVERAGES 25-27 MPG EASILY. INTERIOR IS VERY CLEAN AS I HAVE ALWAYS USED SEAT COVERS ON ALL SEATS. AS YOU CAN SEE IT ALSO COMES WITH RUNNING BOARDS AND A JACK RABBIT TONNEAU COVER AND NEW HANKOOK TIRES. I HAVE ALSO REPLACED THE TWO FRONT FENDERS AS THEY HAD A FEW RUST SPOTS ON THEM. I CAN BE REACHED @715-558-1430 IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.THIS HAS BEEN A REALLY GREAT TRUCK AND STILL HAS A LOT OF LIFE LEFT IN IT SO CHECK IT OUT AND GOOD LUCK BIDDING.......

Mopar maneuvers into SEMA with a multitude of modified models

Wed, 05 Nov 2014

As the aftermarket and performance arm of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Mopar has a duty to extract everything from the company's models that it can, and there's no better place to show all of its work off than the annual SEMA Show.
Dodge really gets in on the act this year with several customs to show off different parts of the brand's performance heritage. Perhaps the most interesting among them is the track-prepped Viper ACR Concept (pictured above). It wears a custom body kit to produce even more downforce, thanks in no small part to a monstrous wing at the back. To shed weight, most of the interior is stripped out, as well. Next up, the Challenger T/A Concept takes inspiration from '70s Trans-Am racing in a livery of Sublime Green and matte black paint. The center scoop in the hood keeps the 6.4-liter V8 fed with cool air, and the special's 20-by-9.5-inch matte black wheels keep it planted in the corners.
Also getting the once-over from Mopar is the Charger R/T. It wears the division's body kit, and under the hood, a cold-air intake keeps the 5.7-liter V8 breathing. The suspension is retooled to hold the road better with a coil-over kit, upgraded sway bars and strut tower braces for the front and rear. The company is also showing off a snazzy blue Charger with a mean look. The final Dodge getting work from Mopar is the Dart R/T Concept with bright, O-So-Orange paint and a matte black hood with a scoop hooked directly to the air intake. The performance-oriented design is finished off with a coil-over suspension and big brake kit, as well.

Dodge unveils Special Service Durango for government fleets

Fri, 18 Oct 2013

Straight off its refresh, the Dodge Durango is slipping back into its dress blues and getting back to work. The 2014 Dodge Durango Special Service Vehicle boasts all the refinements and improvements that the refreshed, civilian-spec model received, most notably a 15-percent improvement in fuel economy.
Designed for police and fire departments, and as Chrysler's answer to the Ford Police Interceptor Utility and Chevrolet Tahoe PPV in the growing service SUV market, the Durango boasts a 600-mile range, thanks to the addition of an eight-speed automatic, available on both the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 and 5.7-liter Hemi V8. Equipped with the 360-horsepower Hemi, the Durango SSV can tow up to 7,400 pounds (the V6 is limited to 6,200 pounds).
Police and fire department Durangos get a few special features over the civilian models. The electric systems are ruggedized, with a heavy duty battery and a 220-amp alternator in place, while the engine's water pump and oil cooler are both stronger. The brakes are tougher, and a load-leveling suspension has been fitted, too.

Watch a Dodge Viper driver show off his V10 all the way into a wall

Mon, Apr 11 2016

Has there ever been a show-off video that doesn't end terribly? This video clip captured with a cellphone shows the driver of a neon green Viper GTS giving a fellow motorist a couple throttle blips to signify his intent – which seems to be to crash the Viper into a concrete wall as quickly as possible. It's not pretty. The mean machine seems to be a second-generation Viper GTS in Stryker Green. To our knowledge, no photos have surfaced of the aftermath, so we wish both the driver and their most-likely bruised ego a speedy recovery. Who knows, maybe the Viper is also salvageable.
