Hello and thank you for looking at my auction for this 1962 D100 Dodge pickup. This is a Surviver truck, I bought it from the original owner. The truck has under 75,000 miles and I believe that to be an accurate number. The truck runs, drives and handles well. It is registered until the end of March in CA, and I have a clear title in hand. The truck was used on the original ower's property for hauling and dump runs. The truck was non opted for a few years and sat in the orignal owner's barn until 1995. I believe it was painted in 1995. The original color as a turquoise, it is now green, Everthing on the truck works, with the exception of the blinkers. The original radio works but is very finicky. The truck runs like a top, starts up and drives very well. The engine is the original 318 V-8, it has an after market 4 barrel Holley carb on it. All the trim on the interrior is there. There are aftermarket RPM, and oil pressure gauges on the truck. The body of the truck does have a few scratches, dings and dents, which is expected for a 50 year old truck, the patina looks very good on it. I have more pictures and can send you shots of anything you want, just email me. If you would like to see the truck in person we can work that out as well.

The areas that need attention; the bottom of both doors and rocker panels which are starting to get bubbles, the font of the hood has a couple bubbles, the floor boards are in good shape but have rust (the rust will come off with sanding), the seat has a large tear in it, and the truck appears to have been hit at the end of the drivers side cab and the begining of the passengers side bed you can see in pictures.

I will require a $500 deposit via paypal when auction is over. I do not want the entire payment through paypal. I prefer cash or a cashiers check for full payment. Truck also needs to be picked up within a week of auction close. Thanks for your time and good luck.

2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon | First Run at Lucas Oil Raceway

Thu, Jul 13 2017

We drove the Dodge 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon this week. Not very far, mind you, but fast. We can't tell you all about it just yet, but we can show you what it looks and sounds like to launch it down the drag strip at Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis. Thanks for watching, and come back on Wednesday, July 19, to read all about our experience behind the wheel of the Dodge Demon.

Bull leads Texas police on four hour chase

Thu, May 12 2016

A bull leading police on a chase through a Texas town may sound like something out of a country music song, but police in Arlington, Texas recently had just such a situation on their hands. According to WFAA, on the afternoon of May 9, a young bull got loose from his pen and decided to take a stroll through the streets of Arlington. "There was a cow walking down the neighborhood," said Arlington resident Jillyan Nance. "It trotted down my home and cut across our yard into the neighbor's yard." Arlington police were alerted to the escaped bull and, in a scene more Texas than Steve Earle drinking a Shiner at the Alamo, they attempted to chase it down with police cruisers. For the next four hours, police engaged the creature in a sedate, low-speed chase through Arlington, Dalworthington Gardens, and other neighboring towns. The bull, for his part, largely ignored his pursuers and the throngs of people coming out of their houses to watch the strange scene and post pictures to Facebook and Instagram. With numerous police cruisers in not-quite-hot pursuit, the bull ambled along the shady streets, stopping here and there to munch on some grass and take in the views. Eventually, a friendly local rancher showed up and lassoed the bull in Dalworthington Gardens just before 9:00 p.m. Police have not released the name of the bull's owner or any motive for its escape. Perhaps, like the unicorn that escaped into a California orchard back in February, it decided that it had had enough of working for a living and was looking for something else.
