2010 Dodge Challenger Srt8 Supercharged 6 Speed on 2040-cars
Granger, Indiana, United States

Supercharged near perfect Torred 2010 Challenger with 6 speed, sunroof, Customer preferred package 21X (Kicker Sound system) media center including NAV, 3.92 axle, 20 inch wheels. 562 HP dyno at rear wheels. This is a blast to drive! Vortec supercharger with owners manual. Window sticker. Car cover. Factory touch up paint. Original owners manual. Total price of this car with supercharger was over 53K. I am the second owner, car is originally from Florida. Always garaged. Never been in snow. Tires recently rotated and balanced so it drives wonderfully however tires are the originals and will need replaced in near future. This car had a new rear quarter panel put in on the driver's side by the original owner because a bus backed into it. You cannot tell it was repaired. I talked to the original owner about this and feel quite confident it was repaired correctly ("no expense spared") so to me it is a non issue or I wouldn't have bought it. It runs and drives perfectly. Flawless dark gray sued leather interior with red accent stripes on seats. No dents or door dings. There is a 1mm x 2mm rock chip on the hood. I have factory touch up paint for that. Windshield caught a road rock and was recently replaced. On Jun-11-14 at 12:10:05 PDT, seller added the following information: Reserve on this car is set at 26k, which is less than half of its new cost. Good luck finding a Challenger in this condition with this kind of horsepower at a cheaper price because you won't. Wicked fast yet stable. I will also rebate back $500 from the final selling price since the tires are getting old. Beware of those cars that are described as "perfect" - it is virtually impossible for a used car of any mileage to be truly perfect, as in showroom new. Even a car with 2,000 miles on it has tire wear if nothing else. This car is in outstanding condition and runs flawlessly. Oil has 1,800 miles on it, and I just changed the supercharger oil which was very, very clean. On Jun-11-14 at 15:41:46 PDT, seller added the following information: |

Chrysler Group moves around execs in wake of recent departure
Tue, 16 Apr 2013Chrysler is busy shuffling executives around in the wake of Ram head Fred Diaz's departure. The automaker has named Reid Bigland (pictured, right) as Diaz's successor in the role of president and CEO of Ram, though Bigland will continue his duties as the head of US sales and the president and CEO of Chrysler Canada. Bigland first came to Chrysler in 2006 from Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation, so the guy knows a thing or two about trucks.
Meanwhile, Timothy Kuniskis will take over as president and CEO of Dodge. Previously, he served as the head of Fiat in North America and has been with Chrysler in one capacity or another since 1992. His old title now falls to Jason Stoicevich, who will also continue to work as the director of the automaker's California Business Center. Finally, Bruno Cattori will take over as the president and CEO of Chrysler Mexico.
Diaz left his position to take over as a divisional vice president of sales and marketing with Nissan. You can read the full press release on the Chrysler personnel changes below for more information.
The Grand Caravan, at least the name, isn't dead yet in Canada
Mon, Jul 20 2020Last week we got Stellantis. This week, we’re learning that the Grand Caravan name isnÂ’t actually dead. ItÂ’s just moved to Canada. Allow us to explain. The Dodge Grand Caravan is well and truly gone. However, FCA has decided the name is too good not to use. Therefore, FCA Canada just announced that Canadians will get the Chrysler Grand Caravan for the 2021 model year. One look at the photos will tell you most everything you need to know about the van. ItÂ’s a rebadged Chrysler Voyager, which itself is a budget Chrysler Pacifica by a different name. Basically, the U.S. gets the Voyager, and Canada gets the Grand Caravan. “WeÂ’re incredibly proud to maintain the ‘Grand CaravanÂ’ nameplate exclusively in the Canadian marketplace,” said David Buckingham, President and CEO, FCA Canada. “Particularly here in Canada, that name has become synonymous with affordable, safe and innovative family transportation that the 2021 Chrysler Grand Caravan builds upon.” Now that the Voyager and Caravan are the same again, the next logical step would be to bring back Plymouth, right? Rebadged Plymouth Hellcats wouldnÂ’t bother us. Just Â… you know, an idea. Canadian customers will have the choice of two trims for the Grand Caravan: Base and SXT. Similar to the U.S., upper trim levels of the van will be called Pacifica. The two will be sold alongside each other at Chrysler dealerships. Photos of the Pacifica with the Grand Caravan badge already have us a little weirded out, but now youÂ’ll know whatÂ’s going on during your next trip up north when you see a Chrysler Grand Caravan roll by. 2014 Dodge Durango
Wed, 25 Sep 2013Say what you want about the Dodge Durango, but ever since it came on the scene in 1998, it has occupied its own niche in the SUV market - not too small, not too big, tough, able, not always the best on the road and not always the best off-road. If it were a football player, it would be a tight-end that can block and catch. If it were a hamburger - a double burger with cheese and bacon, but not the Whopper.
As part of a mid-cycle upgrade for what was already a very capable SUV that Chrysler introduced in 2011, and built on the same platform as the Mercedes GL-Class and Jeep Grand Cherokee, the 2014 Durango has gotten some refinements worth noting that have cleaned up its tailoring and toned up its body and powerplant. The result is an SUV that shows itself to be a very good value in a category full of sticker prices that can run away faster than a kid who's been told he has to take ballroom dancing lessons.
Chrysler executives showing us the new Durango made a special point to reiterate that the Dodge brand is not going away, as has been rumored after the company took the Ram and Viper - the cream of the brand - out from under the Dodge umbrella. Turns out Dodge has been the brand attracting the most young people (who knew?) and has a younger average age buyer than Honda. The Dodge brand historically has also attracted buyers who aren't exactly Phi-Beta Cappa, which some companies worry about. Chrysler not so much. Dodge buyers tend to be more the working, high-school-educated, community-college-educated backbone of the work force in America. If they keep coming to Dodge, the Durango is a pretty good piece of hardware to save up for.
