Nice 2001 Dodge Dakot club cab 4x4 with minute mount snow plow. I haved owned this truck since 2004. When I bought this truck it had 58000 miles. This has been the best truck I have owned. The truck drives great pulls great and plows snow great. Since I owned I have completely rebuilt front end cv axles, ball joints, tie rod ends and shocks all way around. Always garage kept. Always maintained fluids oil, transmission, transfer case. differentials front and rear. The truck has no rust. The only bad spot is in rear driver upper corner (very small). This was caused from over rail bedliner. I took out and replced with fiberglass top. I purchased plow last year. I only used plow for my personal driveway never commerically plowed. This is great for driveways. The plow is a Fisher 6ft 9in minute mount plow system. When plow was removed I install a bull guard with lights onto plow mounts. This was to hide lower plow mount frame. I installed the bull guard lights but never got around to hooking up wires. No leaks, drives great. new tires purchased 3 months ago. The truck needs nothing other than new owner. Car dealership in East Texas destroyed by tornado
Tue, May 2 2017Few things are as fundamentally and unconditionally destructive as a tornado. These cataclysmic phenomena pass through towns, leaving nothing in their wake but ruin and despair. According to an NBC affiliate in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, a car dealership in nearby Canton was hit by a tornado Saturday night. No employees were hurt. Four other people in the area weren't so lucky. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Canton's new showroom and service center were pounded by the storm, leaving dozens of cars in various states of ruin. Some merely lost windows, while others were flipped and left on their sides or roofs. Photos show piles of cars stacked up like Hot Wheels dumped on the ground. According to a statement from the National Weather Service, winds reached speeds of up to 140 mph. Two other tornadoes were reported in the region. The area has been declared a disaster zone and first responders from up to 100 miles away have swarmed in to help out those in need. According to Reuters, the storms Saturday killed 11 people nationwide. South Dakota dealer filled to brim with classic cars
Wed, 12 Mar 2014Other than the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and Mount Rushmore, South Dakota isn't generally a hot topic, but that just means that cool stuff can hide in the open waiting to be discovered. Case in point: the classic car dealer Frankman Motor Company that operates three locations in Sioux Falls, SD.
Unearthed by the folks at Bring a Trailer, Frankman is a treasure trove of vintage, American iron. Their collection is full of the type of vehicles your irresponsible but cool uncle would show up with when you were a kid. Even better, these cars are priced at a level a working man can afford.
If you are lusting about a cruiser then Frankman has a 1956 Cadillac Deville Hard Top Sedan (pictured right) with 82,896 miles for $12,975. It's painted a color called Cascade Grey, but looks more like a pastel purple in pictures. While it needs some repairs to the accessories, the Caddy runs and drives, which is all you really need.
