I have listed a 1965 Chevy Impala SS with a 327 engine. This is a true super sport with the vin number to prove it. I started restoring this car and decided to go another direction since I already own a 66 Impala SS. I'll describe the body first, 90% of the body work has been done, and the original color was yellow. There is a small ding in the driver fender, small rust hole the size of a dime in hood deck, and the inner lip of the trunk needs to be repaired, you can see it in the pictures below.The floor boards on the front and rear passenger side needs to be installed. There is no windshield or rear glass, I have a company locally that specializes in older car windshields at a reasonable price that will install if requested. All of the exterior trim is in the trunk that was on the car before body work started. The engine is matching number and 100% in tact. A good steam clean, fresh paint and tune up will have the engine running smooth. I put a newly rebuild 700R overdrive transmission in about two months ago, which is a great upgrade when traveling at todays highway speeds. It drives and shifts strong, and has less than 10 miles on it. The car is well worth the asking price, and will be a great investment if properly restored. Nissan Leaf is now the best-selling plug-in vehicle of all time in US

Numbers don't lie. And in some instances, you can see their truth from miles away. As everyone expected, the Nissan Leaf is now officially the best-selling plug-in vehicle in the US. While the two vehicles aren't direct competitors (one's a pure EV and the other is a plug-in hybrid), they certainly dominate the plug-in vehicle sales charts. When we do a little math on those charts, we see that since the two vehicles went on sale at the end of 2010, the Volt has sold 75,231 units while the Leaf is now at 76,407, giving the Leaf a 1,176-vehicle lead. The Leaf trailed the Volt by just two units at the end of February. This is the first time the EV had held the overall lead since the end of February 2012, when it was ahead 10,847 to 9,623 and for a while there at the end of 2013, the Volt was up by around 12,000 units. Times have changed, though, and we don't expect the lead to switch back until the next-gen Volt goes on sale later this year, and even then nothing is certain. The Leaf sold 1,817 copies last month, a drop of 27.5 percent from last year. Year-to-date, the Leaf has sold 4,085 units, down 21.2 percent from the same time period in 2014. Chevy Silverado WT gets its own murdered-out trim pack

Media days for the 2015 Chicago Auto Show ended last week, but that hasn't stopped Chevrolet from adding just one more thing. The Bowtie brand showed off three new trim packages for its trucks in the Windy City – the Colorado GearOn and the Silverado Midnight and Custom Â– but protests from consumers over the price of these equipment packs has led the company to release a new trim group for its most affordable fullsizer, the Silverado WT. The $1,595 Black Out pack will be available on both the regular- and double-cab Silverado WT and offers a few simple, stylistic upgrades. Five-spoke, 20-inch black wheels are the headlining item, although Chevy will also include "deep tinted glass" and black bowtie badges both fore and aft. Available only in black (the company even paraphrases old Mr. Ford in its press release), the new package adds just enough to class up the otherwise dreary looking Work Truck.
