New engine kit that includes rings, bearings, head set, head bolts, lower gasket kit

8 brand new Mahle forged pistons

I am driving this car at times. So, the mileage might go up, but not an unreasonable amount.

Sorry about the black dot in the pictures. I took some new ones today hoping I cleaned off my lens, but noticed I failed. This is a very nice car!

I purchased this car in April 2013 with 16k miles as a personal fun 2nd car. It is always in my garage and driven by me. It ran good before the work, but I thought about doing a few things to the car as time/money allows. I am stoked about adding the forged pistons and glad I did. This will only help the longevity of the engine. I have put 4k miles on the car since the pistons were installed. The 1st 500 miles were very easy and changed the oil after and had it tuned and on the dyno machine. It sounds fantastic and runs great. I have workers next door who come outside everytime they hear it start. Anyway, I found a lifted truck I want now. So, I am putting the Challenger up for sale.

The flaws I have noticed on the car are:

Passenger window has a scratch to the left of the lock.  I can see it in the picture from top to bottom.  No idea how this happened.

Notice the light scratch on the drivers seat side to the left of the handle.  No idea how this happened.

There is a very small scuff on the drivers door edge.  I think I did this opening the door in my garage when it was tight next to another car.  It is not very big.

As you see, I try to disclose the bad even as minor as they are.  I am 100% honest and don't want any surprises.

No other issues

No surprises

I love the car and have no issues with it.  I was driving it daily in May and then parked it for a month.  Just took it out today for pictures and enjoy it.  The car was covered up all winter.  Be prepared for lots of rubbernecking from people. I am surprised how many people look, smile, give you the thumbs up and just talk at the gas station!!

If you are looking for another ProCharger car, check out my 2005 Corvette.

Please do not ask for the reserve price as I will not disclose.  This is an auction to sell so bid what you think is fair.  I think the reserve is priced fairly to sell the car.

2020 Dodge Challenger Drag Pak will debut at SEMA

Mon, Nov 4 2019

Mopar fans have countless reasons to get hyped about the 2019 SEMA show. Speedkore is bringing a twin-turbocharged, all-wheel-drive Dodge Charger Hellcat Widebody, Mopar is bringing a done-up 1968 Dodge D200 "Lowliner," Ram is bringing a diesel 1500 overlander, and Jeep is bringing a custom off-road Wrangler. But the launch of the new 2020 Dodge Challenger Drag Pak might garner the most attention from the brand's most serious customers. Prior to the show, Mopar teased a photo and a short video clip, both showing a new Dodge Challenger from the overhead view. The white Challenger showed a wide blue stripe down the center of the car with two pinstripes along each side. "Powered by SRT" runs across the top of the windshield, and Mopar logos grace both sides of the car just beneath the side windows. Red decals run back from the rear quarter panels and connect across the rear of the car. It also has hood pins on the SRT Hellcat hood and a parachute attached the rear. There's a parachute because this is the factory turnkey drag-race-focused Dodge Challenger racecar. Mopar released no other information on what type of hardware the Drag Pak will be using, or what's under the hood, but the video gives a great preview of the exhaust note in full tire-smoke mode. As some Drag Paks in the past have dropped roughly 1,000 pounds from their production starter vehicles, the 2020 model will surely utilize plenty of weight-savings methods such as the removal of all interior comfort features that don't apply on the racetrack. Mopar has also previously altered the position of the engine and changed the wheelbase to the benefit of better weight distribution. Mopar is set to livestream the unveiling starting at 7:26 p.m. ET (that's 4:26 on the West Coast, which not coincidentally coincides the the displacement of the vintage 426 Hemi engine) on Nov. 5, 2019. Until then, check out the 2009, 2010, 2011, or 2016 Drag Paks.

It ain't easy keeping a Hellcat steady at 170 mph on ice

Mon, Mar 28 2016

The Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat you see hit the ice at Arsunda Speed Weekend in Sweden, over two hours north of Stockholm. It's said to be bone stock, save for the studded tires that help it grip on ice. But it apparently takes more than some steel studs and a lead foot to keep it pointed the right way. Just look at how much driver Alx Danielsson has to saw at the wheel to keep the Hellcat from veering off course. Fortunately he seems to have the chops to do so, being not only a native of Sweden (and therefor imbued from birth with otherworldly abilities to drive on ice) but also having won the highly competitive Formula Renault 3.5 Series championship back in 2006. In the end Danielsson hit a top speed in excess of 170 miles per hour, touted as some sort of record, however unofficial (and specific to Dodge Challengers). That's a fair bit shy of the 205 mph that Bentley achieved in the Continental Supersports, but while that model had slightly less power than the Hellcat, it did have the benefit of all-wheel drive – something that could make all the difference in these kinds of slippery conditions.
