It is very small and most people would not see it if I didn't show it to them. There are 3 very small scratches on the very bottom of the lower rear bumper. I was sitting still at a red light and someone bumped into the rear. The police were contacted and an accident report completed. The damage was so minor I never concerned myself with it. I'm not sure if it will show up on carfax or not. Most people will never notice or see the scratches. I cannot get them to show up in a picture."

Changes in my life have forced me to sell my 2010 Hemi Orange Dodge Challenger.  Here are the vehicle descriptions as best as possible.

The car does have a lien and is financed through TD Auto Finance (Dodge Financial).  The title will be released to the successful bidder or the successful bidders financial institution as soon as full payment is made to me or TD Auto Finance, and the title is released.  TD Auto finance is the ONLY lien holder on this car and I am the only person listed on the title. There is a small door ding on the passenger door that is difficult to see in pictures. I cannot get them to show up in a picture.

It has 13,321 miles and when not driven it stays parked in my garage located in Pell City, AL.  I would expect the mileage to go up about 30 or 40 miles between now and the end of the auction.  This is not a daily driver and the car has never been smoked in.  The car is in excellent condition.  I have the original build sheet and window sticker.

I purchased the car new in Atlanta on April 17, 2011 and the factory bumper to bumper warranty is still in effect until April 17, 2014, or 36,000 miles, which occurs first.  Towing and roadside assistance is included in the bumper to bumper warranty  This vehicle does have a 5 year 100,000 mile power train warranty.

I searched a long time to find this car equipped this way, with everything possible, but now I am forced to sell the car.

The car is completely stock other than 3 items that I have changed or added.  The windows are tinted at 35%, sequential tail lights were added and the factory exhaust was changed to Dynomax.  I had Flowmasters on the car, but they were very loud and made the car miserable to drive with the windows closed.  The Dynomax sound very nice and are a little louder than stock.

2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon Video Review | Apex predator

Wed, Nov 15 2017

The first time I stepped behind the wheel of the 2018 Dodge Demon, I was pointed down a drag strip, Christmas tree just in view through my full-face helmet. My heart was racing with a mix of nervous anticipation and raw excitement. Since the teasers for this car started rolling out in January, I'd wanted to drive Dodge's monster. This 840-horsepower hunk of steel and plastic was a rolling middle finger to EVs, carbon emissions and global warming. Only in America. The sensation was wholly unique. More so than anything, I noticed the sheer force as I was pushed back into my seat. Watch the video. And here's another one. If it looks like I'm just hanging on, it's because I am. In retrospect, I should have been sitting more upright, but I was trying to watch the revs to get the perfect launch using the transbrake. Still, I managed to get a bit of air between the front tires and the drag strip, if only for a moment. Aside from the sheer force, the most memorable thing was the sound. The scream from the supercharger nearly drowns out everything else. Just beneath that you can hear the 6.2-liter Hemi V8 kicking and screaming a song that sounds like the Devil's own chorus. Still, words don't quite do it justice. Watch the video for the full review. Motorsports Dodge Coupe Performance Videos dodge demon dodge challenger srt demon

Some dealers asking $100,000-plus for Daytona-edition Dodge Charger SRT Hellcats

Mon, Dec 30 2019

If you thought the name of the 2020 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody Daytona 50th Anniversary Edition was a lot to swallow, then you're definitely going to choke on what some dealers are asking for the privilege of owning one. The $4,495 package is commanding as much as $25,000 in "market adjustments" from stores looking to capitalize on the rarity of this extremely limited-edition model.  The folks over at Moparinsiders.com reported Friday that some dealers are asking Demon-level prices for their limited allocations of the commemorative package. Their assessment? Not worth it. We're inclined to agree.  The Daytona 50th Anniversary Edition package is, fundamentally at least, little more than a set of stickers, a dash plaque and a tiny bump in horsepower. What you really get for your money is exclusivity. Only 501 were built (to commemorate the number of production units required to homologate the original Charger Daytona for NASCAR racing); just 451 went to U.S. dealers. The other 50 were reserved for Canada.  To be fair, no variant of the 2020 Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody even approaches the definition of "inexpensive." Just to get behind the wheel of the newest edition to the Charger lineup will set you back at least $71,000. The Widebody package is more than just a set of custom fenders. The Hellcat also gets another 1.6 inches of track width and some extra rubber on the road. SRT engineers also increased the Hellcat’s front spring rate by 32% and beefed up its sway bars (from 19 mm to 21.7 mm in the front and from 32 mm to 34 mm in the rear). The adaptive suspension was firmed up a little bit across the board too for crisper response over road imperfections. Plus, you know, there's that 707-horsepower, supercharged, 6.2-liter engine. The Daytona gets an extra 10 ponies, right? Well, sort of, anyway. SRT rated its output at a slightly higher engine speed. Between us, it's the same thing.  So, there's a silver lining: You don't have to spend $100,000 for a 2020 Charger Widebody Hellcat if you don't want to, but somebody probably will.  Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. 1942 Dodge Carryall from WWII featured on 'Jay Leno's Garage'

Thu, Dec 28 2017

On this episode of Jay Leno's Garage, Leno takes a look at a unique Dodge Carryall, both in its past and present states. The Carryall is a 1942 model restored and modified by Winslow Bent at Legacy Classic Trucks in Wyoming. According to Bent, the truck spent time in Tunisia during World War II. Obviously it's no longer a military vehicle, but Bent explains that he and his crew built the truck to still be extremely durable, since its new owner wanted a support vehicle for classic car rallies around the world and in remote locations. To reach this end, the Carryall's original inline-six has been replaced with an intercooled Cummins 4BT turbocharged diesel four-cylinder. Bent modified the engine to make less power than it could in order to make the engine understressed and longer lasting. In total, it makes only 130 horsepower, but 380 pound-feet of torque. It also features a boxed frame and heavy duty axles. It's plenty practical, too, with a large roof rack, winch, and even an on-board welding setup. But it's not all hardcore upgrades, since it also has air conditioning. Check out all the other cool details and listen to Leno and Bent geek out over leaf springs and intakes in the video above.
