Thank you for taking the time to look at my 2008 Dodge SRT-10 Viper (GenIV). If you are seriously in the market for this car. There is likely very little I have to tell you about the "viper", other than specific questions, about this particular example. In which case, the pictures do most of the talking.

All of the photos you see here, were taken on 10/22/2013. So you can be sure, the pictures represent this vehicle's current condition, as it sits today with 4,296 miles on it. (and the car will not be driven again, until it's sold) They are not photoshop'd in any way. Ebay would only allow 24, and required them to be reduced in size. So I attached many more from photobucket. Scroll down to view them, in the original size. I want to make sure you can see the car up close, and make you own judgment about condition. This color looks absolutely stunning in person, but is very difficult to photograph well. The few I took in the sun have too much glare. But decided to post anyway, to give an idea of what the car looks like in full sun.

I think this car is as close to a BRAND NEW 2008 as you'll get. The car looks new inside, outside, and underneath, and smells brand new inside. I've owned 9 vipers, and know these cars very well. I'm very particular about how and where the car is driven, and how its taken care of. The car has never seen any track time, done a burnout, been drag raced, or abused in any way, shape or form. It's never sat out and baked in the sun all day. It's mostly used to go out to dinner, then back home, with my wife. I am a father with two young children, so the time to use this car is very limited (hence the mileage). The car sits inside on a battery tender most of the time. I do try to run it to temperature at least once every other week, to keep it fresh, and fluids circulating.

Some relevant points, and answers to some questions I would typically ask, when buying a car of this caliber. But feel fee to ask any additional questions.

-The car has never been involved in any type of accident, or had any paintwork done.

-The stripes are factory (see window sticker) Venom Red w/ Silver stripes

-Never had any warranty work performed (the battery was replaced in 2012 with factory Mopar battery.(have receipt). But other than that and oil changes. Nothing).

-Still under bumper-bumper $0 Ded. Chrysler MAXIMUM CARE until 5/8/2015 OR 50,000 miles.(this alone is a $3600 value) ($50 transfer fee, which I will cover). So you have absolutely no worries with this car.

-I had an $1,100 Xpel clear bra job done, when it had 800 miles on it. The entire facia, entire side sills up to the viper emblem, mirrors, and rear bumper (behind wheels) were covered with xpel paint protection. The GenIII/IV Vipers are known to get "sandblasted" in this area. And this was important to me, to protect it early on in the cars life. It is amazing, you can not tell the material is there. I searched all around and spoke with other exotic owners, before deciding on this clearbra installer. He was not cheap.. But the job is amazing. Nearly Undetectable, even when right up on it.

-Zero "Curb" marks on any of the wheels. Tire tread still like new. The rubber strings are still hanging off the side from the manufacturing process. So you know the car has never done any hard cornering.

-Zero "Chin Rash" under the facia. No dents or scuffs on the sills.

-Both keys, both remotes, window sticker, manuals, Navi CD, all original paperwork from new, dealer invoice, etc, etc.

-Original Oil Filter comes with.

-Oil has been changed every six months, which is about every 500 miles. The oil coming out looks as new as the oil going in. But it's peace of mind I guess. M1 0W40 only.

-The only thing on the car not original, is a Corsa Cat-back exhaust ($2k value) and a few MGW interior items (radio knob, AC bezels, cup holder bezel)

-The car still smells brand new inside.

-I have a copy of the Carfax pictured. It is Clear, with nothing more than registration events.

Please feel free to email me anytime, if you have any questions. Or if you wish; you can provide a phone number and I will be glad to discuss the car in more detail on the phone. The vehicle is sold AS-IS (with factory warranty), where-is. Please feel free to fly in, drive in and inspect the car if you feel the need to. Or have a Tech of your choice look at the car. I have nothing to hide, the car is nearly new.

This is not a must sell situation, but is a great deal for someone, on an almost brand new car w/warranty, and a $93,180 original MSRP.

Thank you.

Car that screams on the street of dreams: Cruising Woodward in a Hellcat | AutoblogVR

Tue, Jun 6 2017

If you love cars, you've probably at least heard of the Woodward Dream Cruise. Millions of people make the pilgrimage to Woodward Avenue with thousands of cars every year. Obviously the Dream Cruise is amazing, but you don't need to wait for the official Cruise to experience Woodward. In this episode of AutoblogVR, join Greg Migliore as he drives up and down the street of Dreams in a Dodge Charger Hellcat. Greg starts the drive by talking about how epic his chariot is. The Dodge Charger Hellcat has a 0-60 time of 3.7 seconds and a price tag of only $65,945. Of course the Hellcat's true power couldn't be unleashed driving along the historic road, but that didn't dampen Greg's spirits. After all, driving on one of the first patches of paved road in America is a pretty great experience no matter how fast you're going. After giving a bit of a history lesson and explaining the significance of Woodward to the Hellcat specifically, we get to one of the best ways to experience Woodward - tracking down some of the best food! Greg pops in to his favorite pub and gives us a tour, but one pub is just the tip of the iceberg. With all of the culture along the 27-mile span, this road is a must-drive for any car enthusiast. But if you can't make it out, experiencing it in 360° VR is the next best thing. Each month, new episodes will launch on the AutoblogVR App. We'll be posting them here on Autoblog, but for the best experience, head over to the app, which you can download for free from the App store and Google Play. Be sure to try it with a cardboard viewer, too! Dodge Coupe Performance Videos VR Original Video

2015 Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack Quick Spin

Thu, Jun 18 2015

"Scat Pack" is plucked from The Big Book of Dodge Nameplates to describe what is basically the average of the Charger R/T and Charger SRT 392. Unnecessary horsepower always seems to go down better with a dose of heritage. If you think it's a silly name, just be thankful Dodge didn't call it an S/RT or an R/T-S. In previous years, a similar formulation was known as the SRT8 Super Bee. Going by another name, it's still as sweet and wears the same hurried-looking pollinator on the grille. We do wonder: What has displeased him so, and why does he have wings and wheels? The packaging is at least fresh. All Chargers get updates for 2015, including improved interiors and a Dart-on-steroids exterior redo. The new lines work especially well on the more aggressive models, including this Scat Pack car. Like the Super Bee before it, the Scat Pack gets the 6.4-liter engine from SRT 392; for 2015 it gets a slight output boost to 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque, respective increases of 15 and 5. It does without the SRT three-mode suspension and comes with cloth seats (leather is an option) to keep the price down. The Scat Pack also has slightly smaller Brembo front brakes, narrower wheels, and different rubber. It does, however, cost eight grand less and is just as quick in a straight line. Intriguing. Driving Notes Scat Pack cars get an electronically controlled active exhaust that we'd call hyperactive. It's loud all the time, opening its widest at startup, idle, and when you ask for any appreciable amount of power. Sport mode supposedly makes a difference, but we couldn't discern loud from louder. It's a delicious and appropriate loudness, with a brassy trumpet tone to it, and the engine makes top-fuel noises at full tilt. The squeal of the rear tires can be heard from every stoplight no matter the road conditions. A light touch avoids leaving a mark if you're so inclined. We weren't. When the tires eventually smear into the realm of traction, this thing is pretty quick – hitting 60 miles per hour takes 4.5 seconds. There's also an adjustable launch control mode if you want to cut out some of the wheelspin. The eight-speed transmission shifts smoothly. Quicker, more-palpable shifts are had in Sport mode, but occasionally the transmission still needs a moment to drop down from seventh or eighth when you mash the throttle. Despite its two overdrive gears, this Charger is still loud on the highway. In a good way. Probably.
