2006 Chevrolet Express 1500 Awd, 4x4, 4 Wheel Drive,cargo Van on 2040-cars
North Bend, Ohio, United States
I am Reluctantly selling my 2006 Chevrolet Express Cargo Van "Very Awesome Work Rig" due to driving an excessively amount of miles per day. I need to get something that gets at least double the 17 MPG Highway that this vehicle gets due to job change. This has been one "Great Remarkable Vehicle". This van has been expertly cared for and babied all its life. It has 212,000 Highway Miles. Oil//Filter/Lube every 3,000 miles. Just had both New Timken Front Hub Bearing Assemblies Installed. Front Differential, Transfercase, Transmission and Rear Differential Fluids Changed every 20,000-30,000 Miles. New Rotors (4), New Brake Pads (Ceramic). This van also features a professionaly installed 3" Lift Kit (MAXXCAM2 Suspension) with Skyjacker Off-Road Extended Shocks so I could run a taller 265/75/16 Tire (Kenda Klever A/T) with absolutely no rub. Push Bar features 2 Round KC 150 Watt Stainless Off-Road Light and 2 Acro Pro Series HID Off-Road Lights. This truck also features: 3/4" LED Running/Brake Lights (6) in rear bumper, rear spoiler featuring 3rd brake light/full width running lights and RH/LH Brake/Turn Signals. Dual Windshield Stobe (Amber/White) Beacon and LED Grill Stobe Lights. This vehicle was unstoppable this past winter with all the ice/snow it never let me down. Like any vehicle with high mileage it has minor dings, small rock chips, tear in drivers seat (see Photo). It currently has a cracked windsheild but that will be replaced prior to shipping and signing the title over to the new owner. This Interior features vinyl seats, rubber floor, divider behind seats with pass-thru door, Adrian bin package, Additional Interior cargo lights, D-Hooks in floor, computer stand, divider door file holder and center console file bin/storage. Interior Contents (Building Materials/Tools) Not Included. Thanks For Looking!

Autotrader picks best cars for 2015's college grads
Sun, May 31 2015Summer is here and the school season is winding to a close. That means millions of students will be graduating college and (hopefully) entering the workforce. For many, that will mean buying a new car suited to the new stage in life into which they will now be embarking. That can be a bewildering choice, especially for someone who's never bought a car before. Fortunately, Autotrader has come up with a short list of recommended cars – new and used – which it recommends to the graduating class of 2015. Among the site's top choices are some compelling crossovers and hatchbacks, including the Buick Encore, Chevy Trax, and Jeep Renegade, as well as the Honda Fit, Nissan Versa Note, Mazda3 and Fiat 500. Can't stretch to buying new, or don't see the point? Autotrader has also identified the Toyota Camry, Ford Fusion and even the Lexus IS as smart buys in the certified pre-owned category. "Any time someone goes through a major life change, such as graduating college, they need to determine if their current ride makes sense for their lifestyle, from both a financial and functional perspective," says Autotrader editor Brian Moody. "For example, while that hand-me-down SUV from your parents was nice when you turned 16, you may want to opt for a safer, more fuel-efficient car as you transition into the working world." Autotrader Names 10 Best Cars for Recent College Graduates ATLANTA, May 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- For many, graduating college is a milestone like no other – it represents a new chapter, a proud accomplishment and, fortunately or unfortunately, financial independence. Luckily for graduates who are in the market for a new car to suit their post-college lifestyle, Autotrader's expert editors say now is a great time to make a purchase, as dealerships are flush with affordable models that are fun, fuel-efficient and thoughtfully designed. Why the Corvette's Performance Data Recorder can be illegal in some states
Fri, 26 Sep 2014The Performance Data Recorder with Valet Mode available on the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray seems like a fantastic tool for many owners. Whether they are taking 720p video while lapping the track in their new 'Vette, or just want to protect their purchase from inconsiderate joyriders, the system offers a lot of functionality in one package. However, one of the PDR's features might get buyers in trouble with the law, and it has nothing to do with recording some illicit high-speed driving on a favorite back road. The problem hinges on the various state laws concerning a person's right to privacy.
According to a letter posted by Jalopnik, Chevy dealers are asking 2015 Corvette owners not to use the Valet Mode portion of the PDR because it records audio in the cabin, in addition to performance specs. That's a problem because privacy laws vary from state to state with some requiring just one side's consent to tape sound and others requiring all parties to agree. According Jalopnik, 15 states mandate everyone's permission beforehand, but it's not clear whether these numbers are up to date. (Actually, the report varies, saying 13 states in some places and 15 in a list.)
According to the letter, Chevy is already working on a software update for the near future to rectify the issue. It's possible that simply adding a warning to drivers and the ability to turn off the audio recording function in Valet Mode might solve the problem. Obviously, this doesn't preclude Corvette drivers from using the performance aspect of the PDR, and owners are free tape lap after lap at the track.
Chevy's Android Auto update will reach cars in March
Fri, Sep 25 2015Buying a new Chevy with the hopes of using Android Auto during your daily commute? You'll have to sit tight for a while before that dream becomes reality. The carmaker announced that an Android Auto software update will only reach its 2016 model-year vehicles next March, starting with those that have 8-inch MyLink touchscreen systems. That's going to be a long half-year wait if you're eager to get Google Maps directions through the center stack. The good news? Chevy is promising that all vehicles with 7- and 8-inch MyLink displays (ranging from the Spark to the Corvette) will eventually have Android Auto, so you won't have to drive one of the brand's swankier machines to get a smartphone-powered infotainment deck.
