up for sale is A GOOD CARFAX (CARFAX SAYS ITS PLUS FIFTY DOLLARS AND THE THIRTY TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR PRICE). The only thing on the carfax was a small fender bender right rear bumped from rear stated miner with no damage. I traded this vechicle for a car and then had to sell it to a friend because of hard times. He only had a few months and put just over 3,000 miles on it. When I got my taxes back, I agreed to buy it back. Do to the lack of business, I am forced to sell. Great Paint and It has a great 318 and good automatic that shifts well with no slipping once its warmed up, no leaks, cold air, new 31 x 10,50 tires with only 4,000 miles on them, new cd player, nice paint, good four wheel drive system, runs and drives nice, rare 8 passenger, two keyless entry, and power windows and door locks, has reese hitch for towing, cons transmission shifts good after it warms up a little bit, a little slow going into third ifyour going slow in town but not on hiway but never slips. My friend was a smoker, so.... one small rust spot under window molding,and one small clear coat bubbleon hood. I have pictures of both. Cruise control lights comes on but, does not work thats about it . I would sell this to my mother. NO RESERVE. Any questions 540-635-1604. 1970 Hemi Challenger is a family heirloom with serious muscle
Wed, Dec 30 2015Petrolicious turns up the emotion in its latest video about a family's connection to their 1970 Dodge Challenger. The orange muscle car that gets the spotlight here is a remarkably beautiful vehicle, but the story of a father and his sons at the core of this clip might leave you feeling a little misty eyed. Juan Escalante is the current owner of this Challenger, but it belonged to his dad first. Juan's father spotted the iconic muscle car during the 1969 Detroit Auto Show and had to have one. He soon placed an order for the orange '70 Challenger R/T with the rare combination for that year of a 426 Hemi V8 and a four-speed manual gearbox. The family even brought the coupe with them when they moved to Venezuela in 1972, and local fans dubbed it El Hemi. However, parts were scarce for the muscle car in that country, and it returned to the US in 1996 for a restoration. Now, the rumbling Challenger with its Coke-bottle profile and black hood is the world's most awesome family heirloom for the Escalantes. Mopar '13 Dart is a bruiser of a compact
Fri, 08 Feb 2013For the fourth year in a row, Mopar is offering a limited-production car decked with a plenty of add-ons and a unique look. This year's black-and-blue car is the Mopar '13 Dart, which was unveiled at the Chicago Auto Show with the now-signature paint scheme. Like previous Mopar models, only 500 of the '13 Darts will be built. Past models include the Mopar '10 Challenger, Mopar '11 Charger and the Mopar '12 300.
The all-black Dart gets a brightly contrasting, offset blue stripe running the full length of the car, and other styling mods like the aero-tuned body kit, gloss black grille, wheels and mirror caps. Curiously, Mopar chose to stick with the Dart's standard headlights rather than the darker, smoked lights. The interior gets a similar black-and-blue treatment, but this unique cabin features a blue leather driver's seat to go along with the black leather seating for the rest of the passengers.
More than just a styling package, the Mopar '13 Dart also gets some performance and handling goodies to complement the Dart's turbocharged 1.4-liter engine, such as upgraded brakes with slotted rotors, a lowered suspension, retuned electric power steering and a "sport-tuned" exhaust system.
