If you are into rat rods/skulls/Mad Max/murdered out/urban assualt vehicles, and don't mind spinning some wrenches, and want an UBER unique CSRT4, then I got a deal for you! 08 CSRT4, 68XXX miles on it. Painted satin black, carbon fiber hood, wing, and rear splitter, plus just about every item Inline Carbon sells. TONS of upgrades, both on car and waiting to install. I have every part to put this car back on road, and a buncha custom stuff that makes it very unique. I prolly spent about 2 g just in hydrographic skull treatments. Car has AGP intercooler, RFL blow off valve, MS1K, K&N intake, Optima yellow top, MPX duel outlet muffler, General G-MAX tires, NMW wheels, BC coilovers, Progress rear bar, JMB rear brace, Real Tune toe links, sway links, and camber bars, and a buncha other stuff I can't recall at the moment. Car runs great, but did have dreaded throttle body issues, so a new TB was installed. Have new Cquence rotors, Hawk pads, and stainless brake lines that need installation. All suspension work is fresh, so would also need alignment and ride height set.
Reason I'm getting out is I just sold my house and am moving to a place where I can't have as many cars, and I'm outa time to finish this one up. I really don't want to store it, and my other cars are old school and easier to mod, so I want to stay that route. Car is located in NJ, 08873. |

Here's your chance to own a first-year Dodge Viper with just 333 miles
Wed, Dec 4 2019The Dodge Viper is certainly one of the most outrageous cars to come out of the 1990s, with its cartoon styling, massive 8.0-liter V10 engine, and utter disregard for anything other than performance. The first-generation models are the purest example of the breed, with an assemble-it-yourself toupee roof, side curtains, calf-searing side pipes, no air-conditioning (until '94), no airbags, no ABS, and no traction control. This first-year 1992 Viper is coming to Barrett-Jackson's Scottsdale auction in January and has just 333 miles, making it a near-new example of Chrysler's wild child. Only a couple hundred first-year Vipers were built, making them among the rarest of the breed. All '92 models were red, the same color as the 1989 show car, the overwhelming reaction to which spurred Chrysler to put the car into production as a modern-day Cobra. With the Viper's departure in 2017, the car seems destined to forever remain the improbable offspring of a moment in time. That time has passed, but an ultra-low-miles example like this allows its lucky new owner to chance to experience firsthand what all the fuss was about.
Watch Jay Leno drive an ex-highway patrol '61 Dodge Polara
Tue, May 17 2016The latest vehicle to swing by Jay Leno's Garage is a 1961 Dodge Polara. This one was used by the California Highway Patrol half a century ago, ordered specially by the state police instead of the Darts that were usually used by law-enforcement. After sitting out in the sun for a few decades, it recently underwent a comprehensive, ground-up restoration by the historians and craftsmen at the Automobile Club of Southern California. As you can see for yourself, the result of the restoration is really quite stunning. The ACSC apparently spared no expense, bringing the 413-cubic-inch V8 back up to working order, along with the emergency lighting, radio, certified speedometer... the works. In the process they even found the engine cranked out more than the factory quote of 325 horsepower, recording 332 hp and 406 pound-feet of torque on the dyno. The Polara CHP cruiser hadn't even been back out on the freeway since the restoration was finished. But after getting the full run-down from the guys responsible for its resuscitation, Jay wasted little time in bringing it back to its natural habitat.
Chrysler patents smarter minivan folding seats
Thu, 02 Jan 2014It's frightening to think of how quickly the mice would have overtaken us if we hadn't stayed one step ahead of them with better mousetraps. We'll never have to worry about that in our relentlessly re-engineered world, though. Case in point: Chrysler has been granted a patent by the US Patent and Trademark Office for an improved design of the already wondrous Stow 'n' Go seating found in the automaker's Town and Country and Dodge Grand Caravan minivans.
Introduced in 2005, the Stow 'n' Go was improved in 2008, and based on the drawings of this third-generation improvement, the new design appears to allow stowage of the second row of seats without having to move the front-row seats forward as much. It look like it also involves fewer operations and moving parts, with a portion of the seatback being incorporated into the flat floor when the seats are stowed, as opposed to having a completely separate cover.
It's possible that the innovation may appear on the next-generation minivans expected in 2015, but Chrysler isn't commenting on the patent.
