Have receipts for work done and/or parts purchased
Was my project car and is in the process of being completed but due to a family illness I need to sell ASAP. Will include the additional parts I have (Rocker Panels, Diamond Plate bed rail cover, Vinyl Tonneau Cover). Has rust on rocker panels under doors. I purchased replacement rocker panels (included in the purchase of the truck along with a quart of white and a quart of black paint), but have not had the time to put them on. Front fenders were replaced with used fenders, minor damage on passenger side fender, drivers side is ready for primer and paint. Stock white front bumper replaced with a chrome bumper and new halogen fog lights in bumper. Has a three-point hitch under bumper, with working power plug for trailer. Dash has two minor cracks, but in great shape. Engine light is on and is a fuel system problem, which seems to be a sensor in the back of the throttle body. Replaced valve cover gaskets, sparkplugs, port and polished the throttle body and replaced air cleaner box with an aftermarket, old school air cleaner. All front end linkage: upper and lower ball joints, adjusting sleeves, all inner and out tie-rod ends, track bar, both complete wheel hub bearings, 1" spacer for tire clearance, ranchero steering stabilizer, has a fresh alignment and new brake pads and rotors. Rear end fluid was drained and replaced. Exhaust system was replaced to true dual exhaust with glass packs and chrome tips. Truck sounds great. All instrument panel & accessory plugs work. There is no major issues with the truck except cosmetic. Interior is in good shape, seats look and work great. Engine runs great, 4x4 works great. Power windows and power locks, sliding rear window and tilt stearing and cruise control, AM/FM media player stereo with SD card and USB port. Ice cold A/C. Only 164,000 miles. Over 3000.00 invested to date, but I must sell ASAP. Feel free to ask questions or request additional photos.
Also listed locally and may be withdrawn at any time.

Junkyard Gem: 1990 Dodge Colt Vista
Wed, Oct 19 2016The partnership between Chrysler and Mitsubishi started way back in 1971 and led to plenty of Mitsubishis being sold in the United States as Chryslers, Dodges, Plymouths, and Eagles (plus the use of Mitsubishi engines in all manner of Chrysler-built vehicles). The Colt name – used on a series of Galant-, Lancer-, and Mirage-based cars – became a fairly successful brand for Chrysler, and so it was slapped on Dodge- and Plymouth-badged Mitsubishi Chariots. The Colt Vista wasn't a huge sales success, and you won't see many today, but they had a certain following. Here's a rare '90 that I spotted in a Minneapolis self-service wrecking yard over the summer. Just 114k miles on this one, but the rust got pretty bad and that's the most likely culprit for its junkyardization. These cars made good family haulers, although you wouldn't find many of their 2016 counterparts sporting three pedals. Turbo Tom kept it going for quite a while, but rust never sleeps in Minnesota. Dodge Challenger Scat Pack adds power and noise, with a warranty
Thu, 17 Apr 2014If you want to go fast, there's certainly nothing wrong with the Dodge Challenger SRT8. With 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque for 2014, there's certainly not much to complain about. But what if you want something more aftermarket in flavor? There's no shortage of options, but while turning to the tuner world will make your car plenty fast, that extra power won't just shred rear tires, it'll torch your warranty, as well. That's where Dodge's Scat Pack comes in.
With three stages of mods for both the 5.7 and 6.4-liter Hemi V8s Challenger (as well as the 5.7-liter Charger and, soon, the four-pot Dart), the Scat Pack cars give drivers all the power, aggression and noise of a heavily modded aftermarket car while maintaining the piece of mind provided by the Dodge warranty.
Power gets bumped up to 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque with the 6.4-liter Scat Pack, while the 5.7-liter can provide up to 58 hp and 47 lb-ft of torque to add to the stock engine's 375 horsepower and 410 pound-feet. It's the latter engine that can really get some work done, with upgrades ranging from the mundane - intake and exhaust - to the racy, like the ported heads and high-flow headers.
Playing in the snow | 2017 Dodge Challenger GT First Drive
Sat, Jan 28 2017The previous day was miserable. An icy rain fell over Portland, Maine, coating the pavement and making even walking a chore. Driving a muscle car like the Dodge Challenger seems ill-advised. But this is exactly the weather Dodge hoped for, because we're here to test the new all-wheel-drive 2017 Challenger GT. The morning of our test drive dawns sunny and cold. The remnants of a late January nor'easter now past, we nonetheless steel ourselves for a day of unruly roads. Stepping into an inch of slush, we open the huge door, climb inside, and nestle into the heavily bolstered driver's seat. Immediately comfortable, we know the Challenger well. It's an old friend. Late in life, it's finally finding stability. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. Heading onto the Maine turnpike, we're struck by the Challenger's poise. All-wheel drive civilizes the coupe's brutish nature. We confidently navigate the first on-ramp – still wet from the storm – and merge onto the highway. A rear-wheel-drive car would come unsettled here, yet this Challenger's 19-inch wheels wrapped in all-season Michelin rubber are not disturbed. At the very least, the specter of tire spin would have made us overcautious. All-wheel drive doesn't morph the Challenger into a Subaru Outback, but it does make the Mopar a realistic year-round option for buyers north of the Mason-Dixon line. Dodge arrived at this conclusion after some introspection. The Challenger and its sibling the Charger sedan are usually cross-shopped with each other, and design is often the deciding factor. With Charger AWD sales remaining strong (in 17 Northern states at least 50 percent of Chargers are sold with the system), not offering an all-wheel Challenger leaves money on the table. Ben Lyon, Challenger brand manager, says the common refrain was, "I would have bought a Challenger, or I would have bought a two-door muscle coupe, if it was available with all-wheel drive." View 50 Photos Naturally, the Dodges share an AWD system, which has an active transfer case and the ability to disengage the front axle, making the Challenger a rear-wheel-drive car in certain conditions to help save fuel. Ambient temperature, wheel slip, Sport mode, passing situations, and the driver's behavior can trigger the all-wheel capability.
