Truck is in good shape. Small rust area in drivers side rear fender well (see pic). Rear Bumper has rust as well (see pic). Some scratches on the passenger side bottom (see pic). Slight dent in top of tailgate (see pic). I'm trying to mention all details & take pictures of anything that might be an issue no matter how minor. No major damage, regular wear & tear. Interior in very good condition, no rips, tears, etc. Clear Title. Runs & drives great.

This is the 2nd of 2 vehicles that we have for sale. We have a real great young man that has been our employee for over 3 years. He has been wanting to get a newer truck, his is very old & beat up. So we actually found 2 options for him, this Dodge Dakota & a 02 Dodge Ram 1500 so we bought them both. Dan, our employee, decided he wanted the Dodge Ram so we are selling this Dakota. He's a great employee & we were super glad to be able to help him out but now we need to sell this truck to recoup some of the money we spent. He didn't have the $$ to buy it outright so we did & he is paying us back weekly. Please email with any questions. Truck is sold as is, where is. I am describing it to the best of my knowledge. $500 deposit is due immediately. The balance can be paid on pick-up of the vehicle. We are not offering delivery. If you don't plan on picking it up yourself you will need to make shipping arrangements. The custom-van craze was huge in California, back in the 1970s, and plenty of folks who would never have considered getting zonked on Acapulco Gold while listening to Elephant's Memory ended up buying Econolines and Beauvilles and Tradesmen with shag carpeting, bubble windows, and wild graphics. In fact, van buyers could get that stuff right from the factory. Most of those vans are gone now, but I found this used-up '78 Dodge in a self-service wrecking yard in California's Central Valley. Work at a Chrysler dealership, get free college education

The cost of a college education in the US can put a student tens (hundreds, in some cases) of thousands of dollars into debt. FCA US wants to give its dealership employees a leg up, though, and the automaker is now offering a completely free education to them through a partnership with Strayer University. The workers can take any of the college's classes online or on campus through program called Degrees@Work. Currently, the offer is only available to employees Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and Fiat dealers in the automaker's Southeast region, which includes Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee. However, a national expansion will happen before the end of the year, Strayer spokesperson Cristina Henley tells Autoblog. The program will cover all of the students' expenses, including their books, according to Henley. FCA US sees this partnership as a way to improve the talent of its workforce, retain employees longer and possibly attract people wanting to take advantage of this free education. "Many of our dealers have expressed concern over the availability of talent to fill open positions due to business growth and turnover in their stores, especially in metro markets," Al Gardner, the company's Head of Dealer Network Development, said in the Degrees@Work announcement. Strayer has about 40 programs available, including in business administration, accounting, marketing, and more, and the university offers associate's, bachelor's, and master's degrees. It will also give FCA US employees credit for their work experience to get them a diploma even more quickly. Chrysler recalls small number of 2013-2014 cars and trucks over engine debris

Chrysler is recalling a small number cars over issues with their 2.4-liter four-cylinder engines. The recall, which affects 522 examples of its 2013 Dodge Avenger and Chrysler 200 models, as well as 2014 Jeep Compass and Patriot CUVs has to do with potential debris in the balance shaft bearings.
The abrasive stuff can cause the oil pressure to drop, which could lead to the engine stalling or outright failure. This situation could at best leave drivers stranded and at worst lead to a crash.
Chrysler will begin notifying owners, who will need to report in to have the balance shaft module replaced. All repairs are naturally free of charge. Scroll down for the bulletin from NHTSA.
