For Sale is my like new 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T. This car was purchased new by me and currently has 7,114 miles. This car was purchased as a second only see good weather car. It has been garage kept since new and has never been driven in winter. It is accident free and is in near showroom factory condition. In fact it still smells new.

It is the R/T model in Hemi Orange. Automatic. It has most popular options with the notable exception of the sunroof and the touch screen navigation radio. It does has a 6 disc changer Satellite radio. Motor is the 5.7 Hemi and the runs runs perfectly. Wheels are 20 inch chrome clad.  Oil has recently been changed and always serviced at the Dodge dealer. It was recently services this past week prior to going up for sale.

We are selling this car because we have decided to reduce the amount of cars that have exceeded the amount of garage spaces at our house. We have a new 16 year old driver starting in two weeks and we have decided to sell two of our cars to condense down to one fun extra car which I have already purchased. We have moved up to a Hemi Orange SRT8 because we love this car so much.

Personally, I'm a car guy, so you will know that this car has been meticulously maintained. I take exceptional care of my cars and this one is a prime example. If you are looking for a great looking high performance Challenger, then this is the one for you. Mileage is so low on this car that it still smells new once you step inside. There are no damages to the interior at all and the car has never been in an accident. The car is 100% completely stock, exactly the way it came from the factory.

I am not interested in any trades because as I said, I have purchased the replacement car already. I am not interested in any dealers low ball offers or calls to assist me in selling my car. I'm patient and willing to wait for the right buyer for my car. I'm not in a rush and I own the car outright and have a clean clear title. So I don't need to sell the car for financial reasons other than to replace the money already spent on the new car.

*Scammers please look elsewhere. I will not respond to questions about my "item" nor will I ever think about taking your payment in advance without meeting you in person. I am not interested in working with your "agent" who will provide extra funds for "shipping" so that I can refund you what we don't use. We both know who ends up losing in one of your deals, so save us both some time, so you can use it to go look for a real job.

The Dodge Challenger 1320 is rarer than the vaunted Demon

Tue, Dec 24 2019

Dodge stopped making the 840-horsepower Challenger Demon after the 2018 model year, and it filled the gap the coupe left in its range with a slightly tamer variant called 1320. While it wasn't a limited-edition model, production figures released recently cement its status as a future classic. 1320 references the length of a drag strip, which normally checks in at 1,320 feet, and the name speaks volumes: It was built to go flat-out for a quarter mile. It offered all of the go-fast goodies found in the Demon, including a transbrake, a line lock, an SRT-tuned suspension, plus bigger brakes provided by Brembo, and it swapped the supercharged V8 for a naturally-aspirated, 6.4-liter eight shared with the Challenger 392 and tuned to 485 horsepower. It wasn't quite as quick as the Demon, but it remained a race car barely street-legal enough to put plates on, so it occupied a shallow niche. Dodge made 1,054 examples of the 1320 during the 2019 model year, according to Mopar Insiders. Of those, 1,026 units were sold in the United States, and the remaining 28 stayed in their home country of Canada. As for colors, 232 enthusiasts chose Pitch Black, making it the most popular. At the other end of the spectrum, 13 buyers ordered Maximum Steel, which is the rarest color offered to the public. One 1320 was painted in Yellow Jacket, and another in Billet, but they were pre-production cars. To add context, the firm capped Demon production at 3,300 units, including 300 for the Canadian market. The 1320 is returning for the 2020 model year, so it might ultimately become more common than the Demon, but it remains a rare edition that will turn heads at high-profile classic car auctions in a few decades' time. If you've got one, race it, but pamper it off the track, and hang on to it. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. FCA's UAW workers to get $8,010 profit-sharing payout

Wed, Mar 3 2021

UAW workers at FCA will soon be receiving $8,010 checks, which represent profit-sharing based on the company's 2020 performance. Although FCA's profit margins in 2020 were slimmer than the year prior, the union-employee payouts are slightly larger, due to a change in the formula that was negotiated in 2019 and has now gone into effect. Employees are now paid $900 for every 1% of profit margin FCA achieves in its North American operations. For 2020, the company enjoyed an 8.9% profit margin, and although that was down slightly from 9.1% in 2019, the checks are larger than last year's $7,280 payout. Still, FCA employees didn't fare quite as well as their counterparts at GM, who stand to receive profit-sharing checks of up to $9,000. GM workers did even better last year, netting $10,000. UAW workers at Ford had less to celebrate. They'll receive $3,525, based on the company's 2020 performance. That's a steep drop from last year's $6,600. FCA earned $6.472 billion in North America in 2020. The company is expecting an improved financial performance in 2021, as it's expected to avoid another coronavirus-related shutdown. It's also expected to benefit from the launch of the three-row Grand Cherokee L, as well as the Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, all of which are high-margin products. Watch a Dodge Viper driver show off his V10 all the way into a wall

Mon, Apr 11 2016

Has there ever been a show-off video that doesn't end terribly? This video clip captured with a cellphone shows the driver of a neon green Viper GTS giving a fellow motorist a couple throttle blips to signify his intent – which seems to be to crash the Viper into a concrete wall as quickly as possible. It's not pretty. The mean machine seems to be a second-generation Viper GTS in Stryker Green. To our knowledge, no photos have surfaced of the aftermath, so we wish both the driver and their most-likely bruised ego a speedy recovery. Who knows, maybe the Viper is also salvageable.
