1999 Dodge RAM 1500
This is a Laramie trim level - many many options. Cruise, heated mirrors, fog lights, remote start, keyless entry - you name it. Everything works, there are no trouble lights lit on the dash. There is a locking 2-door toolbox with included keys, a Mopar tonneau cover and a bedliner. 16" wheels and tires that have a lot of life left - no problem at all with the tires for the safety. It passed emissions every time by a large margin. The interior shows very well. A/C blows ice cold.

It needs a drivers side rear brakeline. The truck has rust problems on some body panels. The frame is solid.

This truck has NEVER let me down. It has started immediately with the remote start every single time for the 4 years I've owned it. This truck has never stranded me -it has never been towed. I consider it incredibly reliable. If I was a better sheet metal repair guy I would keep it for sure. The oil stays amazing clean between changes, the trans fluid is red and has no odour.

It's a good truck

2019 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat gets a Challenger-style intake in the grille

Wed, May 9 2018

Yesterday, we discovered that Dodge was working on some sort of update to the nose of the Charger Hellcat. Today, Dodge revealed what the change is. It's a new grille with an intake outlet. Basically, the 2019 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat will have the equivalent of the Challenger Hellcat's intake headlight. But since there isn't a convenient light to cut a hole in, Dodge just put a bigger hole in the grille next to the driver's side headlight. Presumably it leads right to the intake box like the intake on the Challenger. Close examination also reveals that the mesh has changed, as well. The 2019 model's grille has a bit more detail, and the openings are more round than the current model. No other aspects of the updated model have been revealed, but those details should come when the car is fully revealed this summer, along with the new Challenger. Dodge pulls New Girl and The Office stars for new Dart spots

Wed, 06 Aug 2014

Dodge is hoping that a heavy dash of humor helps it move some more units of the Dart with a hilarious ad campaign called Don't Touch My Dart. The spots star actors Craig Robinson, best known for his role as Darryl on The Office, and Jake Johnson from New Girl as neighbors and friends playing a game of one-upmanship over Robinson's new car. Johnson is envious of the ride and just wants to touch it.
The ads are pretty funny if you're a fan of somewhat absurdist humor, and Robinson has just the right amount of over-the-top seriousness to really make the commercials work. They have kind of a Roadrunner and Wile E. Coyote vibe with Johnson constantly in inept pursuit of what he wants, but he clearly isn't getting it.
The first four spots in the campaign are already online, but according to Dodge this is just the beginning. The company says that it's planning about 24 different versions of these ads in various lengths to play on TV and online. You can check out the ads titled First Scratch, Birdhouse Police Garage Door and Voice Touching below, along with the brand's release about the new ads. There's also a pretty good gag on its YouTube page with Robinson protecting his Dart.
