IM JUST THROWING THIS OUT THERE,THIS IN ITS DAY WAS PROBABLY A REAL SWEET LOOKING CHARGER. IM SEEING IF ANYONE WANT THE PARTS THAT ARE LEFT ON IT AFTER I TOOK WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY 74 CHARGER.THERE IS A SET OF 4 14 INCH RALLY WHEELS,CENTERS AND TRIM RINGS,8.25 POSI REAREND,318 MOTOR AND 904 AUTO WHICH IS GOOD FOR A RACE CAR,POWER DISC BRAKES UP FRONT,DRIVESHAFT,EXHAUST,TAILIGHTS,FRONT AND REAR BUMPERS WITH BRACKETS,ALL THE TINTED GLASS THAT IS NICE,SUNROOF AND PARTS THE MANUAL CRANK IS GONE,REAR SEATS THAT NEED RECOVERED,SOME SEAT BELTS AND A FEW MORE ITEMS. THIS WAS A 2 FENDER TAG CAR THAT WAS KT5 SIENNA METALLIC IT HAD POWER WINDOWS,CRUISE,TACH,WHEEL LIP MOULDINGS,SUNROOF,ETC THERE IS A FEW PICS OF THE FENDER TAGS.THERE IS NO TITLE FOR THIS CAR IT IS SOLD WITH BILL OF SALE.IT ROLLS EASY FOR TRANSPORT AND I WILL ASSIST WITH THAT.JUST WANTED TO SEE IF SOMEONE WANTED IT WHOLE BEFORE IT GETS PARTED COMPLETELY AND THEN SCRAPPED.

The Dodge Demon's massive hood scoop sucks air like a jet intake
Thu, Feb 9 2017You know what they say about cars with big hood scoops? They usually hide big blowers. At least that's the case with the Dodge Demon and its 45-inch wide hood scoop, the largest ever fitted to a factory production car. The fifth Demon teaser, "Forced Induction," shows off the increased capacity of the car's air intake and the resurrection of the Air Grabber hood scoop on Dodge's upcoming quarter-mile killer. View 4 Photos As with previous teasers, few details have been given outside of the Subaru-trouncing scoop's dimensions. Dodge says the scoop drops air inlet temperatures by more than 30 degrees. Where the more pedestrian Hellcat only has one air catcher headlight, both inner lights on the Demon are used to feed in air. The hood itself appears to channel air in and to the right into a new airbox that appears to be fitted with a K&N-style filter. Dodge seems intent on preventing any asthma issues with the new car. Standing in front of the car might literally take your breath away. Outside of that, the images don't show any new cryptic messages like previous teasers, or at least none that we can spot. One thing we did notice was that the engine block appears to be painted red, not orange like on the Hellcat. Doing some back and forth comparison also shows that the supercharger appears to be the same size as the current one. 2 men die in Dodge Challenger Hellcat crash at Colorado airport
Tue, Sep 12 2017Two friends died in the crash of a Dodge Challenger Hellcat over the weekend after they shot off the end of an airport runway, authorities said. That someone died in a 707-horsepower Hellcat is, sadly, not unexpected. But two aspects of the story are remarkable. First, the men's ages: The Denver Post reports the crash victims were Lynd Fitzgerald, 71, of Colorado Springs, and his passenger, Roger Lichtenberger, 76, of San Marcos, Calif. Second, their speed: The car was likely moving at over 100 miles per hour, authorities said. The men had permission to use the 8,300-foot runway at Central Colorado Regional Airport in Buena Vista. That's more than a mile and a half long. But when the car left the runway, it went 300 feet before flying over a ravine, hitting the ground, becoming airborne again, flipping end over end across a second ravine, and ultimately landing on its wheels 650 feet past the end of the pavement. Responding police officers tried to provide first aid, but the men were declared dead at the scene. "They were just test-driving this car. They went a little too fast. I don't want to surmise. ... They probably got to the end of the runway and, at that speed, didn't realize they were there so fast. And they lost control. It was just too high a speed and they got to the end of the runway," said Chaffee County Sheriff John Spezze. There were skid marks near the end of the runway, but the sheriff didn't know the length. "I've never seen anything like it," Spezze told the newspaper. "They had permission to be there. There were no laws broken." Related Video:

I just sold a car. Nothing new. Millions do it every day. But my car was a 1995 Dodge Viper, so maybe it was a bit more unique since just 12,000 were built. And like others selling a car that's been a part of the family for close to 20 years, this was a confluence of emotions for me. I was sad to see it go, but happy to have the cash and one less big, shiny, under-utilized object in my life.
