If you are in the market for a clean, low mile mini van that is very
affordable then you are going to LOVE my 2006 Chrysler Town & Country with only 55k orginal rust free, accident free
Florida miles! This van was owned by an older couple who recently traded it in at one of our major dealerships here
in Ft. Myers. They did not have kids so there are none of the usual stains, rips or spills like you get with a lot of
kids in the van. It is very clean inside and out and drives tight as new. It has a clean Autocheck report and
received a great score so you know it has a great history and being a true Florida van there is NO rust and even the
underside is still very clean, you won't see that on any northern vehicles. I just had it serviced and it is ready to
go. The exterior looks great with a nice deep Chrysler shine and no dents, scrapes, fade or rust. There is a small
door type ding on the hood, not bad but there and the headlights are nice and clear but have some light age cracks,
nothing that needs attention or effects anything. And on the rear bumper is a small scuff but again, nothing that
needs attention. There is a roof rack should you need it and there is NO hitch so this Town & Country has NOT been
pulling anything, which is nice. The interior again is very clean with no stains, rips or odors and everything looks
near new. The seats look great both front and rear and they are very comfortable and again there is seating for seven
if need be. All the power options work fine including the ice cold air conditioning and cd and cassette stereo. Look
over the pictures, it's a very clean and well cared for low mile van. What a pleasure to drive. The peppy 3.3 V-6 is
a great engine that is very dependable and economical and runs smooth as silk and it should with only 55k miles. The
brakes, transmission and suspension are all smooth with no shakes or rattles just as you would expect for the miles.
I have the factory books and two keys with remotes. Look it over good and I'm sure once you see and take it for a
spin around the block you will love it. I have great feedback so you can be sure that this vehicle will
be just as nice as I am stating.Should you need help with shipping call me, if you decide to fly into Ft.Myers to
pick it up in person I will meet you at our local airport right here in town. I know buying a vehicle you haven't
driven is a little scary so I try to make it easy as well as fun!! As with all my vehicles, this one was put
through a safety check to be sure it is safe and road worthy. This includes an oil change and an inspection of the
brakes, belts, hoses, tires, fluid levels, etc. It's just one more thing I can do to make this a good experience for
you. I encourge you to call with any questions @ 239-872-5281. Thanks! ![]()

Chrysler's statements on the Portal Concept are heavy on the millennial, as we previously mentioned. And as such, the six-passenger people hauler shown at CES 2017 has all the elements of a concept for the m-word generation - connectivity, cameras, and plenty of items with a "modular" adjective on them. But put aside the tired idea that millennials are different from other car shoppers for a moment, because the Portal Concept boasts a bunch of great design ideas that anyone would appreciate. The thing is that millennials are the widest chunk of population in the United States. As such, they're hard to define. It seems like someone at Chrysler realizes this, as the press release for the Portal states: "While millennials are a broad group of consumers at varying life stages, the Chrysler Portal concept is designed and engineered with all life stages and lifestyles in mind, including active/adventure, single, married/partnered, those with newborns and older children." In other words, this is a vehicle designed for all kinds of people that suits all kinds of needs. Spoiler alert: The best package for flexible hauling of people and cargo is a minivan. And that's what the Portal Concept is, albeit slightly smaller than the current Pacifica. Chrysler Portal Concept View 20 Photos It's an obvious angle, as Chrysler popularized the modern minivan. But with current vans ballooning in size, there's room for the same virtues in a smaller footprint. If it takes 360-degree cameras and a customizable light ring around the doors to convince people that a flat floor and movable seats are cool, so be it. It's the practical aspects of the Portal that we like best, not the throwaway concessions to connectivity and autonomy. The best, most practical feature in the Portal is its seating arrangement. The seats ride on two parallel tracks, and each folds skinny with the seat pan popping vertical, or low with the seatback down. All (save the driver's bucket) slide back for room in front, or vice versa for space in the rear. Integrated seatbelts further help the seating flexibility. Even in a more realistic production form this is a clever innovation, almost as good as the original Stow 'N' Go. The same goes for the panoramic, high-mount screen that shows the dashboard and a host of other informative bits of data.

If you have a lot of money, there are a lot of really wild and exciting cars to choose from. But I feel confident in saying that none of them, none of them, can come close to being as brilliantly badass as this 1963 Chrysler Turbine Car, first spotted by Barn Finds, which, yes, is actually something you can buy and own. And even drive! Here's a quick recap of the Turbine Car in case you're unfamiliar. Back in the 1960s, Chrysler was researching turbine engines for vehicle propulsion, and to get an idea for how well they would work in the real world, they built 5 prototype cars followed by 50 production models. Those latter models did a tour to just over 200 families, each of which spent 90 days driving the cars. According to Motor Trend, the engine produced 130 horsepower and 425 pound-feet of torque, and it was paired with a three-speed automatic. Afterward, the cars were returned to Chrysler, which eventually decided that turbine engines weren't the way of the future. According to Hyman Ltd., the company selling this example, only nine Turbine Cars were spared the crusher, and six were sent to museums. This was one of the cars Chrysler held onto, and it was occasionally loaned to executives and such. It was then sold to William Harrah for his collection and museum near Reno. It later was sold to the founder of Domino's Pizza, and then to the latest owner, Frank Kleptz. Kleptz then worked with GE Engine Services to rebuild the engine and make the car run again. As it sits, the car features its original paint, trim and interior. It comes with spare parts and various documents. And of course it oozes cool, from the whistling engine under the hood to the jet-inspired, Ghia-built body and sleek interior. Plus, you can be sure you won't see another one on the road, unless you happen to be cruising by Jay Leno's garage in Burbank, Calif. It really doesn't get cooler than this. Hyman hasn't listed a price for it, but we're sure it will sell for a massive amount, and it would probably be money well spent. Correction: A previous version of this story incorrectly stated that Bill Harrah's car collection was in Las Vegas, it was actually near Reno. The text has been updated to reflect this. Executives may call the shots day-to-day at the world's leading automakers - much as they do at any other corporation - but the ultimate decision-making body remains the board of directors. And Chrysler has just named six new members to its board. The appointments include Hermann Waldemer, the former CFO of Philip Morris International - the tobacco giant whose Marlboro brand has funneled untold billions into Ferrari as the Scuderia's title sponsor for decades, and on whose board Fiat-Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne sits. Waldemer replaces Doug Steenland, who came to the Chrysler board after Northwest Airlines (at which he served as CEO) merged with Delta, and whose term on the board expired just days ago. In addition to the Waldemer appointment, Chrysler has expanded its board with five more seats, all filled by existing group executives. Among them are Reid Bigland (head of US and Canadian sales and of the Ram truck brand), Fiat general counsel Giorgio Fossati, human resources director Michael J. Keegan, Jeep CEO Michael Manley, and group CFO Richard Palmer.
