Selling my Dodge Charger, I love this car and it runs perfectly but my income situation has become uncertain and I must downgrade to a lesser vehicle. The car is in great shape with only the tiny cosmetic flaws mentioned above. Runs like a beast, tons of fun to drive. Brand new tires, 22" Boss rims, plenty of power.

Camaro driver clocked at 171 miles per hour
Wed, Apr 13 2016Chevy's 2016 Camaro SS is a fantastic piece of automotive engineering. It is also, apparently, very, very fast. This latter fact was perfectly illustrated when, on April 8, a Camaro SS driver was nailed in Two Harbors, Minnesota for doing 171 mph. According to WFAA, the unnamed speed demon was flying down Highway 61 near Two Harbors when Hermantown, MN Deputy Police Chief Shawn Padden clocked him at an eye-watering 171 mph. He then recorded the speeder at 168 and 141. At the time, Deputy Chief Padden was working with Minnesota State Patrol on an anti-DWI program called "Toward Zero Deaths". Padden, who was interviewed by the Duluth News Tribune, said he was surprised at the driver's sheer speed. "When he went by me, it was a blur," Padden told the News. "You get used to seeing people going 65 or 70 and what that looks like. But I've never seen anything like this. It's like a rocket on wheels." Fadden chased the Camaro down eventually, but it took some doing. To catch the Camaro, he pushed his Dodge Charger Pursuit to 135 mph just to get into range so the Camaro could see his emergency lights. The speeding driver was ticketed for careless driving, but may lose his license due to a Minnesota law that gives courts the option of revoking licenses for drivers caught doing more than 100 mph. Here's your chance to own a first-year Dodge Viper with just 333 miles
Wed, Dec 4 2019The Dodge Viper is certainly one of the most outrageous cars to come out of the 1990s, with its cartoon styling, massive 8.0-liter V10 engine, and utter disregard for anything other than performance. The first-generation models are the purest example of the breed, with an assemble-it-yourself toupee roof, side curtains, calf-searing side pipes, no air-conditioning (until '94), no airbags, no ABS, and no traction control. This first-year 1992 Viper is coming to Barrett-Jackson's Scottsdale auction in January and has just 333 miles, making it a near-new example of Chrysler's wild child. Only a couple hundred first-year Vipers were built, making them among the rarest of the breed. All '92 models were red, the same color as the 1989 show car, the overwhelming reaction to which spurred Chrysler to put the car into production as a modern-day Cobra. With the Viper's departure in 2017, the car seems destined to forever remain the improbable offspring of a moment in time. That time has passed, but an ultra-low-miles example like this allows its lucky new owner to chance to experience firsthand what all the fuss was about.
2019 Dodge Durango raids the SRT parts bin for updates
Fri, Jul 13 2018Fiat Chrysler will squeeze some extra excitement from the upcoming 2019 Dodge Durango, by providing some modest updates. They include giving the three-row SUV new colors and broadening the use of elements of the Durango R/T and SRT performance models, among other upgrades when it goes on sale in the fall. It'll still be offered in five models — SXT, GT, Citadel, R/T and the SRT — with the same 295-horsepower 3.6-liter V6 as the standard engine. For 2019, the GT model will get the SRT and R/T's performance front fascia and LED fog lamps. It also has the option of an SRT-inspired hood with center air inlet duct and two heat extractors. On the Citadel models, second-row captain's chairs will be standard. There's also a new integrated trailer brake on models equipped with the Trailer Tow Package. New 20-inch wheel designs are available on various trims, and an available 825-watt, 19-speaker Harman Kardon sound system for the Citadel, R/T and SRT. Three new exterior color options appear, too: F8 Green, Destroyer Gray and Reactor Blue. SRT buyers can now opt for red seat belts and lightweight Brembo brakes with two-piece rotors. Its Hemi V8 still makes 475 horsepower as it did last year. The R/T model, meanwhile, continues with the 5.7-liter Hemi V8, also available on the Citadel, making 360 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque. Sepia leather seats are a new option. Order books are now open, but there's no word yet on price. Related Video:
